Claims (17)

1. En blæseindretning (1) til at blæse gas gennem en gaspermeabel rørformet emballage (29), nævnte blæseindretning (1) omfatter - mindst en gasdyse (19) indrettet til at blæse gas fra uden for nævnte rørformede emballage (29) gennem nævnte rørformede emballage (29) og - et føringselement (3), hvor nævnte føringselement (3) omfatter en netgennemgang (5), der har en flade (7) indrettet til at vende mod nævnte rørformede emballage (29) således at nævnte netgennemgang (5) omgiver eller i alt væsentligt omgiver nævnte rørformede emballage (29), kendetegnet ved at nævnte gasdyse (19) er indrettet til at omgive eller i alt væsentligt omgive nævnte rørformede emballage (29).
2. Blæseindretningen (1) ifølge krav 1, hvor nævnte mindst én gasdyse (19) er rettet i en vinkel α i forhold til en forløbsretning (DT) af nævnte rørformede emballage (29), hvor nævnte vinkel α opfylder kravene 0° < α < 90°, fortrinsvis 1° < α < 60°, mere fortrinsvis 3° < α < 30°, mest fortrinsvis 5° < α < 15°.
3. Blæseindretningen (1) ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor nævnte netgennemgang (5) af nævnte føringselement (3) er konisk, cylindrisk eller tragtformet.
4. Blæseindretningen (1) ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor nævnte gasdyse (19) har en cirkulær, oval eller elliptisk form.
5. Blæseindretningen (1) ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor en indvendig sidevæg (21) af nævnte gasdyse (19) er mindst delvist udgjort af en del af nævnte føringselement (3), der danner nævnte netgennemgang (5).
6. Blæseindretningen (1) ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor nævnte indvendige sidevæg (21) og/eller en udvendig sidevæg (23) af nævnte gasdyse (19) er forsynet med en eller flere rygge (25) og/eller riller.
7. Blæseindretningen (1) ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor nævnte blæseindretning (1) omfatter en slids, der forbinder nævnte netgennemmgang med uden for nævnte blæseindretning (1).
8. En anvendelse af en blæseindretning (1) ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav til at blæse gas fra uden for nævnte rørformede emballage (29) gennem nævnte rørformede emballage (29).
9. En tætningsanordning (27, 71) til tværgående at tætne en gaspermeabel rørformet emballage (29), hvor nævnte tætningsanordning (27, 71) omfatter - en tætningsindretning (31) til at forsyne nævnte rørformede emballage (29) med en tværgående tætning (33), og - en blæseindretning (1, 73) omfattende mindst én gasdyse (19; 75, 77) anbragt til at blæse en gas fra uden for nævnte rørformede emballage (29) gennem nævnte rørformede emballage (29), kendetegnet ved at nævnte gasdyse (19) er indrettet til at omgive eller i alt væsentligt omgive nævnte rørformede emballage (29), og nævnte blæseindretning (1, 73) er anbragt opstrøms af nævnte tætningsindretning (31) med nævnte gasdyse (19; 75, 77) indrettet til at blæse nævnte gas over på nævnte rørformede emballage (29), således at nævnte gas rammer nævnte rørformede emballage (29) ved eller nærliggende ved nævnte tætningsindretning (31).
10. Tætningsanordningen (27, 71) ifølge krav 9 indrettet til at blive forskudt sammen med nævnte rørformede emballage (29) i nævnte forløbsretning (DT) af nævnte rørformede emballage (29).
11. En anordning (37) til fremstilling af poseforpakkede produkter (39), f.eks. poseforpakkede orale snusprodukter, hvor nævnte snusprodukter (39) omfatter en gaspermeabel emballage (41), der omslutter et fyldningsmateriale (43), hvor nævnte anordning omfatter - en første påfyldningsenhed (45) til at forsyne et fremrykkende net (47) af nævnte emballage, - en anden påfyldningsenhed (49) til forsyning af nævnte fyldningsmateriale (43) til nævnte fremrykkende net (47), - en omslutningsenhed (51) til anbringelse af nævnte net (47) af emballage (29) i en rørformet form, hvorved der dannes en rørformet emballage (29), - eventuelt en langsgående tætningsindretning (53) til at forsyne nævnte anbragte emballage (29) med en langsgående tætning (55), og - en tætningsanordning (27, 71) ifølge krav 9 eller 10 til tværgående at tætne nævnte rørformede emballage (29).
12. En fremgangsmåde til tværgående at tætne en gaspermeabel rørformet emballage (29), som omslutter et fyldningsmateriale (43), hvor nævnte fremgangsmåde omfatter a) at fjerne fyldningsmaterialet (43) fra et tætningsområde (35) af nævnte rørformede emballage (29) ved at blæse nævnte fyldningsmateriale (43) væk fra nævnte tætningsområde (35), hvor nævnte blæsning udføres fra uden for nævnte rørformede emballage (29) gennem nævnte rørformede emballage (29), b) at tilvejebringe en tværgående tætning (33) til nævnte rørformede emballage (29) i nævnte tætningsområde (35) af nævnte rørformede emballage (29), hvor fortrinsvis trin a udføres lige før og/eller under udførelse af trin b, kendetegnet ved at nævnte blæsning udføres af en gasdyse (19), der omgiver eller i alt væsentligt omgiver nævnte rørformede emballage (29).
13. Fremgangsmåden ifølge krav 12, hvor trin b eller trinnene a og b udføres, mens de bevæger sig sammen med nævnte fremrykkende rørformede emballage (29).
14. Fremgangsmåden ifølge krav 12 eller 13, hvor nævnte blæsning udføres ved at blæse gas i en vinkel α i forhold til forløbsretningen (DT) af nævnte rørformede emballage (29), hvor nævnte vinkel α opfylder kravene 0° < α < 90°, fortrinsvis 1° < α < 60°, mere fortrinsvis 3° < α < 30°, mest fortrinsvis 5° < α < 15°.
15. Fremgangsmåden ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 12-14, hvor nævnte blæsning udføres på en pulserende måde.
16. Fremgangsmåden ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 12-15, hvor trin a endvidere udføres ved at vibrere nævnte rørformede emballage (29) og/eller tilvejebringe en stående bølge i nævnte rørformede emballage (29).
17. En fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af et poseforpakket produkt (39), f.eks. et poseforpakket oralt snusprodukt, hvor nævnte fremgangsmåde omfatter - at forsyne og fremrykke et net (47) af en gaspermeabelt emballage, - at forsyne et fyldningsmateriale (43) til nævnte fremrykkende net (47), - at anbringe nævnte fremrykkende net (47) i en rørformet form for at omslutte nævnte fyldningsmateriale (43), hvor nævnte anbringelse udføres før eller efter forsyning af nævnte fyldningsmateriale (43), - eventuelt at forsyne nævnte tubulært anbragte emballage (29) med en langsgående tætning (55), og - at forsyne nævnte rørformede emballage (29) med en tværgående tætning (33) efter fremgangsmåden ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 12-16.
