Claims (5)

1. Antistof, der specifikt binder til kappeprotein 2 af hepatitis C-virus af genotype 2a, men ikke reagerer immunologisk med kappeprotein 2 af hepatitis C-virus af genotype 1a og ikke reagerer immunologisk med kappeprotein 2 af hepatitis C-virus af genotype 1 b, hvor antistoffet genkender aminosyresekvensen vist i SEQ ID NO: 2 som en epi-top.
2. Antistof, der specifikt binder til kappeprotein 2 af hepatitis C-virus af genotype 2a, men ikke reagerer immunologisk med kappeprotein 2 af hepatitis C-virus af genotype 1a og ikke reagerer immunologisk med kappeprotein 2 af hepatitis C-virus af genotype 1 b, hvor antistoffet genkender aminosyresekvensen vist i SEQ ID NO: 3 som en epi-top.
3. Antistof ifølge krav 1, der er fremstillet af hybridomcellelinjen med tilgangsnummer FERM BP-11180.
4. Antistof ifølge krav 2, der er fremstillet af hybridomcellelinjen med tilgangsnummer FERM BP-11179.
5. Fremgangsmåde til identifikation af en hepatitis C-virus genotype 2a, hvor genotypen af hepatitis C-virus bestemmes til at være genotype 2a, hvis virusset binder til antistoffet, der er fremstillet af hybridomcellelinjen med tilgangsnummer FERM BP-11181, og binder til antistofferne ifølge krav 3 og 4.
