Claims (10)
1. Fremgangsmåde til kunstig ældning af tekstilstofbeklædningsgenstande, navnlig bomulds- eller denimbeklædningsgenstande, kendetegnet ved, at den indbefatter følgende trin: Anvendelse (10) at forstøve en blanding, det omfatter mindst et enzym og vand, på stoffet, ved påsprøjtning heraf, indtil stoffet opnår en høj fugtighedsgrad; Aktivering (20) at lade stoffet rotere i en industriel tørremaskine, såsom en anordning, der leverer et miljø, som styres i fugtighed, tid og temperatur, i mindst 40-60 minutter ved en aktiveringstemperatur, der er specificeret for det mindst ene anvendte enzym; Første deaktivering (30) ved cyklussens afslutning at øge temperaturen til mindst 90 °C i mindst 10-20 minutter for at deaktivere det mindst ene enzym; Rensning og sidste deaktivering (40) at udføre mindst én grundig skylning for at fjerne enhver form for urenheder, rester eller andre stoffer, der er til stede i stoffet; Tørring (50) at tørre stoffet.
2. Fremgangsmåde ifølge det foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at den endvidere, før Anvendelsestrinnet (10), omfatter et Klargøringstrin (5), der består af klargøring af stoffet ved hjælp af én eller flere indledende handlinger, der indbefatter manuel slibning, mekanisk slibning, laserslibning, slibning med sandpapir, slitage, smergelpolering og sandblæsning.

6. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at den industrielle tørremaskine i Aktiveringstrinnet (20) tilsættes små gummi- og/eller plastkugler eller andre små slibende legemer.
7. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at fugtighedsgraden holdes konstant i Aktiveringstrinnet (20).
8. Fremgangsmåde ifølge det foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at fugtighedsgraden i Aktiveringstrinnet (20) holdes konstant ved sprøjtning afvand ind i den industrielle tørremaskines proceskammer.
9. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 7, kendetegnet ved, at fugtighedsgraden i Aktiveringstrinnet (20) holdes konstant ved sprøjtning af blandingen ind i den industrielle tørremaskines proceskammer.
10. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at blandingen endvidere omfatter overfladeaktive midler.
