Claims (16)

1. 11. Flerlagsglas ifølge krav 9, ved hvilket den fysiske tykkelse af det metalliske lag er indeholdt mellem 10 og 12 nm, og ved hvilket tykkelsen af laget af transparent, ledende oxyd er indeholdt mellem 50 og 200 nm.
12. Flerlagsglas ifølge krav 9, ved hvilket den fysiske tykkelse af det metalliske lag er indeholdt mellem 12 og 16 nm, og ved hvilket tykkelsen af laget af transparent, ledende oxyd er indeholdt mellem 100 og 400 nm.
13. Flerlagsglas ifølge ét af de foregående krav, ved hvilket den anden stabel af lag med ringe emissionsgrad, nedenunder det funktionelle lag af transparent, ledende oxyd, omfatter mindst ét dielektrisk lag på basis af nitrid, fortrinsvis siliciumnitrid og/eller aluminiumnitrid.
14. Flerlagsglas ifølge ét af de foregående krav, ved hvilket den anden stabel af lag med ringe emissionsgrad udgående fra overfladen af substratet omfatter den følgende rækkefølge af lag: glas / siliciumnitrid / siliciumoxyd / ITO / eventuelt siliciumnitrid / siliciumoxyd, hvor mellemliggende, supplerende lag kan være indskudt mellem disse forskellige lag.
15. Flerlagsglas ifølge ét af de foregående krav, ved hvilket den anden stabel af lag med ringe emissionsgrad udgående fra overfladen af substratet omfatter den følgende rækkefølge af lag: glas / siliciumoxid eller siliciumcarbidoxyd / Sn02:F / siliciumoxyd, hvor mellemliggende, supplerende lag kan være indskudt mellem disse forskellige lag.
16. Substrat indrettet til anvendelse til at udgøre den indvendige væg af et flerlagsglas ifølge ét af foregående krav, omfattende: en første stabel af lag med ringe emissionsgrad omfattende mindst ét funktionelt metallisk lag, hvor stablen er anbragt på en første overflade af substratet, en anden stabel af lag med ringe emissionsgrad omfattende mindst ét funktionelt lag bestående af en transparent, ledende oxyd, hvor stablen er anbragt på den anden overflade af substratet, ved hvilket ét lag, som omfatter oxygen og silicium, og som består af mere end 80 vægtprocent siliciumoxyd på basis af formlen for simpel oxyd Si02, af fysisk tykkelse indeholdt mellem 40 og 90 mm, er anbragt ovenover det funktionelle lag af transparent, ledende oxyd i forhold til overfladen af glassubstratet.
