resumo secante para composições de resina auto-oxidáveis de secagem ao ar; composição de resina auto-oxidável de secagem ao ar; composição de revestimento; método de revestimento de um substrato; substrato; uso de uma composição; e uso de uma mistura como um secante para a secagem ao ar de uma composição de resina auto-oxidável a presente invenção refere-se a um secante para a secagem ao ar de uma composição de resina auto-oxidável, o dito secante compreendendo: 1,4,7-trialquil-1,4,7- triazaciclononano (l); um sal de manganês tendo a fórmula geral mn2+[x]n, em que o ânion x é selecionado dentre pf6-, sbf6-, asf6-, bf4-, b(c6f5)4-, cl-, br-, i-, no3- ou r2coo- em cujo caso n=2 ou o ânion x é so42- em cujo caso n=1, e em que r2 é alquila c1-c20 opcionalmente substituída por heteroátomos, arila c6-c20 opcionalmente substituída por heteroátomos ou um resíduo polimérico; em que o 1,4,7- trialquil-1,4,7-triazaciclononano (l) está presente na mistura em uma quantidade tal que a razão molar de mn:l seja pelo menos 1,25:1, mais preferivelmente pelo menos 1,5:1.
