Claims (15)
1. Fluidoverførselsindretning (11) omfattende: et legeme (83, 151): en langstrakt passage, der udstrækker sig gennem legemet (83, 151) og har en proksimal ende og en distal ende; en kanyle (81), der er forskydelig i længderetningen, og som er anbragt i og udstrækker sig langs med passagen; en septum (59), der tætner passagen ved et første sted, hvilken septum (59) kan gennembores og er selvtætnende; en membran (29, 43), der tætner passagen ved et andet sted mellem septu-men (59) og den distale ende af passagen; kanylen (81), der udstrækker sig gennem og er fastgjort til membranen (29, 43) og har en tilspidset ende, der er anbragt grænsende op til septumen (59); og hvor forskydningen af kanylen (81) i længderetningen imod septumen (59) bevirker, at dens tilspidsede ende gennemborer og stikker ud gennem septumen (59), hvilken membran (29, 43) strækker sig, så den kan muliggøre forskydningen af kanylen (81), mens der opretholdes en tætning omkring kanylen (81).
2. Indretning (11) ifølge krav 1, hvor afsnittet af passagen mellem septumen (59) og membranen (29, 43) er i det væsentlige aseptisk.

7. Indretning (11) ifølge krav 1, hvor septumen (59) er fremstillet af en silikone-elastomer eller en opløsningsmiddelbestandig elastomer, fortrinsvis en perfluorpolyether-elastomer.
8. Indretning (11) ifølge krav 1, yderligere omfattende en fligenhed, hvortil kanylen (81) er forbundet, hvilken fligenhed styrer forskydningen af kanylen (81) gennem passagen.
9. Indretning (11) ifølge krav 8, hvor en distal ende af fligenheden yderligere omfatter en modhage.
10. Indretning (11) ifølge krav 8, hvor fligenheden yderligere omfatter en fligføring, hvor forskydning af fligenheden i længderetningen forskyder fligføringen gennem et afsnit af passagen.
11. Indretning (11) ifølge krav 10, yderligere omfattende en fastholdelseskappe ved en distal ende af legemet (83, 151), hvor fastholdelseskappen fortrinsvis omfatter en åbning, gennem hvilken kanylen (81) og fligføringen passerer.

Indretning (11) ifølge krav 10, hvor fastholdelseskappen er i indgreb med en distal ende af legemet (83, 151) og yderligere omfatter tilbageholdelsesmiddel til muliggørelse af, at fligføringen og kanylen (81) bevæger sig gennem fastholdelseskappen og standser ved en forudbestemt position, hvor tilbageholdelsesmidlet fortrinsvis omfatter en aksial kanal, der udstrækker sig langs med fligføringen og en pal, der udstrækker sig fra åbningen i fastholdelseskappen ind i den aksiale kanal, hvorved palen begrænser forskydningen af fligføringen i længderetningen, således at et bevægelsesomfang af fligføringen begrænses.

Indretning (11) ifølge krav 1, hvor kanylen (81) er aksialt forspændt i længderetningen for at holde en proksimal ende af kanylen (81) anbragt grænsende op til septumen (59) og til tilbagetrækning af kanylen (81) til en tilbagetrukket ikke-aktiveret position efter forskydning, hvor kanylen (81) fortrinsvis er aksialt forspændt ved hjælp af en fjeder.

Indretning (11) ifølge krav 1, hvor legemet (83, 151) omfatter et i det væsentlige cylindrisk udvendigt afsnit, mindst én justeringsåbning og pladser til membranen (29, 43) og septumen (59), eller sammenkoblet med yderligere indretninger (11) som beskrevet i krav 1 til dannelse af en kassette med en flerhed af legemer, eller yderligere omfattende et sikkerhedsfastholdelsesbånd til forhindring af, at kanylen (81) bliver forskudt i længderetningen, eller yderligere omfattende en konnektor, der er forbundet med en distal ende af kanylen (81).

Fluidoverførselsindretning (11) omfattende: en flerhed af legemer, der er sammenkoblet, idet hvert legeme omfatter: en langstrakt passage, der udstrækker sig gennem legemet og har en prok-simal ende og en distal ende; en kanyle (81), der er forskydelig i længderetningen, og som er anbragt i og udstrækker sig langs med passagen; en septum (59), der tætner passagen ved et første sted, hvilken septum (59) kan gennembores og er selvtætnende; en membran (29, 43), der tætner passagen ved et andet sted mellem septumen (59) og den distale ende af passagen; kanylen (81), der udstrækker sig gennem og er fastgjort til membranen (29, 43) og har en tilspidset ende, der er anbragt grænsende op til septumen (59); og hvor forskydningen af kanylen (81) i længderetningen imod septumen (59) bevirker, at dens tilspidsede ende gennemborer og stikker ud gennem septumen (59), hvilken membran (29, 43) strækker sig, så den kan muliggøre forskydningen af kanylen (81), mens der opretholdes en tætning omkring kanylen (81).
