Claims (14)
1. System til batchvis omvendt osmose (200), der er i fluidforbindelse med et fluidreservoir (202), hvilket system omfatter: en trykbeholder (220), som har en langstrakt foring (230) med en første ende og en anden ende, en membran (236), som er beliggende inden i den anden ende, hvilken membran har et membranindløb (238), et membranudløb (240), som er beliggende i den anden ende, og et permeatudløb (242), hvor foringen og trykbeholderen har et fluidfrirum (232) imellem sig, hvorved saltvandsfluid fra membranen recirkulerer til den første ende gennem fluidfrirummet; et recirkulationsstempel (310), som er beliggende nær den første ende, hvilket recirkulationsstempel definerer et fluidvolumen (320) mellem recirkulationsstemplet og membranen ved siden af membranindløbet, hvor recirkulationsstemplet omfatter en stempelkontraventil (330), der overfører fluid fra fluidfrirummet til fluidvolumenet; et plungerstempel (270), som er beliggende i et hus (210), hvilket hus og hvilket plungerstempel definerer et kammer (208), idet plungerstemplet er koblet til en aktuator (282); hvilket første hus har en første envejs-indløbsventil (212), som er i fluidforbindelse med fluidreservoiret; og et hult rør (300) koblet til aktuatoren, hvorved plungerstemplet, det hule rør og stemplet bevæger sig som reaktion på aktuatoren, hvilket hule rør har en port (302), hvilket hule rør overfører fluid mellem kammeret i huset og fluidvolumenet i trykbeholderen gennem en udløbsventil (314).
2. System til batchvis omvendt osmose ifølge krav 1, hvilket system yderligere omfatter et filter (207), der filtrerer fluid fra fluidreservoiret.
3. System til batchvis omvendt osmose ifølge krav 1, hvor permeatudløbet omfatter en envejs-permeatventil (244).
4. System til batchvis omvendt osmose ifølge krav 1, hvor det hule rør strækker sig gennem et første endedæksel (244) i trykbeholderen, og en forsegling (312) forsegler det hule rør fluidmæssigt med det første endedæksel.
5. System til batchvis omvendt osmose ifølge krav 1, hvor udløbsventilen omfatter en envejs-ventil.
6. System til batchvis omvendt osmose ifølge krav 5, hvor udløbsventilen er beliggende i nærheden af stemplet eller inden i fluidvolumenet.
7. System til batchvis omvendt osmose ifølge krav 1, hvor trykbeholderen har et tømningsrør (246) og en tømningsventil (248) til udtømning af fluid fra trykbeholderen.
8. System til batchvis omvendt osmose ifølge krav 1, hvor trykbeholderen har et fyldningsrør (260) og en fyldningsventil (262), der overfører fluid fra fluidreservoiret til trykbeholderen.
9. System til batchvis omvendt osmose ifølge krav 1, hvor fluidvolumenet er ca. 1 til 2 gange membranvolumenet.
10. Fremgangsmåde til drift af et system til omvendt osmose (200), som har en langstrakt trykbeholder (220), der har en første ende, en anden ende og en ydervæg (222), et permeatudløb (242), et saltvandsudløb (246), et ringvolumen (232) mellem en foring (230) og ydervæggen, en membran (236) inden i foringen modsat trykbeholderens første ende, hvilken membran har en første side og en anden side, og et fluidvolumen (320) mellem membranens første side og et recirkulationsstempel (310), hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter: at aktivere recirkulationsstemplet i et kammer (208) i en første retning; at overføre fluid til kammeret gennem en envejs-ventil (212) i et hus som reaktion på aktiveringen af et plungerstempel (270) i den første retning; at flytte fluid fra ringvolumenet til fluidvolumenet gennem en kontraventil (330) i recirkulationsstemplet som reaktion på aktiveringen af plungerstemplet; at aktivere plungerstemplet i en anden retning; at overføre fluid fra kammeret til fluidvolumenet gennem et hult rør (300) og en udløbsventil (314) for enden af det hule rør som reaktion på aktiveringen af plungerstemplet i den anden retning; at føre saltvandsfluid gennem membranen som reaktion på aktiveringen af plungerstemplet i den anden retning; at recirkulere saltvandsfluid inden i trykbeholderen fra membranens anden side til trykbeholderens første ende gennem det ringformede kammer som reaktion på aktiveringen af plungerstemplet i den anden retning; at producere permeat gennem membranen som reaktion på aktiveringen af plungerstemplet i den anden retning; og at overføre permeatet fra trykbeholderen.
11. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 10, hvor trykbeholderen fyldes fra et fluidreservoir (202), inden et plungerstempel aktiveres i en første retning.
12. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 10, hvor overførslen af fluid til et kammer omfatter at overføre fluid til kammeret gennem et filter (207).
13. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 10, hvor overførslen af fluid fra kammeret til fluidvolumenet omfatter at overføre fluid fra fluidkammeret til fluidvolumenet gennem det hule rør, der er mekanisk koblet mellem plungerstemplet og recirkulationsanordningen.
14. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 10, som yderligere omfatter at tømme trykbeholderen gennem en tømningsventil (248).
