Claims (15)

1. Tørremiddel til lufttørring af selvoxiderende harpikssammensætninger, hvilket tørremiddel kan opnås ved: tilvejebringelse af et mangansalt med den almene formel Mn2+[X]n, hvor an-ionen X er valgt blandt PFe', SbFe', AsFe', BF4', B(C6F5)4', Cl', Br, I', NO3' og R2COO', i hvilket tilfælde n=2, eller anionen X er SO42', i hvilket tilfælde n=1, og hvor R2= (Ci-C2o)-alkyl, som eventuelt er substitueret med heteroatomer, (Ce-C2o)-aryl, som eventuelt er substitueret med heteroatomer, eller en polymer rest; og tilvejebringelse af 1,4,7-trisubstitueret-1,4,7-triazacyclononan (L), hvor 1,4,7-trisubstitueret-1,4,7-triazacyclononanet (L) har den almene struktur
hvor Ri er (Ci-C2o)-alkyl, som eventuelt er substitueret med heteroatomer, eller (Ce-C2o)-aryl, som eventuelt er substitueret med heteroatomer; og blanding af mangansaltet med 1,4,7- trisubstitueret-1,4,7-triazacyclononanet; hvor 1,4,7-trisubstitueret-1,4,7-triazacyclononanet (L) tilvejebringes i en sådan mængde, at det molære forhold Mn:L er mindst 1,25:1 og fortrinsvis mindst 1,5:1.
2. Tørremiddel ifølge krav 1, hvor Ri er (Ci-Cej-alkyl, fortrinsvis methyl.
3. Tørremiddel ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 -2, hvor n=2, og anionen X er R2COO-.
4. Tørremiddel ifølge krav 3, hvor R2 er en (Ci-C2o)-alkylgruppe, fortrinsvis en (C4-Ci2)-alkylgruppe, hvor alkylgruppen er ligekædet eller forgrenet, mættet eller umættet.
5. Tørremiddel ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-4, hvor det molære forhold Mn:L er mindre end 20:1, fortrinsvis mindre end 10:1.
6. Lufttørrende selvoxiderende harpikssammensætning, som omfatter: a) et tørremiddel ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 -5 og b) en polymer, som omfatter umættede alifatiske grupper.
7. Harpikssammensætning ifølge krav 6, hvor harpiksen, som tørrer, er valgt blandt alkyder, vinylpolymerer, polyurethanharpikser, hyperforgrenede harpikser og blandinger deraf.
8. Harpikssammensætning ifølge krav 7, hvor harpiksen, som tørrer, omfatter et alkyd.
9. Belægningssammensætning, som omfatter harpikssammensætningen ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 6-8.
10. Belægningssammensætning ifølge krav 9, hvor sammensætningen indeholder et eller flere hjælpe- og/eller koordineringstørremidler i en mængde, som ikke overstiger 10 vægtprocent.
11. Fremgangsmåde til belægning af et underlag, hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter følgende trin: påføring af belægningssammensætningen ifølge krav 10 på underlaget og tørring af belægningssammensætningen i nærværelse af luft.
12. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 11, hvor tørringen sker ved omgivelsestemperatur.
13. Underlag, som er forsynet med en belægningssammensætning ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 7-10.
14. Anvendelse af en sammensætning ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 7-10 i maling, klæbemidler, lak, blæk og fernis.
15. Anvendelse af en blanding som et tørremiddel til selvtørring af en selvoxiderende harpikssammensætning, hvilken blanding omfatter: 1,4,7-trisubstitueret-1,4,7-triazacyclononan (L) med den almene struktur
hvor Ri er (Ci-C2o)-alkyl, som eventuelt er substitueret med heteroatomer, eller (C6-C2o)-aryl, som eventuelt er substitueret med heteroatomer; og et mangansalt med den almene formel Mn2+[X]n, hvor anionen X er valgt blandt PFe', SbFe', AsFe', BF4', B(C6Fs)4', Cl', Br, I', NO3' og R2COO', i hvilket tilfælde n=2, eller anionen X er SO42', i hvilket tilfælde n=1, og hvor R2= (C1-C20)-alkyl, som eventuelt er substitueret med heteroatomer, (C6-C2o)-aryl, som eventuelt er substitueret med heteroatomer, eller en polymer rest; hvor 1,4,7-trisubstitueret-1,4,7-triazacyclononanet (L) er til stede i en sådan mængde, at det molære forhold Mn:Ler mindst 1,25:1 og fortrinsvis mindst 1,5:1.
