Claims (23)
1. Beholder, omfattende en bund og en kontinuerlig sidevæg, som strækker sig i det væsentlige vinkelret på bunden med en periferiflange dannet langs den under anvendelsen øvre kant af den kontinuerlige sidevæg, hvorved der dannes en skål, hvorved bunden og den kontinuerlige sidevæg i det væsentlige består af po-lyethylen-terephthalat (PET), hvorved et lag af klæbemiddel er placeret på en under anvendelsen øvre overflade af periferiflangen, og laget af klæbemiddel ikke strækker sig på de under anvendelsen lodrette overflader af den kontinuerlige sidevæg og ikke strækker sig på bunden, hvorved beholderen ydermere omfatter en lågfolie, som kan forsegles på periferiflangen, så der skabes et forseglet rum mellem bunden, den kontinuerlige sidevæg og lågfolien; og hvorved lågfolien er en flerlagsfolie, der omfatter et forseglingslag, og forseglingslaget omfatter polypropylen (PP) og/eller PE; beholderen ydermere omfatter mindst en udsparing til lågaftagning, og som befinder sig i et lågaftagningsområde, hvilket lågaftagningsområde er undersænket i forhold til flangens øvre overflade og delvist eller helt strækker sig langs flangens indre periferi, således at, når laget af klæbemiddel påføres på skålen, den øvre overflade af det undersænkede lågaftagningsområde ikke bliver belagt.
2. Beholder ifølge krav 1, hvorved bunden og den kontinuerlige sidevæg er transparente.
3. Beholder ifølge krav 2, hvorved bunden og den kontinuerlige sidevæg i det væsentlige består af recirkuleret PET.
4. Beholder ifølge krav 1, 2 eller 3, hvorved klæbemidlet er et klæbemiddel, som er baseret på et polymert substrat eller et materiale, som er baseret på et polyethylen -(PE) eller en PE-Co-polymer.
5. Beholder ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvorved tykkelsen af klæbemiddellaget er fra 20 μιη til 100 μπι, fortrinsvis 50 μιη.
6. Beholder ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvorved afstanden mellem den øvre overflade af lågaftagningsområdet og skålens bund er kortere end afstanden mellem flangens øvre overflade og bunden.
7. Beholder ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvorved lågfolien er forseglet derpå.
8. Beholder ifølge krav 7, hvorved atmosfæren i den forseglede beholder er blevet modificeret eller reguleret.
9. Beholder ifølge krav 8, hvorved den modificerede atmosfære indeholder hævede niveauer af oxygen eller carbondioxid.
10. Beholder ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvorved tykkelsen af lågfoliens forseglingslag er fra 15 μιη til 50 μιη, fortrinsvis 20 μιη.
11. Beholder ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvorved tykkelsen af lågfolien er fra 20 μιη til 60 μιη.
12. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af en beholder ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 6, hvorved fremgangsmåden omfatter: a) Tilvejebringelse af en beholder, som omfatter en bund og en kontinuerlig sidevæg, der rager opad fra bunden med en periferiflange dannet langs den under anvendelsen øvre kant af den kontinuerlige sidevæg, hvorved der dannes en skål, hvorved denne bund og sidevæg i det væsentlige består af polyethylen-terephthalat (PET), og mindst en lågaftagningsudsparing befinder sig i et lågaftagningsområde, hvorved lågaftagningsområdet er undersænket i forhold til flangens øvre overflade og helt eller delvist strækker sig langs flangens indre periferi, og b) påføring af et lag klæbemiddel på en under anvendelsen øvre overflade af periferiflangen, så der frembringes en beholder, der kan forsegles, og således, at laget af klæbemiddel ikke strækker sig på de under brugen lodrette overflader af den kontinuerlige sidevæg og ikke strækker sig på bunden; således at, når klæbemidlet påføres på skålen, den øvre overflade af det forsænkede lågaftagningsområde ikke bliver belagt, c) tilvejebringelse af en flerlags-lågfolie, der omfatter et forseglingslag, hvilket forseglingslag omfatter polypropylen (PP) og/eller PE.
13. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 12, hvorved beholderen er koronabehandlet eller plasmabehandlet mellem trin a) og b).
14. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 12 eller 13, hvorved laget af klæbemiddel påføres på en øvre overflade af periferiflangen ved hjælp af en rulle, ved spraycoating, med en varmsmeltepistol eller ved hjælp af en printeteknik.
15. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 14, hvorved valsen er en silikonevalse eller en opvarmet kromvalse.
16. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 12 til 15, hvorved periferiflangen understøttes under påføringen af laget af klæbemiddel.
17. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af kravene 12 til 16, hvorved fremgangsmåden er en kontinuerlig fremgangsmåde.
18. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af en beholder ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 7 til 11, hvorved fremgangsmåden omfatter: a) Tilvejebringelse af en beholder, der er fremstillet ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 12 til 17; b) placering af lågfolien på beholderens periferiflange; og c) udøvelse af tryk på periferiflangen for at forsegle lågfolien på beholderen.
19. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 18, hvorved trykket udøves mod periferiflangen ved et tryk i intervallet fra 206,84 kPa til 1241,06 kPa (30 psi til 180 psi) i et tidsrum på 0,5 sekund til 5 sekunder, fortrinsvis 758,42 kPa (110 psi) i 1 sekund.
20. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 18 eller 19, hvorved varme tilføres samtidig med tryk.
21. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 20, hvorved varme tilføres til periferiflangen ved en temperatur fra 105 °C til 170 °C, fortrinsvis ved en temperatur på 150 °C.
22. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 18 til 21, hvorved en forseglende sko, som svarer til periferiflangens form, anvendes til forsegling af lågfolien på beholderen, som kan forsegles.
23. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 18 til 22, hvorved fremgangsmåden er en kontinuerlig fremgangsmåde.
