Claims (12)
- DISPERGEREDE FRIKTIONSREDUCERENDE IKKE-POLYALPHAOLEFINPOLYMERER PATENTKRAV1. - 2. Friktionsreducerende middel ifølge krav 1, hvor polymerpariiklerne har en gennemsnitlig partikelstørrelse i intervallet fra 10 til 600 pm, fortrinsvis 20 til 400 μ,ηι.
- 3. Friktionsrcduccrcndc middel ifølge krav 1 eller krav 2, hvor polymeren har cn vægtmiddelmolekylvægt på mindst 2 x Urt g/moi, fortrinsvis mindst 5 x Urt g/moi.
- 4. Friktionsreducerende middel ifølge krav 1, hvor polymeren omfatter gentagende enheder af resterne af C4-C2o-alkyl-, substitueret eller ikke-substitueret C6-C2o-aryl- eller arylsubstituerede Q-Cho- alkylesterderivater af methaerylsyre eller aerylsyre.
- 5. Friktionsreducerende middel ifølge krav 1, hvor polymeren er (a) en homopolymer omfattende gentagne enheder af resterne af z-ethylhexylrnethacrylatmonomerer; eller (h) en copolymer omfattende geniagne enheder af resterne af 2-ethyIhexylmetliacrylatinonomerer og resterne af butylaerylatmonomerer; eller (c) en copolymer omfattende gentagne enheder af resterne af 2-ethylhexylmethacrylatmonomerer og resterne af mindst én anden monomer.
- 6. Friktionsrcduccrcndc middel ifølge ct hvilket som helst af dc foregående krav, hvor bærerfluidet omfatter vand og/eiler alkohol.
- 7. Friktionsreducerende middel ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor polymerpartikleme omfatter 10 til 40 vægtprocent.
- 8. Friktionsreducerende middel ifølge krav 1, hvilket middel endvidere omfatter en flerhed af partikler af en anden friktionsreducerende polymer med en gennemsnitlig partikelstørrelse på mindre end lpm, hvor den anden friktionsreducerende polymer er en ikke-polyalphaolephinpolymer, dannet ved emulsionspolymerisering.
- 9. Fremgangsmåde til at reducere friktion i en rørledning, hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter: (a) indføring af et friktionsreducerende middel ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 8 i et carbonhydridholdigt fluid for derved at danne et behandlet carbonhydridholdigt fluid; og (b) føring af det behandlede carbonhydridholdige fluid gennem en rørledning.
- 10. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 9, hvor det behandlede carbonhydridholdige fluid har en kumulativ koncentration af ikke-polyalphaolefmpolymeren i intervallet på fra 0,1 til 500 ppm i vægt.
- 11. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 9, hvor det carbonhydridholdige fluid omfatter carbonhydrid i flydende fase, carbonhydrid i ikke-flydende fase og/eller et ikke-carbonhydridfluid, hvor det carbonhydridholdige fluid omfatter carbonhydrid i flydende fase i en mængde på mindst 50 vægtprocent baseret på den totale vægt af det carbonhydridholdige fluid.
- 12. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 9, hvor det carbonhydridholdige fluid omfatter råolie.
