Claims (12)
1. Loftsystem (100, 200, 300) omfattende én eller flere loftplader (102, 402) til et hvilerum (10), kendetegnet ved at hver loftplade omfatter: ét eller flere afdækningskomponenter (104, 404) bevægelige mellem en åben konfiguration og en lukket konfiguration; og en aktiveringsmekanisme (103) konfigureret til at bevæge det ene eller flere afdækningskomponenter fra den lukkede konfiguration til den åbne konfiguration som respons på en udløser, hvor aktiveringsmekanismen er konfigureret til at forspænde ét eller flere af afdækningskomponenterne mod den åbne konfiguration, og yderligere konfigureret i en første aktiveret tilstand for at holde det ene eller flere afdækningskomponenter i den lukkede konfiguration mod forspændingen, og i en anden ikke-aktiveret tilstand for at tillade det ene eller flere afdækningskomponenter at bevæges mod den åbne konfiguration under forspændingen, aktiveringsmekanismen er konfigureret til at bevæges fra den første aktiverede tilstand til den anden ikke-aktiverede tilstand som respons på udløseren; og loftsystemet yderligere omfattende en detektionsenhed konfigureret til at tilvejebringe udløseren til hver aktiveringsmekanisme som respons til detektionen af en forudbestemt tilstand og hvor detektionsenheden omfatter en bevægelsesdetektor (118) konfigureret til at reagere på detektionen af et fravær af bevægelse i hvilerummet.
2. Loftsystemet ifølge krav 1, hvor udløseren omfatter en afbrydelse af strømmen til aktiveringsmekanismen.
3. Loftsystemet ifølge krav 1, hvor aktiveringsmekanismen omfatter en af: en udløsningsfjeder (103) konfigureret til at forspænde de ene eller flere afdækningskomponenter mod den åbne konfiguration; eller mindst en kontravægt (205) konfigureret til at forspænde den ene eller flere afdækningskomponenter mod den åbne konfiguration; eller en elektromekanisk aktuator (105) konfigureret i en aktiveret tilstand til at holde det ene eller flere afdækningskomponenter i den lukkede konfiguration mod forspændingen, og i en ikke-aktiveret tilstand for at tillade det ene eller flere afdækningskomponenter at kunne bevæges mod den åbne konfiguration underforspændingen.
4. Loftsystemet ifølge et af kravene 1 til 3, hvor det ene eller flere afdækningskomponenter: er indbyrdes forbundet for at danne en koncertina, hvor koncertinaen er bevægelig mellem en sammenklappet position der definerer den åbne konfiguration og en forlænget position der definerer den lukkede konfiguration; eller danner en tamburafdækning der er bevægelig mellem en stuvet position der definerer den åbne konfiguration og en forlænget position der definerer den lukkede konfiguration.
5. Loftsystemet ifølge krav 1, hvor detektionsenheden konfigureret til at tilvejebringe udløseren to aktiveringsmekanismen som respons til detektionen af en forudbestemt tilstand yderligere omfattende en af: (i) en røgdetektor (116) konfigureret til at reagere på detektionen af røg; eller (ii) en varmedetektor (120) konfigureret til at reagere på detektionen af en temperatur inde i hvilerummet når en forudbestemt tærskelværdi; eller (iii) en varmedetektor (120) konfigureret til at reagere på detektionen af en temperatur inde i hvilerummet når en forudbestemt tærskelværdi og hvor varmedetektoren omfatter en smeltbar forbindelse konfigureret til at smelte og derved afbryde strømmen til aktiveringsmekanismen når temperaturen inde i hvilerummet når den forudbestemte tærskelværdi.
6. Loftsystemet ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor det ene eller flere afdækningskomponenter i den åbne konfiguration fremstiller mindst et specificeret procent åbent område og hvor den mindst specificerede procentdel åbent område er mindst et 65,0% åbent område, fortrinsvis mindst et 67,0% åbent område, mere fortrinsvis mindst et 70% åbent område og mest fortrinsvis ca. et 72% åbent område.
7. Loftsystemet ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor det ene eller flere afdækningskomponenter er tilpasset til akustisk at isolere hvilerummet i den lukkede konfiguration.
8. Loftsystemet ifølge et af kravene 1 til 3 eller krav 7, hvor det ene eller flere afdækningskomponenter omfatter en flerhed af drejelige lameller (104, 404), lamellerne er drejelige mellem kontaktpositionerne i hvilken lamellerne kontakter hinanden for at definere den lukkede konfiguration, og ikke-kontaktende positioner der definerer den åbne konfiguration og eventuelt, yderligere omfattende et forbindelseselement (106) drejeligt forbundet til hver lamel til at bevirke synkron bevægelse af lamellerne.
9. Loftsystemet ifølge krav 8 når afhængig af krav 7, hvor lamellerne yderligere omfatter flanger der kontakter og overlapper hinanden til at definere den lukkede konfiguration og eventuelt, hvor flangerne af lamellerne yderligere omfatter en spids til at forbedre lukningen.
10. Loftsystemet ifølge et af kravene 7, 8 når afhængig af krav 7 eller 9, hvor afdækningskomponenterne omfatter et komposit med et større massefyldemateriale og et lavere massefyldemateriale and hvor det højere massefyldemateriale danner en kerne (406) og det lavere massefyldemateriale en beklædning (408) rundt om mindst en del af det højere massefyldemateriale, og hvor: kernen er i det væsentlige plan; beklædningen strækker sig rundt om den i det væsentlige plane kerne; og beklædningen yderligere omfatter en flange/krave (410).
11. Loftsystemet ifølge krav 10, hvor flangen yderligere omfatter en spids (412) der rager frem i en retning i det væsentlige lodret til flangen og eventuelt, hvor flangerne og spidserne af to tilgrænsende lameller definerer et isoleringshulrum i den lukkede konfiguration.
12. Hvilerum omfattende et loftsystem ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav.
