Claims (5)
1. Ablationskatetersystem med en ballon (10), hvor ablationskatetersystemet omfatter et ablationskateter, en ballon (11), der er fastgjort på en forside af ablationskateteret (23), og en guidewire (1a, 1b, 1c, 1d, 1d, 1e, 1f) indført i ablationskateteret, hvor guidewiren (1 a, 1 b, 1 c, 1 d, 1 d, 1 e, 1 f) har en deformeret del (2a, 2b, 2c, 2d, 2d, 2e, 2f) dannet ved bøjning og/eller krumning af guidewiren i et område 20 til 100 mm fra en endedel (4) i guidewirens længderetning, hvor for så vidt angår den deformerede del, en korteste afstand (6a) mellem en midterakse (8) i guidewirens længderetning og et punkt længst væk fra midteraksen i en retning vinkelret på midteraksen (8) er lig med eller længere end en korteste indvendig diameter af en lumen af et kateterskaft på ablationskateteret, der skal anvendes med guidewiren, og lig med eller kortere end 40 mm.
2. Ablationskatetersystem med en ballon ifølge krav 1, hvor den deformerede del (2a, 2b, 2c, 2d, 2d, 2e, 2f) dannes ved bøjning og/eller krumning af guidewiren (1 a, 1 b, 1 c, 1 d, 1 d, 1 e, 1 f) 2 til 8 gange.
3. Ablationskatetersystem med en ballon ifølge krav 1 eller 2, hvor den deformerede del (2a, 2b, 2c, 2d, 2d, 2e, 2f) er i en spiralform, en snoet form eller en lassoform.
4. Ablationskatetersystem med en ballon ifølge ethvert af kravene 1 til 3, hvor den deformerede del (2a, 2b, 2c, 2d, 2d, 2e, 2f) er forsynet med en potentialmåleelektrode (9).
5. Ablationskatetersystem med en ballon ifølge ethvert af kravene 1 til 4, hvor guidewiren (1a, 1b, 1c, 1d, 1d, 1e, 1f) har en lige guidewireforendedel (7) med en lineær form og anbragt fjernere på forsiden end guidewirens (1 a, 1 b, 1c, 1d, 1d, 1e, 1f) deformerede del (2a, 2b, 2c, 2d, 2d, 2e, 2f).
