Claims (11)
1. Lægemiddelafgivelsesindretning omfattende: et hus (10) med en proximal ende (11) og en distal ende (12); et hult stempellegeme (20), der er anbragt i huset (10); en teleskopisk doseringstromle (40), der er anbragt koncentrisk mellem huset (10) og stempellegemet (20), hvilken teleskopisk doseringstromle (40) kan bevæge sig i begge retninger i forhold til huset og i forhold til stempel-ilegemet, når en dosis indstilles, og en dosis afgives; en stempellegemedrivanordning til at drive det hule stempellegeme mod den proximale ende, kendetegnet ved, at lægemiddelafgivelsesindretningen yderligere omfatter: en hul drivtromlebøsning (30), der er anbragt bevægeligt i det hule stempellegeme (20) og er fast forbundet til den teleskopiske doseringstromle (40), hvor den hule drivtromlebøsning (30) og det hule stempellegeme (20) kan kobles løsbart til hinanden; et elastisk rotationselement (70), der har en langsgående stang (71), der er anbragt bevægeligt i den hule drivtromlebøsning (30), hvor den langsgående stang (71) og den hule drivtromlebøsning (30) kan kobles løsbart til hinanden; således at når en dosis er indstillet, vil aksial bevægelse af det elastiske rotationselement (70) mod den proximale ende tvinge den langsgående stang (71) og den hule drivtromlebøsning (30) til at kobles sammen og dermed også koble den hule drivtromlebøsning (30) og det hule stempellegeme (20) sammen, hvorved det hule stempellegeme (20) og den teleskopiske doseringstromle (40) forskydes mod den proximale ende til afgivelse af den indstillede dosis, og således, at når en indstillet dosis er afgivet, vil aksial bevægelse af det elastiske rotationselement (70) mod den distale ende tvinge den langsgående stang (71) og den hule drivtromlebøsning (30) til at koble fra hinanden, og derved også koble den hule drivtromlebøsning (30) fra det hule stempellegeme (20) til indstilling af en ny dosis, hvilken indretning yderligere omfatter et stoplegeme (26), der er forbundet til det hule stempellegeme (20), således at stoplegemet kan rotere, men ikke glide i forhold til det hule stempellegeme (20), og også er forbundet til den teleskopiske doseringstromle på en sådan måde, at stoplegemet kan glide, men ikke rotere i forhold til den teleskopiske doseringstromle.
2. Lægemiddelafgivelsesindretning ifølge krav 1, hvor stoplegemet (26) er indrettet til at samarbejde med et stoplegeme (97) på den teleskopiske doseringstromle (40), når den indstillede dosis svarer til den resterende dosis i lægemiddelbeholderen, således at rotation af den teleskopiske doseringstromle (40) er spærret.
3. Lægemiddelafgivelsesindretning ifølge krav 1 eller 2, hvor stoplegemet (26) er et hovedsageligt ringformet legeme omfattende mindst ét fremspring, ribbe eller kant (94) på sin ydre overflade.
4. Lægemiddelafgivelsesindretning ifølge ethvert af de foregående krav 1 -3, hvor den teleskopiske doseringstromle (40) har en første distal del (41) og en anden proximal del (42), der er anbragt glidbart i forhold til hinanden.
5. Lægemiddelafgivelsesindretning ifølge krav 4, hvor den anden proximale del (42) er et rørformet legeme, der har mindst én langsgående fure (96) på sin indvendige overflade, og hvor stoplegemet (97) er en endeflade af den mindst ene fure.
6. Lægemiddelafgivelsesindretning ifølge ethvert af de foregående krav 4-5, hvor den første distale del (41) ved sin distale ende har et doseringsindstillingsgreb (41a), hvilket doseringsindstillingsgreb (41a) er indrettet til at blive betjent af en bruger til indstilling af en dosis, når det drejes i en første retning.
7. Lægemiddelafgivelsesindretning ifølge krav 6, hvor doseringsindstillingsgrebet (41a) er en selvstændig komponent forbundet med den første del (41) af doseringstromlen (40) ved sin distale ende, eller hvor doseringsindstillingsgrebet (41a) er i ét stykke med den første del (41), hvorved den første del (41) af den teleskopiske doseringstromle (40) er indrettet til at foretage drejningsbevægelse distalt i den første retning i forhold til huset (10) under doseringsindstilling ved hjælp af doseringsindstillingsgrebet (41a).
8. Lægemiddelafgivelsesindretning ifølge ethvert af kravene 1 til 7, yderligere omfattende et lægemiddelbeholdergreb (80), der er beregnet til at modtage en lægemiddelbeholder (82).
9. Lægemiddelafgivelsesindretning ifølge ethvert af kravene 1 til 8, hvor en del af den ydre periferioverflade (21) af stempellegemet (20) er gevindskåret.
10. Lægemiddelafgivelsesindretning ifølge ethvert af kravene 1 til 9, yderligere omfattende en énvejsmekanisme til hindring af bevægelse af stempellegemet (20) i distal retning under indstilling af en dosis.
11. Lægemiddelafgivelsesindretning ifølge ethvert af kravene 1 til 10, hvor indretningen er en injektionsindretning, fortrinsvis en injektorpen.
