Claims (16)
1. Gulvsensor med et ledermønster til elektrisk felt-detektion, omfattende: grupper af planare elektrisk-ledende sensorområder (11, 104, 204) anbragt til at følge hinanden på en successiv måde langs den langsgående retning (LD), og ledere (12, 105, 205) der forbinder de elektrisk-ledende sensorområder til mindst én forbinder (13), hvor gulvsensoren yderligere omfatter et første elastisk gulvbelægningslag (101, 201) og mindst ét af de følgende: et andet elastisk gulvbelægningslag (102, 202) eller en fleksibel ledningsplade (103, 203), og de planare elektrisk-ledende sensorområder (11, 104, 204) og lederne (12, 105, 205) er fastgjort mellem det første elastiske gulvbelægningslag (101, 201) og det andet elastiske gulvbelægningslag (102, 202) eller mellem det første elastiske gulvbelægningslag (101, 201) og den fleksible ledningsplade (103, 203) for at danne en enhedsgulvsensorstruktur, kendetegnet ved, at det første elastiske gulvbelægningslag (101, 201) er det øverste gulvbelægningslag, og hvor mindst det øverste gulvbelægningslag er forsynet med mindst tværgående afpilningslag (SI) anbragt mellem de planare elektrisk-ledende sensorområder.
2. Gulvsensoren ifølge krav 1, hvor sensoren omfatter et første elastisk gulvbelægningslag (101, 201), et andet elastisk gulvbelægningslag (102, 202) og en fleksibel ledningsplade (103, 203) mellem gulvbelægningslagene på hvilken ledningsplade de planare elektrisk-ledende sensorområder (11, 104, 204) og lederne er dannet.
3. Gulvsensoren ifølge krav 1 eller 2, hvor tykkelsen af gulvbelægningslagene er over 1 mm, og den samlede tykkelse af den fleksible ledningsplade, de planare elektrisk-ledende sensorområder (11, 104, 204) og lederne (12, 105, 205) er mindre, og fortrinsvis i området 10-100 pm.
4. Gulvsensoren ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor gulvbelægningslag i afpilningsområderne (SI) anbragt mellem de planare elektrisk-ledende sensorområder har en i alt væsentligt svagere fastgørelse til laget under det.
5. Gulvsensoren ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor en beskyttelsesfilm er anbragt mellem mindst ét gulvbelægningslag og den fleksible ledningsplade.
6. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af en gulvsensor med et ledermønster til elektrisk felt-detektion, hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter de følgende trin: at anbringe grupper af planare elektrisk-ledende sensorområder (11, 104, 204) anbragt til at følge hinanden på en successiv måde langs den langsgående retning (LD), og ledere (12, 105, 205) på en fleksibel ledningsplade (103, 203), at fastgøre den fleksible ledningsplade og de planare elektrisk-ledende sensorområder og lederne til mindst første elastiske gulvbelægningslag (101, 201) i fastgørelsesorgan (108, 206) kontinuerligt for at danne en enhedsgulvsensorstruktur, kendetegnet ved, at det første elastiske gulvbelægningslag (101, 201) er det øverste gulvbelægningslag, og hvor mindst det øverste gulvbelægningslag forsynes med mindst tværgående afpilningslag (SI) anbragt mellem de planare elektrisk-ledende sensorområder.
7. Fremgangsmåden ifølge krav 6, hvor et første elastisk gulvbelægningslag (101, 201), et andet elastisk gulvbelægningslag (102, 202) og en fleksibel ledningsplade (15) med planare elektrisk-ledende sensorområder (104, 204) og ledere (105, 205) mellem gulvbelægningslagene alle fastgøres til hinanden.
8. Fremgangsmåden ifølge krav, hvor tværgående afpilningslag (113, 209) dannes ved at anbringe en strimmel af ikke-klæbende stof mellem de planare elektrisk-ledende sensorområder fra en dyse (114, 210) på ledningspladen før fastgørelse af den til gulvbelægningslagety-lagene.
9. Fremgangsmåden ifølge krav 6, hvor processen er en lamineringsproces omfattende de følgende trin: at frigøre mindst ét gulvbelægningslag (101, 102) fra en udløserrulle (106, 107) til en lamineringsspalte (108), at laminere gulvbelægningslaget sammen med ledningspladen med de planare elektrisk-ledende sensorområder og lederne sammen med varme, tryk, og klæbestoffer påført på mindst én gulvbelægningslagsflade vendende mod ledningspladen.
10. Fremgangsmåden ifølge krav 9, hvor ledningspladen med de planare elektrisk-ledende sensorområder og lederne lamineres mellem to gulvbelægningslag.
11. Fremgangsmåden ifølge krav 9, hvor gulvbelægningslagety-lagene og ledningspladen lamineres i en kontinuerlig rulle-til-rulle-proces, hvor det endelige sensorprodukt rulles på en rulle (112).
12. Fremgangsmåden ifølge krav 6, hvor processen er en ekstruderingsproces omfattende de følgende trin: ledningspladen (203) med de planare elektrisk-ledende sensorområder og ledere fremføres til en ekstruder (206), i ekstruderen (206) gulvbelægningsmateriale ekstruderes på mindst én side af ledningspladen (203).
13. Fremgangsmåden ifølge krav 12, hvor efter ekstrusion sensorstrukturen (207) rulles på en rulle (208).
14. Fremgangsmåden ifølge krav 12, hvor ekstrusion implementeres på begge sider af ledningspladefladen.
15. Fremgangsmåden ifølge krav 14, hvor processen implementeres i to sekvenser, først ekstruderes det nedre gulvbelægningslag på en side af ledningspladen, og derefter ekstruderes det øvre lag på den anden side af ledningspladen.
16. Fremgangsmåden ifølge krav 12, hvor ledningspladen (203), planare elektrisk-ledende sensorområder (204) og lederne (205) først lamineres sammen med det øvre eller nedre gulvbelægningsmateriale (201), og derefter føres denne enhed til ekstruderen, som ekstruderer det andet gulvbelægningslag (202).
