Claims (7)

1. Prepregs indeholdende et fladt fiberlag, som ikke er gennemvædet med fuldstændig hærdet polyurethan (matrixmateriale), med en NCO-værdi på 8 vægt-% til 16 vægt-% og med en Tg-værdi på under 40°C (målt i henhold til DIN EN ISO 53765-A-20) , idet polyurethanen er opnåelig fra en reaktionsblanding bestående af A) et eller flere di- og/eller polyisocyanater fra gruppen bestående af aromatiske di- og/eller polyisocyanater og deres polymere homologer samt sammenblandinger heraf, B) en polyolbestanddel af en eller flere polyoler med et gennemsnitligt OH-tal på 30 til 1.000 mg KOH/g (målt i henhold til DIN EN ISO 53240), en gennemsnitlig funktionalitet på 1,9 til 2,5, C) en eller flere dianhydrohexitoler, D) en eller flere latente katalysatorer, som er katalytisk aktive ved temperaturer på 50°C til 100°C, E) i givet fald hjælpe- og/eller tilsætningsstoffer undtagen polyepoxider idet reaktionsblandingen ved 40 °C har en startviskositet på 30 til 500 mPas (målt i henhold til DIN EN ISO 53019), og forholdet mellem antallet af NCO-grupperne i bestanddel A) og antallet af OH-grupperne i bestanddel B) er fra 1,35:1 til 10:1.
2. Prepregs ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at bestanddel C) foreligger i mængder på 5-15 vægt-%, baseret på bestanddelene A) til E) .
3. Prepregs ifølge krav 1 eller 2, kendetegnet ved, at fiberlaget består af fiberformet materiale af glas, carbon, kunststoffer, metalfibre, naturfibre eller mineralske fibermaterialer såsom basaltfibre eller keramiske fibre eller blandinger heraf.
4. Flade fiberkompositdele indeholdende i det mindste en prepreg ifølge et eller flere af kravene 1 til 3, idet denne prepreg er fuldstændig hærdet.
5. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af prepregs ifølge et eller flere af kravene 1 til 3, kendetegnet ved, at i) bestanddelene B) til E) blandes ved temperaturer på 40° til 80°C, fortrinsvis på 50° til 70°C, til fremstilling af en polyolformulering X, ii) polyolformuleringen X fra trin i) blandes sammen med bestanddel A) ved temperaturer mellem 10° og 80°C til fremstilling af en reaktiv blanding, iii) den reaktive blanding fra ii) påføres på et fladt fiberlag og hærder delvist.
6. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af fiberkompositdele ifølge krav 4, kendetegnet ved, at en eller flere af de ifølge fremgangsmåden ifølge krav 5 fremstillede prepregs hærder fuldstændigt ved 110° til 140°C og et tryk fra 1 til 100 bar eller under vakuum inden for 1 til 4 minutter.
7. Anvendelse af prepregs ifølge et eller flere af kravene 1 til 3 eller af de flade f iberkompositdele ifølge krav 4 til fremstilling af karosseridele til biler eller til konstruktion af fly, i dele inden for bygnings- eller vejbyggeri (f.eks. kloakdæksler), til fremstilling af rotorblade til vindkraftanlæg og højt belastede strukturer.
