Claims (15)
1. Højtryk komposittank bestående af en skalle (1), som fremstilles f. eks. ved blæsestøbning af termoplastisk materiale af præformen og integreret med præformens flange (11a), en fitting til tilslutningsrøret (3) med en støtteflange (7), en o-ringstætning (9a) indsat i den indre tætningsrille (9) som er formet i fittingen til tilslutningsrøret (3) og Seeger ring (10a) indsat i den ydre, ringformede fastgørelsesrille (10), som er formet i fittingen til tilslutningsrøret (3) modsat til den indre tætningsrille (9) for at fastgøre præformens flange (11a) i fittingen til tilslutningsrøret (3), hvor den ringformede rille (11b) er formet på den ydre side af præformens flange (11a) og den nævnte ringformede rille (11b) er rettet til den ydre side af den ringformede monteringsrille (10) som er formet i fittingen til tilslutningsrøret (3) efter montering af skallen (1) til fittingen til tilslutningsrøret (3), således er den indre tætningsrille (9) er rettet mod den indre, cylindriske side af præformens flange (11a).
2. En komposittank ifølge krav 1 kendetegnet ved, at tværsnit af Seeger ring (10a) er et retvinklet trapez.
3. En komposittank ifølge krav 1 eller 2 kendetegnet ved, at skallen (1) og flangen (11a) er udført af præformen (11) fremstillet ved blæsestøbning af polyetylentereftalat (PETE) eller polyamid.
4. En komposittank ifølge et af de ovennævnte krav kendetegnet ved, at den har en nedre del (4) med fremadgående, konveks buede blade (5) tilpasset til den konkav buede skalle (1) og at fittingen til tilslutningsrøret (3) rundt om hullet til fittingen til tilslutningsrøret (3) har en udvendig, ringformet vulst (8) og at den nedre del (4) har yderligere ringformede støbetapper (6) som sidder inde i skallens (1) kompositforstærkningslag (2).
5. En komposittank ifølge et af de ovennævnte krav kendetegnet ved, at skallen (1) er forstærket med et ydre kompositlag (2) og kompositlaget (2) består af en bærende belægning bestående af bånd af kul- og aramidfiber og epoxyharpiks, hvor det er bedst, hvis fiberbåndet er formet ved hjælp af to ydre kulfibre og en indre aramidfiber.
6. En fremstillingsmåde for højtryk komposittanke, som går ud på, at tankenes skalle er fremstillet af en præform som udføres ved blæsestøbning til de ønskede dimensioner, hvor præformen af termoplastisk materiale er fremstillet ved anvendelse af enhver teknik; og tankens skalle er tilsluttet ved hjælp af en fitting til tilslutningsrøret og tankens ydre overflader er armeret med et specielt kompositlag, kendetegnet ved, at præformen (11) først krystalliseres i en kontrolleret proces og derefter udføres der i flangen (11a) af præformen (11) en ringformet rille (11b), så udføres præformen (11) ved blæsestøbning til de krævede dimensioner og forbindes med fittingen til tilslutningsrøret (3) med en støtteflange (7) sådan, at o-ringstætningen (9a) indføres i tætningsrillen (9) i fittingen til tilslutningsrøret (3) og Seeger ringen (10a) indsættes i monteringsrillen (10) i fittingen til tilslutningsrøret (3) og så indsættes og fastspændes fittingen til tilslutningsrøret (3) på præformens flange (11a) af skallen (3 1) og derefter påfyldes tanken med gas, indtil trykket inde i tanken er fast og kompositlaget (2) fremstilles ved at omvikle med forstærkningsfiberbånd i henhold til følgende omviklingsmåder: spiralformet, langs tanken og ringformet, derefter hærdes tanken termisk.
7. En måde ifølge krav 6 kendetegnet ved, at krystallisering af præformens flange (11a) er isoleret fra resten af præformen (11) og er følgende: præformens flange (11a) opvarmes gradvist til en temperatur som er tæt på punktet midt mellem glasovergangstemperaturen og smeltetemperaturen i 8 til 10 minutter og derefter placeres præformens fleksible flange (11a) på en cylindrisk metaltromle med en diameter som i tværsnit er lig med den indre diameter af fittingen til tilslutningsrøret (3); og derefter afkøles præformens flange (11a) gradvist i et bad i 4 til 10 minutter.
8. En måde ifølge krav 6 eller 7 kendetegnet ved, at temperaturen af præformens opvarmede flange (11a) ligger mellem 135°C og 165°C og opvarmningsprocessen varer fra 5 til 6 minutter, og den gradviste afkøling af præformens flange (11a) i et bad varer fra 5 til 6 minutter.
9. En måde ifølge krav 6 eller 7 eller 8 kendetegnet ved, at der efter krystallisering af præformens flange (11a) formes på den ydre side af præformens flange (11a) en ringformet rille (11b) således, at den efter sammenføring af skallen (1) og fittingen til tilslutningsrøret (3) er rettet mod monteringsrillen (10) i fittingen til tilslutningsrøret (3) og o-ringstætningen (9a) i den indre tætningsrille (9) er i kontakt med den indvendige cylindriske side af præformens flange (11a).
10. En måde ifølge et af de ovennævnte krav 6 til 9 kendetegnet ved, at der til fremstilling af kompositlaget (2) anvendes termohærdende harpikser, fortrinsvis epoxyharpiks og glasfibre, fortrinsvis kulfibre og aramidfibre, fortrinsvis bestående af to ydre kulfibre og en indre aramidfiber.
11. En måde ifølge et af de ovennævnte krav fra 6 til 10 kendetegnet ved, at omviklingen udføres i henhold til omviklingsdiagram spiralformet og langs, dvs. fiberbånd omvikles hver gang, når spiltromlen går mellem tankens ender og drejer sig om fittingen til tilslutningsrøret (3), og hældningsvinklen af rotationsaksen er konstant, fortrinsvis mellem 53° og 55°.
12. En måde ifølge krav 11 kendetegnet ved, at omviklingen med fibre udføres ved konstant tryk på 2 til 2,8 bar inde i tanken.
13. En måde ifølge krav 11 eller 12 kendetegnet ved, at kompositlaget (2) fremstilles ved successiv omvikling af 10 til 12 strimle af fiberbånd, fortrinsvis af fire omviklinger ifølge diagrammet langs tanken; fortrinsvis af tre omviklinger spiralformet; fortrinsvis af tre omviklinger ringformet; og fortrinsvis en omvikling langs.
14. En måde ifølge krav 12 eller 13 kendetegnet ved, at tanken sættes let i vibrationer ved omvikling med fibre.
15. En måde ifølge et af de ovennævnte krav fra 6 til 14 kendetegnet ved, at temperaturen ved hærdning øges trinvist fra 20°C til 70°C i forudbestemte intervaller og når tanken roterer langsomt omkring sin akse, og fortrinsvis udgør tankens temperatur i den første hærdningsfase 20°C +/-2°C i et tidsrum på maksimalt 72 timer +1-2 timer fra starten af hærdning, herunder tværbinding, og i den tredje fase øges temperaturen op til 70°C +/-2°C og opretholdes i 34 timer +1-2 timer og i den fjerde fase reduceres temperaturen ned til 23°C +/-2°C og tanken opretholder temperaturen i 12 timer +/-2timer.
