Claims (5)
1. Apparat (10) til tilførsel og frigivelse afen selvekspanderende stent (12) gennem et kateter (14) til et behandlingssted i en patients vaskulatur, omfattende: en kernewire (16) der har en proksimal del (22), en distal del (24), og en mellemliggende del (26) anbragt mellem de proksimale og distale dele (22, 24) af kernewiren (16); en selvekspanderende stent (12) der har en proksimal ende (28), en proksimal del (30) og et indre lumen (32), hvor den distale del (24) af kernewiren (16) strækker sig gennem mindst en del af det indre lumen (32) af den selvekspanderende stent (12), med den proksimale del (30) af den selvekspanderende stent (12) anbragt over den mellemliggende del (26) af kernewiren (16); et rørformet fangsthylster (18) der har et lumen (34), en proksimal del (36), en distal del (38) og en distal ende (40), hvor den distale del (38) af det rørformede fangsthylster (18) er anbragt over den proksimale del (30) af den selvekspanderende stent (12), og hvor den distale del (38) af det rørformede fangsthylster (18) er konfigureret til aftageligt at fastholde den proksimale del (30) af den selvekspanderende stent (12) inde i lumenet (34) af det rørformede fangsthylster (18) og på den mellemliggende del (26) af kernewiren (16), det rørformede fangsthylster (18) omfatter mindst en åbning (42) der strækker sig gennem den distale del (38) af det rørformede fangsthylster (18) ved et sted på linje med den proksimale ende (28) af den selvekspanderende stent; og mindst et aflangt element (20) der har første og anden ender (46, 48) og en mellemliggende del (50) mellem de første og anden ender (46, 48) af det aflange element (20), den mellemliggende del (50) af det mindst ene aflange element (20) der strækker sig gennem den mindst ene åbning (42) af det rørformede fangsthylster (18) og gennem dette lumen (34) af det rørformede fangsthylster (18) og ud af den distale ende (40) af det rørformede fangsthylster (18), de første og anden ender (46, 48) af det mindst ene aflange element (20) der strækker sig proksimalt fra det rørformede fangsthylster (18), og det mindst ene aflange element (20) er konfigureret til at dele det rørformede fangsthylster (18) når de første og anden ender (46, 48) af det mindst ene aflange element (20) er trukket proksimalt for at frigive den proksimale ende (28) af den selvekspanderende stent (12) fra det rørformede fangsthylster (18) og den mellemliggende del (26) af kernewiren (16).
2. Apparatet (10) ifølge krav 1, hvor det mindst ene aflange element (20) omfatter en flerhed af polymerfibre anbragt radialt rundt om det rørformede fangsthylster (18), eller en flerhed af wirer anbragt radialt rundt om det rørformede fangsthylster (18).
3. Apparatet (10) ifølge krav 1, hvor det rørformede fangsthylster (18) omfatter mindst en perforering langs en bane mellem den mindst ene åbning (42) og den distale ende (40) af det rørformede fangsthylster (18), eller mindst en skive (44) langs en bane mellem den mindst ene åbning (42) og den distale ende (40) af det rørformede fangsthylster (18).
4. Apparatet (10) ifølge krav 1, hvor det rørformede fangsthylster (18) omfatter en krympbar bøsning, eller en elastisk bøsning.
5. Apparatet ifølge krav 1, hvor den distale del (38) af det rørformede fangsthylster (18) er konfigureret til at klemme den proksimale del (30) af den selvekspanderende stent (12) inde i lumenet (34) af det rørformede fangsthylster (18) og på den mellemliggende del (26) af kernewiren (16), til at blive sammentrykt over den proksimale del (30) af den selvekspanderende stent (12) inde i lumenet (34) af det rørformede fangsthylster (18) og på den mellemliggende del (26) af kernewiren (16), eller til at fange den proksimale del (30) af den selvekspanderende stent (12) inde i lumenet (34) af det rørformede fangsthylster (18) og på den mellemliggende del ( 26) af kernewiren (16).
