Claims (15)

1. Fremgangsmåde til at scanne med et lasersystem, idet fremgangsmåden omfatter: at danne femtosekund startpulser (211) med en oscillator (100, 100'); at forlænge en varighed af startpulserne med en forlænger (200, 200'); at forstærke forlængede startpulser (212) med en forstærker (300, 300') til laserpulser (213) med en regenerativ forstærker (300), der omfatter endespejle (321, 322, 323, 324) ; at kompensere en gruppeforsinkelsesspredning af laserpulserne i området af 5.000 - 20.000 fs2 med en spredningskompensator imellem endespejlene fra forstærkeren; at udsende laserpulserne (213) fra forstærkeren (300) med en elektrooptisk modulator (330) ved en første gentagelseshyppighed; at komprimere en varighed af laserpulserne til området af 1 -1.000 fs med en kompressor (200, 400); at fokusere laserpulserne til en fokusplet i et første målområde med et scannende laserleveringssystem; at scanne fokuspletten med den første gentagelseshyppighed i det første målområde med det scannende laserleveringssystem; at ændre den første gentagelseshyppighed til en anden gentagelseshyppighed med en styreenhed for gentagelseshyppighed; og at scanne fokuspletten med den anden gentagelseshyppighed i et andet målområde med det scannende laserleveringssystem; hvorved lasersystemet er konfigureret til at udsende en laserstråle med en gentagelseshyppighed med et område af 10 kHz til 20 MHz og til at udsende laserstrålen med en udgangseffekt, der er større end 0,1 W.
2. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, der omfatter: at scanne fokuspletten i det første målområde med en første scannehastighed; at ændre den første scannehastighed til en anden scannehastighed med en processor fra det scannende laserleveringssystem; og at scanne fokuspletten i det andet målområde med en anden scannehastighed.
3. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvorved: den første gentagelseshyppighed er mindre end eller lig med 100 kHz; og den anden gentagelseshyppighed er større end 100 kHz.
4. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 3, hvorved: den anden gentagelseshyppighed er 150 kHz.
5. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvorved: kompressoren og forlængeren er integrerede til en forlængerkompressor .
6. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvorved: den elektrooptiske modulator indbefatter en omskiftelig polarisator, der er konfigureret til at dreje et polarisationsplan for de forlængede pulser i forstærkeren, idet den omskiftelige polarisator har en stigetid på mindre end 5 ns.
7. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 8, idet det scannende laserleveringssystem omfatter: en styreelektronik, der er konfigureret til at påføre styresignaler til den omskiftelige polarisator for at bevirke, at den omskiftelige polarisator skifter med en stigetid på mindre end 5 ns.
8. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, idet ændringen af den første gentagelseshyppighed til en anden gentagelseshyppighed omfatter: at ændre et antal af rundture af laserpulser, før laserpulserne udsendes fra forstærkeren med den elektrooptiske modulator.
9. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, idet ændringen af den første gentagelseshyppighed til en anden gentagelseshyppighed omfatter: at ændre den første gentagelseshyppighed til den anden gentagelseshyppighed i en tid i området af 1 psek. - 1 sek.
10. Laserscanningsystem, der omfatter: en oscillator (100, 100'), som danner og udsender en stråle af femtosekund startpulser; en forlænger-kompressor (200, 200'), som forlænger en varighed af startpulserne (212), modtager forstærkede, forlængede pulser (213) fra en forstærker (300), komprimerer en varighed af de forstærkede, forlængede pulser til området af 1 - 1.000 fs, og udsender en laserstråle af femtosekund pulser; idet forstærkeren (300), en regenerativ forstærker, som omfatter endespejle (321, 322, 323, 324), og som modtager de forlængede startpulser (212) fra forlængerkompressoren (200, 200'), forstærker en amplitude af udvalgte forlængede startpulser for at skabe forstærkede, forlængede pulser (213), kompenserer en spredning af de forstærkede, forlængede pulser (213) i området af 5.000 - 20.000 fs2 med en spredningskompensator imellem endespejlene fra forstærkeren; og udsender de forstærkede, forlængede pulser ved en første gentagelseshyppighed hen imod forlænger-kompressoren med en elektrooptisk modulator (330); og en scannende optik, der er konfigureret til at scanne en fokusplet fra laserstrålen med en første gentagelseshyppighed i et første målområde; hvori laserscanningsystemet er konfigureret til at ændre den første gentagelseshyppighed til en anden gentagelseshyppighed med en styreenhed for gentagelseshyppighed, og den scannende optik er konfigureret til at scanne en fokusplet fra laserstrålen med en anden gentagelseshyppighed i et andet målområde; hvori lasersystemet er konfigureret til at udsende en laserstråle med en gentagelseshyppighed med et område af 10 kHz til 20 MHz og til at udsende laserstrålen med en udgangseffekt, der er større end 0,1 W.
11. Laserscanningsystem ifølge krav 10, idet den scannende optik er konfigureret til at scanne fokuspletten i det første scannede område med en første scannehastighed og yderligere omfatter en processor, der er konfigureret til at ændre den første scannehastighed til en anden scannehastighed; og den scannende optik er konfigureret til at scanne fokuspletten i det andet scannede område med den anden scannehastighed.
