Claims (13)
1. Fremgangsmåde til formaling af et uorganisk faststof fra serien af cementklinker, puzzolan og/eller råmateriale til cementproduktion, hvor der tilsættes et formalingsadditiv inden eller under formalingen, kendetegnet ved, at formalingsadditivet omfatter, på basis af tørvægten, 6 til 80 vægt-% caprolactam og 1,5 til 30 vægt-% aminocapronsyre, hvor der anvendes fra 0,002 til 2 vægt-% af formalingsadditivet, i hvert tilfælde på basis af tørvægten, på basis af det totale uorganiske faststof.
2. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at formalingsadditivet omfatter mindst et yderligere formalingsadditiv fra serien af polycarboxylatethere, lignosulfonat, melamin-formaldehydsulfonat, naphthalen- formaldehydsulfonat, mono-, di-, tri- og polyglycoler, polyalkoholer, alkanolamin, aminosyrer, sukkerarter, melasser, organiske og uorganiske salte.
3. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at formalingsadditivet omfatter 3 til 70 vægt-% af mindst en alkanolamin eller et alkanolaminsalt.
4. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 3, kendetegnet ved, at der anvendes fra 0,01 til 0,5 vægt-% af formalingsadditivet, i hvert tilfælde på basis af tørvægten, på basis af det uorganiske faststof.
5. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 4, kendetegnet ved, at formalingsadditivet påføres på det uorganiske faststof som en vandig opløsning.
6. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 5, kendetegnet ved, at formalingsadditivet påføres inden formalingen.
7. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 6, kendetegnet ved, at formalingsadditivet omfatter 1 til 20 vægt-% alkalimetalhydroxid på basis af tørvægten.
8. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 7, kendetegnet ved, at formalingsadditivet omfatter caprolactam-oligomerer.
9. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 8, kendetegnet ved, at råmaterialet til cementproduktion omfatter mindst et stof fra serien af kalksten, kalkstensmergel, ler, kridt, silicasand og jernmalm.
10. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 9, kendetegnet ved, at formalingen udføres i en lodret valsemølle.
11. Uorganisk faststof fra serien af cementklinker, puzzolan og/eller råmateriale til cementproduktion, hvilket faststof er fremstillet ved en fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 10.
12. Anvendelse af en blanding, der på basis af tørvægten omfatter: 6 til 80 vægt-% caprolactam og 1,5 til 30 vægt-% aminocapronsyre som formalingsadditiv til et uorganiske faststof fra serien af cementklinker, puzzolan og/eller råmateriale til cementproduktion, hvor der anvendes fra 0,002 til 2 vægt-% af formalingsadditivet, i hvert tilfælde på basis af tørvægten, på basis af det uorganiske faststof, til reducering af energien, der bruges til at opnå et vist formalingsresultat samt til reducering af det resulterende produkts agglomereringstendens.
13. Formalingsadditiv til et uorganisk faststof fra serien af cementklinker, puzzolan og/eller råmateriale til cementproduktion, hvilket additiv omfatter 6 til 80 vægt-% caprolactam, 1,5 til 30 vægt-% aminocapronsyre og 3 til 70 vægt-% af mindst et yderligere formalingsadditiv fra serien af polycarboxylatethere, lignosulfonat, melamin-formaldehydsulfonat, naphthalen-formaldehydsulfonat, mono-, di-, tri- og polyglycoler, polyalkoholer, alkanolamin, aminosyrer, sukkerarter og melasser.
