Claims (20)

1. Fremgangsmåde til dannelse af et kompositprodukt, som har en hud med en overfladeeffekt, hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter: at tilvejebringe et substrat (44), der omfatter et materiale, der har en i det væsentlige åbencellet struktur; at tilvejebringe et pladeformet hærdbart materiale (40); at tilvejebringe et overflademateriale i partikelform (30); og at presse det pladeformede hærdbare materiale (40) og overfladematerialet (30) ned på substratet (44) for at danne kompositproduktet, således at det pladeformede materiale (40) bliver bundet til substratet (44), og overfladematerialet (30) bliver indlejret i en eksponeret overflade af det pladeformede materiale (40).
2. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor mindst en del af overfladematerialet (30) eksponeres på overfladen af huden for at danne en struktureret overflade.
3. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1 eller krav 2, hvor overfladeeffekten påføres på et overfladeeffektområde af substratet (44), og det pladeformede materiale (40) inden pressetrinnet strækker sig i det væsentlige kontinuerligt hen over overfladeeffektområdet.
4. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst foregående krav, hvor overfladematerialet (30) omfatter to forskellige materialer, et første overflademateriale, der påføres i forhold til et første område af substratet (44); et andet overflademateriale, der påføres i forhold til et andet område af substratet (44).
5. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst foregående krav, hvor størrelsen af kornene af overfladematerialet (30) er en sådan, at mindst 50 vægt-%, fortrinsvis mindst 70 vægt-% af kornene har en størrelse på mindst 0,5 mm, fortrinsvis mindst 1,0 mm.
6. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst foregående krav, hvor presningen udføres i et enkelt trin for at danne kompositproduktet.
7. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst foregående krav, hvor huden har en simuleret stenoverflade.
8. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst foregående krav, hvor fremgangsmåden yderligere omfatter en kontureret substratoverflade (44), hvor det pladeformede materiale (40) presses ned på den konturerede overflade.
9. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst foregående krav, hvor overfladematerialet (30) opvarmes inden pressetrinnet.
10. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst foregående krav, hvor overfladen af substratet (44) har en i det væsentlige åbencellet struktur.
11. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst foregående krav, hvor substratet (44) omfatter en åbencellet skum.
12. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, yderligere omfattende trinnene: at tilvejebringe en formflade (20), at tilvejebringe overfladematerialet (30) i granulatform, at sprede kornene af overflademateriale (30) hen over formfladen (20), at påføre det pladeformede hærdbare materiale (40) på formen (20), idet det pladeformede materiale (40) dækker kornene (30), og at presse det pladeformede materiale (40) ned mod formen (20) for at danne huden, der har kornene (30) bundet i sin overflade.
13. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst foregående krav, yderligere omfattende et trin, hvor der udføres en overfladebehandling for at øge eksponeringen af kornene (30) i overfladen.
14. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst foregående krav, yderligere omfattende et trin, hvor overfladen indeholdende kornene af overflademateriale (30) sandblæses.
15. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst foregående krav, hvor kornene (30) omfatter sand.
16. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst foregående krav, hvor det pladeformede materiale (40) omfatter SMC (sheet moulding compound).
17. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst foregående krav, hvor fremgangsmåden omfatter et trin, hvor et andet lag omfattende et pladeformet materiale (52) tilvejebringes over substratet (44), idet substratet lægges i en sandwichkonstruktion mellem det første (40) og andet (52) lag af pladeformet materiale, og det andet lag (52) og substratet (44) presses sammen.
18. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 17, yderligere omfattende et trin, hvor kornene af overflademateriale (30) spredes hen over det andet lag af pladeformet materiale (52).
19. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst foregående krav, hvor substratet (44) omfatter et materiale, der kan knuses, således at der, under trinnet med påføringen af tryk, formes en overflade af substratet (44).
20. Produkt fremstillet under anvendelse af en fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst foregående krav.
