Antioxidantblandingen ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at forbindelsen med formlen (I) er til stede i en mængde på 75 til 99 vægt-%, fortrinsvis 80 til 98 vægt-%, mere specifikt 90 til 95 vægt-%, og forbindelsen med formlen (II) er til stede i en mængde på 1 til 25 vægt-%, fortrinsvis 2 til 20 vægt-%, mere specielt 5 til 10 vægt-%, hvor vægt-% er baseret på den samlede vægt af de anvendte forbindelser med formlerne (I) og (II) .
3. Antioxidantblanding ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 og 2, kendetegnet ved, at den yderligere omfatter en phosphit, mere specifikt en phosphit med formlen (III),
hvori Ri4, Ris og Ri6 uafhængigt af hinanden betegner en aromatisk eller alifatisk, lineær eller forgrenet radikal af Ci-C3o-alkyl eller C2-C3o-alkylen, der i hvert tilfælde eventuelt er afbrudt af et eller flere oxygenatomer, hvor phosphitten er til stede fortrinsvis i mængder fra 0,1 til 20 vægt-%, fortrinsvis 0,2 til 15 vægt-%, mere specifikt 0,5 til 10 vægt-%, hvor vægt-% er baseret på den samlede vægt af de anvendte forbindelser med formlerne (I), (II) og phosphit.
4. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af polyurethansystemer ved omsætning af mindst en polyolkomponent med mindst en isocyanatkomponent i nærvær af en eller flere katalysatorer, der katalyserer isocyanat-polyol- og/eller isocyanat-vand-reaktionerne og/eller isocyanat-trimeriseringen, kendetegnet ved, at reaktionen udføres i nærvær af en antioxidantblanding
ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til
5. Polyurethansystem der er fremstillet ifølge en fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 4, der mere specifikt omfatter fra 0,0001 til 10 vægt-%, fortrinsvis 0,001 til 5 vægt-%, mere specielt 0,01 til 3 vægt-% af en eller flere forbindelser med formlen (I), der er baseret på den samlede vægt af polyurethansystemet.
6. Anvendelsen af polyurethansystemer ifølge krav 5 som køleskabsisolering, isoleringsplade, sandwichelement, rørisolering, sprøjtet skum, 1- og 1,5-komponentskum, imiteret træ, modelleringsskum, emballeringsskum, madrasser, møbelbetræk, materiale i motorkøretøjsinteriør, bilstolebeklædning, nakkestøtte, instrumentpanel, indvendig bilbeklædning, automobiltagbeklædning, lydabsorptionsmateriale, rat, fodtøjssål, tæppebagsideskum, filterskum, tætningsskum, fugemasse og klæbemiddel eller til fremstilling af tilsvarende produkter, især som materiale i motorkøretøjsinteriør.
7. Anvendelse af antioxidantblandinger ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 3 til fremstilling af polyurethansystemer med lave emissioner med en reduceret værdi af VOC og dannelse af dug.
8. Anvendelse af antioxidantblandinger ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 3 til fremstilling af lugtfrie polyurethansystemer.
