Claims (13)

1. Pelleteringsindretning omfattende: - en roterende, drivbar, i det mindste delvis cylindrisk matrice (1), i hvilken et matricehulrum (2) befinder sig, idet den cylindriske del omfatter flere radiale åbninger til dannelse af pellets, og - mindst én valse (3, 4), der kan dreje omkring en stationær aksel for at presse det materiale, der skal pelleteres, gennem de radiale åbninger i matricen (1), - idet valsen (3, 4) er fastgjort til den tilsvarende stationære aksel (5, 6) ved hjælp af mindst ét rulleleje (7, 8), kendetegnet ved, at pelleteringsindretningen omfatter et oliecirkulationssystem til at smøre hvert af rullelejerne (7, 8) til hver af valserne (3,4) med olie, hvor hver valse (3,4) ved begge aksiale ender omfatter et tætningsaggregat (9, 10), og oliecirkulationssystemet omfatter: - en oliepumpe (14), en olieforrådsbeholder (11) og forbundet med denne - en forsyningsledning (12) til at lede olie til hvert af rullelejerne (7, 8), - en returledning (13) til at tilbageføre olie fra hvert af rullelejerne (7,8) til forrådsbeholderen (11), idet forsyningsledningen (12) og returledningen (13) for hvert leje (7, 8) ender på aksialt forskellige steder på lejet (7, 8).
2. Pelleteringsindretning ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at olieforsyningsledningen (12) og oliereturledningen (13) for hver valse (3, 4) delvis forløber gennem den tilsvarende stationære aksel (5, 6).
3. Pelleteringsindretning ifølge et af kravene 1 og 2, kendetegnet ved, at forsyningsledningen (12) i det tilfælde, at en valse (3, 4) er monteret på den stationære aksel (5, 6) med to lejer (7, 8), ender mellem de to lejer (7, 8).
4. Pelleteringsindretning ifølge et af kravene 1 og 2, kendetegnet ved, at returledningen (13) i det tilfælde, at en valse (3, 4) er monteret på den stationære aksel (5, 6) med to lejer (7, 8), ender mellem de to lejer (7, 8).
5. Pelleteringsindretning ifølge et af kravene 1 til 4, kendetegnet ved, at tætningsaggregatet (9, 10) i det mindste omfatter en oliepakning (30) til tætning af oliecirkulationssystemet og mellem oliepakningen (30) og matricehulrummet (2) omfatter en matricehulrumspakning (33, 5/6) for at hindre, at materiale fra matricehulrummet (2) når til oliepakningen (30).
6. Pelleteringsindretning ifølge krav 5, kendetegnet ved, at matricehulrumspakningen (33, 5/6) omfatter en pakning, som er valgt fra en gruppe bestående af: en labyrintpakning (33, 5/6), en filtpakning, en læbepakning med én læbe, en læbepakning med mere end én læbe og en kombination deraf.
7. Pelleteringsindretning ifølge krav 6, kendetegnet ved, at et indre rum i matricehulrumspakningen (33, 5/6) er fyldt med fedt.
8. Pelleteringsindretning ifølge et af kravene 5 til 6, kendetegnet ved, at der mellem oliepakningen (30) og matricehulrumspakningen (33, 5/6) er monteret en Nylos-ring (32).
9. Pelleteringsindretning ifølge et af kravene 1 til 8, kendetegnet ved, at oliecirkulationssystemet omfatter en oliekøler (16).
10. Pelleteringsindretning ifølge et af kravene 1 til 9, kendetegnet ved, at oliecirkulationssystemet omfatter mindst én sensor (20), som er valgt fra en gruppe bestående af: en temperatursensor, en tryksensor, en strømningshastighedssensor og en kombination deraf.
11. Pelleteringsindretning ifølge krav 10, kendetegnet ved, at den mindst ene sensor (20) er forbundet med en styreindretning (21).
12. Pelleteringsindretning ifølge krav 10 eller 11, kendetegnet ved, at oliepumpen (14) kan styres i afhængighed af mindst én målt sensorværdi.
13. Pelleteringsindretning ifølge krav 10 eller 11, kendetegnet ved, at en driftsparameterfor pelleteringsindretningen kan styres i afhængighed af mindst én målt sensorværdi.
