Claims (15)

1. Sammensætning, der omfatter (a) allylisothiocyanat; og (b) en organisk syre, der er udvalgt blandt eddikesyre, propionsyre og blandinger deraf; og (c) grøn te [Camellia sinensis]-ekstrakt.
2. Sammensætning ifølge krav 1, hvor den organiske syre er en blanding af eddikesyre og propionsyre.
3. Sammensætning ifølge krav 1 eller 2, hvor grøn te- ekstraktet er en forbindelse, der er udvalgt blandt:

4. Sammensætning ifølge krav 1, 2 eller 3, hvor sammensætningen omfatter allylisothiocyanat i en mængde på mindst 0,1 vægtprocent baseret på sammensætningen.
5. Sammensætning ifølge et hvilket som helst af ovennævnte krav, hvor sammensætningen omfatter den organiske syre i en mængde på mindst 3 vægtprocent baseret på sammensætningen.
6. Sammensætning ifølge et hvilket som helst af ovennævnte krav, hvor sammensætningen omfatter eddikesyre i en mængde på mindst 2 vægtprocent baseret på sammensætningen.
7. Sammensætning ifølge et hvilket som helst af ovennævnte krav, hvor sammensætningen omfatter propionsyre i en mængde på mindst 0,5 vægtprocent baseret på sammensætningen.
8. Sammensætning ifølge et hvilket som helst af ovennævnte krav, hvor sammensætningen omfatter grøn te-ekstraktet i en mængde på mindst 1,0 vægtprocent baseret på sammensætningen.
9. Sammensætning ifølge et hvilket som helst af ovennævnte krav, hvor sammensætningen omfatter: allylisothiocyanat i en mængde på mindst 0,1 vægtprocent baseret på sammensætningen; - eddikesyre i en mængde på mindst 2 vægtprocent baseret på sammensætningen; - propionsyre i en mængde på mindst 0,5 vægtprocent baseret på sammensætningen; og grøn te-ekstrakt i en mængde på mindst 1,0 vægtprocent baseret på sammensætningen.
10. Sammensætning ifølge et hvilket som helst af ovennævnte krav, hvor sammensætningen yderligere omfatter et emulgeringsmiddel, der er udvalgt blandt polysorbater, monoglycerider, diglycerider, eddikesyreestere af mono- diglycerider, vinsyreestere af mono-diglycerider og citronsyreestere af mono-diglycerider.
11. Sammensætning ifølge et hvilket som helst af ovennævnte krav, hvor sammensætningen yderligere omfatter et chelateringsmiddel, der er udvalgt blandt EDTA, citronsyre, monophosphater, diphosphater, triphosphater og polyphosphater.
12. Fødevare, der omfatter en antimikrobiel beskyttende sammensætning ifølge et hvilket som helst af ovennævnte krav.
13. Fremgangsmåde til forebyggelse og/eller hæmning af væksten af og/eller drab af en mikroorganisme i et materiale, hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter trinet etablering af kontakt mellem materialet og (a) allylisothiocyanat; (b) en organisk syre, der er udvalgt blandt eddikesyre, propionsyre og blandinger deraf; og (c) grøn te [Camellia sinensis]-ekstrakt.
14. Anvendelse af (a) allylisothiocyanat; (b) en organisk syre, der er udvalgt blandt eddikesyre, propionsyre og blandinger deraf; og (c) grøn te [Camellia sinensis]-ekstrakt; til forebyggelse og/eller hæmning af væksten af og/eller drab af en mikroorganisme i et materiale.
15. Kit til fremstilling af en sammensætning ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 11, hvilket kit omfatter: (a) allylisothiocyanat; (b) en organisk syre, der er udvalgt blandt eddikesyre, propionsyre og blandinger deraf; og (c) grøn te [Camellia sinensis]-ekstrakt i separate pakninger eller beholdere; eventuelt med instruktioner i tilblanding og/eller etablering af kontakt og/eller anvendelse.
