Claims (18)
1. Apparat (120) til opsamling af blod i en beholder og til at forbinde med intravenøse slanger, hvilket apparat omfatter: et hovedlegeme (121.1), der definerer et indre og indbefatter et opsamlingshulrum tilpasset og konfigureret til deri at modtage en ende af en let adskillelig beholder; en første tilbagetrækkelig hul kanyle (140) med en første skarp spids, hvilken første kanyle kan bevæges fra en første fremført position, hvori den første skarpe spids er uden for hovedlegemet for indføring i et blodkar, til en anden tilbagetrukket position, hvori den første skarpe spids er inden for en del af det indre; en anden hul kanyle (152), der er fastgjort til hovedlegemet og har en anden skarp spids, der strækker sig ind i opsamlingshulrummet; en kateterenhed (130), der har et legeme og et hult lumen og modtager den første kanyle inde i lumenet, hvor den første skarpe spids strækker sig fra den distale ende af lumenet; og en afgasningsventil (58) understøttet af hovedlegemet, der gør det muligt for gas indeholdt i en fluidstrømningsbane at strømme fra den første kanyle til den anden kanyle; hvor den første kanyle let kan adskilles fra kateterenheden, idet den første kanyle automatisk trækkes tilbage til den anden position som reaktion på adskillelse af den første kanyle fra kateterenheden, og opsamlingshulrummet bevarer et fast forhold i forhold til delen af det indre i både den første position og den anden position.
2. Apparat ifølge krav 1, hvor den første kanyle automatisk trækkes tilbage til den anden position som reaktion på adskillelse af den første kanyle fra kateterenheden, og som endvidere omfatter et middel til automatisk tilbagetrækning af første kanyle.
3. Apparat ifølge krav 2, hvor tilbagetrækningsmidlet indbefatter en fjeder i en spændt tilstand i den første position.
4. Apparat ifølge krav 1, hvor den første kanyle automatisk trækkes tilbage til den anden position som reaktion på adskillelse af den første kanyle fra kateterenheden, og som endvidere omfatter et middel til at forhindre automatisk tilbagetrækning af den første kanyle.
5. Apparat ifølge krav 4, der endvidere omfatter et første kanylelegeme, der understøtter den første kanyle, og hvor forhindringsmidlet indbefatter en flerhed af fingre, der hver modtages inde i et tilsvarende affladet område, hvor hovedlegemet indbefatter én af fingrene eller de affladede områder, og det første kanylelegeme indbefatter den anden af fingrene eller de affladede områder.
6. Apparat ifølge krav 4, hvor forhindringsmidlet indbefatter en friktionstilpasning mellem kateterlegemet og hovedlegemet.
7. Apparat ifølge et hvilket som helst foregående krav, der endvidere omfatter en afdækning, der kan glide inde i opsamlingshulrummet, og hvor hovedlegemet har en mest distal ende, og den første kanyle er placeret mellem den mest distale ende og afdækningen i den anden position.
8. Apparat ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 6, der endvidere omfatter en afdækning, der kan glide inde i opsamlingshulrummet fra en første position, hvori en åbning af afdækningen omgiver den anden kanyle, til en anden position, hvori afdækningen lukker opsamlingshulrummet og forhindrer adgang til den anden skarpe spids.
9. Apparat ifølge et hvilket som helst foregående krav, der endvidere omfatter en fleksibel slange, der tilvejebringer fluidforbindelse mellem den første kanyle og den anden kanyle, hvor hovedlegemet indbefatter et vindue, og den fleksible slange kan ses gennem vinduet.
10. Apparat ifølge et hvilket som helst foregående krav, hvor kateterlegemet indbefatter en luer-lock tilpasset og konfigureret til fastgørelse til de intravenøse slanger.
11. Apparat ifølge krav 1, hvor fluidstrømningsbanen fra den første kanyle til den anden kanyle er tilpasset og konfigureret til at levere blod til beholderen.
