Claims (9)
1. Mikrofluid-produktposearrangement til brug i en mikrofluid chip, og som omfatter: en pose, som omgiver et indre kammer, og som har en del, der kan brydes itu, en indre membran, som er anbragt i det indre kammer og tjener til fastlæggelse af et første hulrum og et andet hulrum; et reagens i tør form, og som anbragt inden i det første hulrum; og en struktur, som kan brydes itu, som er således udformet, at den selektivt kan brække den del, som skal brydes itu, og hvor det andet hulrum rummer et fortyndingsmiddel, som - når nævnte indre membran gennemstikkes, gennemtrænges og/eller gennembrydes på tilnærmelsesvis samme tidspunkt eller på et tidspunkt kort efter, hvor man bryder den del af posen, der kan brydes itu - kan hydratisere det tørre reagens.
2. Mikrofluid produktpose ifølge krav 1, hvor en itubrydende struktur i posen er en nål, som har en skarp kant, der er således udformet, at den kan gennemtrænge den del, som skal brydes itu.
3. Mikrofluid produktpose ifølge krav 1, hvor den struktur, som kan bryde posen itu, er et stempel.
4. Mikrofluid produktpose ifølge krav 3, hvor stemplet omfatter en stang, som er forbundet med en kontaktdel, der har en i hovedsagen plan overflade.
5. Mikrofluid produktpose ifølge krav 4, hvor posen yderligere omfatter en deformerbar membran, og hvor en plan flade på stemplet er således udformet, at den kan tilvejebringe tryk på den deformerbare membran, så at posens itubryde-lige del brydes itu.
6. Mikrofluid produktpose ifølge krav 4, hvor stemplet har en første ende og en anden ende, hvor den første ende er udformet til formmæssigt at passe ind i det andet hulrum i det andet kammer.
7. Mikrofluid produktpose ifølge krav 1, hvor den struktur, som kan itubryde en lomme, omfatter en valse.
8. Mikrofluid produktpose ifølge krav 7, hvor det andet hulrum er et aflangt hulrum, som har en første ende og en anden ende, og hvor det første hulrum er anbragt ved den anden ende af hulrummet, og valsen er således udformet, at den kan bevæges fra den første ende til den anden ende af det aflange hulrum.
9. Mikrofluid chip, som omfatter: et hus; en prøvetilslutning, som bæres af huset, og som tjener til indføring af fluider i huset; en eller flere kanaler, som tilvejebringer fluidumforbindelse mellem prøve-portåbningen og et affølingskammer; og en eller flere produktpose-arrangementer ifølge krav 1, hvilke pose-arrangementer er anbragt ved siden af en eller flere kanaler, og hvor den del, som i posen kan brydes itu, er anbragt i fluidumforbindelse med de en eller flere reagenser og de en eller flere kanaler.
