Abstract

Esta invención se refiere a un procedimiento novedoso para el tratamiento de síntomas en hiperplasia benigna de próstata. A este respecto se usan de forma simultánea: (1) un antagonista del adrenoreceptor a-1 en formulación de liberación controlada o un inhibidor de 5-a-reductasa y (2) un inhibidor de PDE 5 de GMPc en formulación de liberación controlada o un inhibidor de PDE 5 de GMPc con mayor tiempo de semivida.
