Claims (10)

1. Glucoamylasevariant, som omfatter en substitution i en eller fiere positioner svarende til position 95, 59, 119 og 121 i polypeptidet ifolge SEQ ID NO: 3, hvor varianten har glucoamylaseaktivitet, og hvor varianten udviser mindst 90%, mindst 95%, mindst 96%, mindst 97%, mindst 98% eller mindst 99%, men mindre end 100% sekvensidentitet med polypeptidet ifolge SEQ ID NO: 3, hvilken variant omfatter en eller fiere substitutioner valgt fra gruppen bestaende af 59A, 95P, 119W og 121P, og hvor varianten omfatter mindst én af folgende substitutioner eller kombinationer af substitutioner: V59A; S95P; A121P; T119W; S95P + A121P; V59A + S95P; S95P + T119W; V59A + S95P + A121P; eller S95P + T119W + A121P; og hvor varianterne harforoget termostabilitet i sammenligning med stamglucoamylasen ifolge SEQ ID NO: 3.
2. Sammensaetning, som omfatter polypeptidet ifolge krav 1.
3. Sammensaetning ifolge krav 2, som omfatter en alfa-amylase.
4. Anvendelse af et polypeptid ifolge krav 1 til fremstilling af sirup og/eller et fermenteringsprodukt.
5. Fremgangsmade til fremstilling af et fermenteringsprodukt ud fra stivelsesholdigt materiale, hvilken fremgangsmade omfatter folgende trin: (a) at gore stivelsesholdigt materiale flydende i naervaerelse af en alfa-amylase; (b) at forsukre materialet, som er gjort flydende; og (c) at fermentere med en fermenterende organisme; hvor trin (a) og/eller trin (b) udfores ved anvendelse af mindst en glucoamylasevariant ifolge krav 1.
6. Fremgangsmade til fremstilling af et sirupprodukt ud fra stivelsesholdigt materiale, hvilken fremgangsmade omfatter folgende trin: (a) at g0re stivelsesholdigt materiale flydende i naervaerelse at en alfa-amylase; (b) at forsukre materialet, som er gjort flydende, i naervaerelse af en glucoamylasevariant ifolge krav 1.
7. Isoleret polynukleotid, som koder for varianten ifolge krav 1.
8. Nukleinsyrekonstruktion, som omfatter polynukleotidet ifolge krav 7.
9. Ekspressionsvektor, som omfatter polynukleotidet ifolge krav 7.
10. Vaertscelle, som omfatter polynukleotidet ifolge krav 7.
