Claims (9)
1. Højtryksventil for et anlæg til højtryksbehandling af produkter i et højtrykskammer, hvorved produkterne påvirkes af et højtryksmedium med et tryk på op til 10000 bar, omfattende et ventillegeme (1) med en indgang (2) og en udgang (3), - et ventilsæde (4) mellem indgangen (2) og en udgang (3), - hvorved ventilsædet (4) omfatter en indgangsside (4a) for ventilsædet og en udgangsside (4b) for ventilsædet og indgangssiden for ventilsædet udgør indgangen (2), - en boring (8) i ventilsædet (4), gennem hvilken højtryksmediet ved åbning af høj tryks ventilen strømmer fra indgangen (2) til udgangen (3), en ventilspindel (5), hvorved ventilspindelspidsen (6) udgør en del af ventilspindlen (5), og hvorved ventilspindelspidsen (6) tætner ventilsædet (4) fra ventilsædets (4a) indgangsside til ind mod udgangssiden for ventilsædet (4b) i lukket tilstand for højtryksventilen, kendetegnet ved, at - ventilspindelspidsen (6) omfatter en kegleformet ende (11) og en spindel (12), - ventilsædet (4) omfatter en koncentrisk forsænkningsboring (10), - hvorved den koncentriske forsænkningsboring (10) i retning af ventilsædets (4a) indgangsside omfatter en konisk flade (13), - og den koncentriske forsænkningsboring (10) i retning af ventilsædets (4b) udgangsside omfatter en spindel-kontraflade (15) med cylindrisk form eller konisk form og med en hældningsvinkel på indtil 6° i forhold til ventilspindlens (4) akse, - hvorved ventilspindelspidsens (6) ende (11) i lukket tilstand for højtryksventilen tætner mod forsænkningsboringens (10) koniske flade (13), og ventilspindelspidsens (6) skaft (12) danner en spalte sammen med ventilsædets (4) spindel-kontraflade (15).
2. Højtryksventil ifølge krav 1,kendetegnet ved, at ventilspindlens (6) skaft (12) er udformet som cylindrisk eller konisk med en hældningsvinkel på op til 6° i forhold til ventilspindelspidsens (6) akse.
3. Højtryks ventil ifølge krav 1 eller krav 2, kendetegnet ved, at ventilspindlens (5) hoveddel udgøres af ventilspindelspidsen (6).
4. Højtryks ventil ifølge krav 3,kendetegnet ved, at ventilspindelspidsen (6) er dannet som en udskiftelig, separat komponent, hvorved ventilspindlen (5) omfatter en indvendig boring, i hvilken ventilspindelspidsens (6) skaft (12) modtages.
5. Højtryksventil ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at ventilsædet (4) i forsænkningsboringen (10) omfatter sideværts boringer (9).
6. Højtryksventil ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at forskellen i hældningsvinkel mellem den koniske flade (13) og den kegleformede ende (11) maksimalt er 4°.
7. Højtryksventil ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at ventillegemet (1) og ventilsædet (4) danner et ventilkammer, i hvilket der er tilvejebragt et ventilkammer-beskyttelsesmiddel (14).
8. Højtryksventil ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at høj tryks ventilen omfatter en reguleringsindretning, ved hjælp af hvilken ventilspindlens (5) bevægelse reguleres.
9. Højtryksventil ifølge krav 8, kendetegnet ved, at reguleringsindretningen både kan styres manuelt og mekanisk.
