Claims (10)
1. Isoleret polypeptid med cellobiohydrolaseaktivitet, som er valgt fra et polypeptid, der udviser mindst 81% sekvensidentitet med aminosyrerne 19 til 464 ifølge SEQ ID NO: 2.
2. Isoleret polypeptid med cellobiohydrolaseaktivitet, som omfatter et katalytisk domæne valgt fra et katalytisk domæne, der udviser mindst 90% sekvensidentitet med aminosyrerne 105 til 464 ifølge SEQ ID NO: 2.
3. Enzymsammensætning, som omfatter polypeptidet ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-2.
4. Isoleret polynukleotid, som koder for polypeptidet ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 -2.
5. Nukleinsyrekonstruktion, som omfatter polynukleotidet ifølge krav 4 operativt forbundet til en eller flere fremmede kontrolsekvenser, der styrer fremstillingen af polypeptidet i en ekspressionsvært.
6. Rekombinant værtscelle, som omfatter nukleinsyrekonstruktionen ifølge krav 5.

9. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 8, som endvidere omfatter indvinding af det nedbrudte celluloseholdige materiale.
10. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af et fermenteringsprodukt, hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter: (a) forsukring af et celluloseholdigt materiale med en enzymsammensætning i nærværelse af polypeptidet med cellobiohydrolaseaktivitet ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-2; (b) fermentering af det forsukrede celluloseholdige materiale med en eller flere fermenterende mikroorganismer for at fremstille fermenteringsproduktet; og (c) indvinding af fermenteringsproduktet fra fermenteringen.
