Claims (26)
1. System til mindst én af homogenisering og lysering af en prøve, hvilket system omfatter: et engangstestpatronsystem, som er konfigureret til at være aftageligt koblet til en analysator og omfatter: et første reservoir (124B); et andet reservoir (116); én eller flere vægge, der danner et lukket kammer (502) med et indløb (132) og en flerhed af væskeforbindelser (203a-c), hvor mindst én af den ene eller de flere vægge i det lukkede kammer omfatter en termisk styret overflade; et første væskenetværk, som er koblet til mindst én af flerheden af væskeforbindelser (203a-c) og konfigureret til at indføre i det mindste prøven til det lukkede kammer (502) fra det mindst ene første reservoir (124B); et andet væskenetværk, som er koblet til mindst én af flerheden af væskeforbindelser (203a-c) og konfigureret til at udstøde i det mindste prøven fra det lukkede kammer (502) til det mindst ene andet reservoir (116); og et roterende element (136), som er anbragt inde i det lukkede kammer; og en aktuator (202), som er koblet til det roterende element (136) af engangstest-patronsystemet og konfigureret til at rotere det roterende element (136) omkring en akse, der strækker sig langs med en længde af det roterende element (136).
2. System ifølge krav 1, hvor den ene eller de flere vægge danner et i det væsentlige cylindrisk lukket kammer (502).
