Claims (12)

1. Emballagemateriale i form af et kontinuerligt bånd forbundet ved hjælp af svejsemetode med overlappende netelementer, hvor nævnte kontinuerlige bånd (1) er fremstillet af papir med mindst en side belagt med polyolefin, kendetegnet ved, at det kontinuerlige bånd (1 ) er direkte bundet på dets polyolefin-belagte side med netelementer (2) ved svejsning, hvor polyolefin er PE (polyethylen) og netmaterialet også er PE eller polyolefin er PP (polypropylen) og netmaterialet også er PP.
2. Materialet i henhold til patentkrav 1 kendetegnet ved, at det er belagt med polyolefin selektivt, dvs. coatingen er diskontinuerlig.
3. Materialet i henhold til patentkrav 1 kendetegnet ved, at papirbåndet (1) er beklædt med polyolefin i området med overlapningen (3), der er et resultat af overlapning af båndet og nettet (2) og i området med overlapning (4), hvor pakken svejse af pakkemaskinen.
4. Materialet i henhold til patentkrav 2, kendetegnet ved, at det kontinuerlige bånd (1) er belagt med polyolefin selektivt på bestemte punkter.
5. Materialet i henhold til et af patentkravene 1 - 4 kendetegnet ved, at den specifikke massefylde af papir udgør 60 g per kvadratmeter, vægten af polyethylenbelægningen er 17 gram per kvadratmeter, og polyethylennettet har en vægt på 20 - 60 g per kvadratmeter af sit areal.
6. Materialet i henhold til et af patentkravene 1 - 5 kendetegnet ved kontinuerlige bånd af papir (1) forbundet med netbånd (2) på en sådan måde, at disse papirbånd veksler med disse netbånd.
7. Materialet i henhold til et af patentkravene 1 - 6 kendetegnet ved at netstykkerne (2) er svejset ind i åbninger (5) skåret ud i papirark.
8. 9. Metoden i henhold til patentkrav 8 kendetegnet ved at de kontinuerlige bånd af papir (1) skiftevis er svejset med kontinuerlige netbånd.
10. Metoden i henhold til patentkrav 9 kendetegnet ved at i kontinuerligt bånd af papir (1) er åbningerne (5) skåret ud, hvorefter netstykker (2) svarende til disse åbninger er placeret på dem og svejset på området med overlapninger (3).
11. Metoden i henhold til patentkrav 10 kendetegnet ved at overlapningen, (3) der dannes af papirbånd (1) og net (2) overlapper hinanden, er 2,5 cm bred, og svejsehastigheden er 25 cyklusser i minuttet.
12. Metoden i henhold til patentkrav 6 kendetegnet ved at papirbåndet (1) er polyolefin-beklædt på mindst den ene side selektivt.
