Claims (14)
1. Korrosionsbeskyttende lagsystem med et grundlag (3), et mellemlag (4), et dæklag (5) og et forseglingslag (6), idet grundlaget (3) indeholder polyurethan, zink og vinylphosphonsyre eller silan, - mellemlaget (4) er udformet på grundlaget (3) og indeholder polyurethan og zink, - dæklaget (5) er udformet på mellemlaget (4) og indeholder polyurethan og jernglimmer, og forseglingssaget (6) er udformet på dæklaget (5) og indeholder polyurethan.
2. Lagsystem ifølge krav 1, hvor grundlaget (3), mellemlaget (4), dæklaget (5) og forseglingslaget (6) med hensyn til deres polyurethan-basis er udformet identisk.
3. Lagsystem ifølge et af de foregående krav, idet grundlaget (3), mellemlaget (4) , dæklaget (5) og forseglingslaget (6) med hensyn til i det mindste et indholdsstof er udformet forskelligt fra hinanden.
4. Lagsystem ifølge et af de foregående krav, idet mellemlaget (4) og/eller dæklaget (5) er udformet af flere dellag.
5. Lagsystem ifølge et af de foregående krav, idet forseglingslaget (6) har en andel af pigmenter eller øvrige partikler på maksimalt 10 vol-%.
6. Lagsystem ifølge et af de foregående krav, idet lagsystemet har en samlet tykkelse på i det mindste 300 ym.
7. Lagsystem ifølge et af de foregående krav, idet lagsystemet har en samlet tykkelse på maksimalt 600 ym.
8. Lejekomponent med et overfladeområde (2), som har et korrosionsbeskyttende lagsystem ifølge et af de foregående krav.
9. Lejekomponent ifølge krav 8, idet overfladeområdet (2) ikke er strålebehandlet.
10. Leje med en lejekomponent (1) ifølge et af kravene 8 eller 9.
11. Fremgangsmåde til beskyttelse af en lejekomponent (1) mod korrosion, idet der til udformningen af et grundlag (3) på et overfladeområde (2) på lejekomponenten (1) påføres en første lak på polyurethan-basis, hvortil der er tilsat zink og vinylphosphonsyre eller silan, - til udformning af et mellemlag (4) på grundlaget (3) påføres en anden lak på polyurethan-basis, hvortil der er tilsat zink, - til udformning af et dæklag (5) på mellemlaget (4) påføres en tredje lak på polyurethan-basis, hvortil der er tilsat jernglimmer, og - til udformning af et forseglingslag (6) på dæklaget (5) påføres en fjerde lak på polyurethan-basis.
12. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 11, idet der til dannelsen af mellemlaget (4) påføres den anden lak og/eller til dannelsen af dæklæget (5) påføres den tredje lak i flere dellag.
13. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af kravene 11 eller 12, idet der som første lak, som anden lak, som tredje lak og som fjerde lak anvendes en reaktivt tværbindende en-komponentlak.
14. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af kravene 11 til 13, idet den første lak og/eller den anden lak og/eller den tredje lak og/eller den fjerde lak påføres ved hjælp af en rulle.
