Claims (16)
1. Flerlagsglas med termiske isoleringsegenskaber tilvejebragt ved sammensætning af en flerhed af glassubstrater (10, 30) adskilt af gasfyldte hulrum (15), hvor den forreste side (29) af det første substrat (30) definerer den udvendige væg af glasset, og den bageste overflade (11) af det sidste substrat (10) definerer den indvendige væg af glasset, hvor glasset indeholder: en første stabel af lag (12) med ringe emissionsgrad omfattende mindst ét funktionelt metallisk lag, en anden stabel (13) af lag med ringe emissionsgrad omfattende mindst ét funktionelt lag bestående afen transparent, ledende oxyd, ved hvilket den anden stabel (13) er anbragt på den bageste overflade (11) af det sidste substrat (10), som udgør den indvendige væg af glasset, ved hvilket den første stabel er anbragt på den anden overflade (9) af det sidste substrat eller på overfladen (31) af det efterfølgende substrat vendende mod den anden overflade (9), og ved hvilket ét lag, som omfatter oxygen og silicium, og som består af mere end 80 vægtprocent siliciumoxyd på basis af formlen for simpel oxyd Si02, af fysisk tykkelse indeholdt mellem 40 og 90 mm, er anbragt i den anden stabel (13) af lag med ringe emissionsgrad, og i forhold til overfladen af det sidste glassubstrat (10) ovenover det funktionelle lag af transparent, ledende oxyd.

Dobbelt glas med termiske isoleringsegenskaber ifølge krav 1, tilvejebragt ved sammensætning af to glassubstrater adskilt af et gasfyldt hulrum, hvor det første substrat afgrænser overfladerne 1 og 2 af glasset, og hvor det andet substrat afgrænser overfladerne 3 og 4 af glasset, indeholdende: en første stabel af lag med ringe emissionsgrad omfattende mindst ét funktionelt metallisk lag, hvilken stabel er anbragt på overflade 2 eller 3 af det dobbelte glas, en anden stabel af lag med ringe emissionsgrad omfattende mindst ét funktionelt lag bestående af en transparent, ledende oxyd, hvilken stabel er anbragt på det andet substrat på overflade 4 af det dobbelte glas, ved hvilket et lag, som i det væsentlige består af siliciumoxyd, er anbragt på overflade 4 og i forhold til overfladen af det andet glassubstrat ovenover det funktionelle lag af transparent, ledende oxyd, i den anden stabel af lag med ringe emissionsgrad.
3. Tredobbelt glas med termiske isoleringsegenskaber ifølge krav 1, tilvejebragt ved sammensætning af tre glassubstrater adskilt af gasfyldte hulrum, hvor det første substrat afgrænser overfladerne 1 og 2 af glasset, hvor det andet substrat afgrænser overfladerne 3 og 4 af glasset, og hvor det tredje substrat afgrænser overfladerne 5 og 6 af glasset, indeholdende: en første stabel af lag med ringe emissionsgrad omfattende mindst ét funkti- onelt metallisk lag, hvilken stabel er anbragt på overflade 4 eller 5 af det tredobbelte glas, en anden stabel af lag med ringe emissionsgrad omfattende mindst ét funktionelt lag bestående af en transparent, ledende oxyd, hvilken stabel er anbragt på det tredje substrat på overflade 6 af det tredobbelte glas, ved hvilket et lag, som i det væsentlige består af siliciumoxyd, er anbragt på overflade 6 og i forhold til overfladen af det tredje glassubstrat ovenover det funktionelle lag af transparent, ledende oxyd, i den anden stabel af lag med ringe emissionsgrad.
4. Flerlagsglas ifølge ét af kravene 1 til 3, ved hvilket laget, som i det væsentlige består af siliciumoxyd, er i kontakt med laget af TCO.
5. Flerlagsglas ifølge ét af de foregående krav, ved hvilket laget, som i det væsentlige består af siliciumoxyd, er det mest udvendige lag af den anden stabel af lag med ringe emissionsgrad.
6. Flerlagsglas ifølge ét af de foregående krav, ved hvilket den fysiske tykkelse af laget, som i det væsentlige består af siliciumoxyd, er indeholdt mellem 40 og 80 nm.
7. Flerlagsglas ifølge ét af de foregående krav, ved hvilket det metalliske lag er et lag af sølv eller en legering på basis af sølv.

15. Flerlagsglas ifølge ét af de foregående krav, ved hvilket den anden stabel af lag med ringe emissionsgrad udgående fra overfladen af substratet omfatter den følgende rækkefølge af lag: glas / siliciumoxid eller siliciumcarbidoxyd / Sn02:F / siliciumoxyd, hvor mellemliggende, supplerende lag kan være indskudt mellem disse forskellige lag.
16. Substrat indrettet til anvendelse til at udgøre den indvendige væg af et flerlagsglas ifølge ét af foregående krav, omfattende: en første stabel af lag med ringe emissionsgrad omfattende mindst ét funktionelt metallisk lag, hvor stablen er anbragt på en første overflade af substratet, en anden stabel af lag med ringe emissionsgrad omfattende mindst ét funktionelt lag bestående af en transparent, ledende oxyd, hvor stablen er anbragt på den anden overflade af substratet, ved hvilket ét lag, som omfatter oxygen og silicium, og som består af mere end 80 vægtprocent siliciumoxyd på basis af formlen for simpel oxyd Si02, af fysisk tykkelse indeholdt mellem 40 og 90 mm, er anbragt ovenover det funktionelle lag af transparent, ledende oxyd i forhold til overfladen af glassubstratet.
