Claims (14)
1. Fremgangsmåde til rensning af mindst delen af den indvendige overflade af en beholder til opbevaring af et lægemiddel eller andet indtageligt ikke-farmaceutisk produkt, hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter trinnene: a) at bringe mindst delen af den indvendige overflade af beholderen i kontakt med en vandig rensesammensætning, hvor den vandige rensesammensætning omfatter: i) en anionisk surfaktant valgt fra gruppen bestående af natriumdodecylbenzensulfo-nat, alkylfosfat, alkylsulfonat, alkylbenzensulfonat og natriumdi(2-ethylhexyl)sulfosuccinat; ii) en emulgator, som omfatter tetranatriumfosfat; iii) eventuelt et alkalisk salt; iv) eventuelt en puffer; og v) eventuelt en metalchelatdanner; b) at skylle den rensede overflade af beholderen; og c) eventuelt at tørre den rensede og skyllede beholder.
2. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor mindst delen af den indvendige overflade af beholderen omfatter et materiale valgt fra gruppen bestående af aluminium, aluminiumlegering og rustfrit stål.
3. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor rensesam-mensætningen indeholder et alkalisk salt, hvor det alkaliske salt omfatter natriumcarbonat.
4. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor rensesam-mensætningen indeholder en alkalisk emulgator valgt fra gruppen bestående af natriumfosfat, ethylendiamin tetraeddikesyre (EDTA), porphin, nitrilotriacetat (NTA) og ethylendiamin.
5. Fremgangsmåde til at coate mindst én overflade af en beholder til opbevaring af et lægemiddel eller andet indtageligt ikke-farmaceutisk produkt, hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter trinnene: a) at rense mindst én overflade af beholderen ifølge fremgangsmåden ifølge et hvilket som helst af krav 1 til 4; b) at coate den rensede overflade med en vandig coatingsammensætning, som indeholder et acrylresin valgt fra gruppen bestående af acrylepoxyresiner, acrylacrylatphenolre-siner og fluorpolymerkompositresiner og c) at tværbinde coatingsammensætningen for at tilvejebringe en vedhæftende kontinuerlig coating på den mindst ene overflade af beholderen.
6. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 5, hvor den vandige coatingsammensætning omfatter 20 til 40 vægt°/o af acrylresinen med én eller flere alkoholer som befugtningsmidler og resten vand.
7. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 6, hvor den ene eller flere alkohol(er) er valgt fra gruppen bestående af n-butylalkohol, 2-butoxyethanol, 2-(dimethylamino)ethanol, amylalkohol og kombinationer af én eller flere af de foregående.
8. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af krav 5 til 7, hvor acrylresinen omfatter et fluorpolymerkompositacrylresin, som indeholder en mikroemulgeret dispersion af en fluorpolymer, der tilsættes til baseacrylresinen ved en koncentration på mellem omkring 10 og omkring 50 vægt%.
9. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 8, hvor fluorpolymerstrukturen er valgt fra gruppen bestående af monofluoralkoxy, perfluoroalkoxy og andre fluorpolymere og fluorerede copoly-merer.
10. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 7, hvor coatingsammensætningen blandes med et farvestof.
11. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 7, hvor den vandige coatingsammensætning omfatter ét eller flere materialer valgt fra gruppen bestående af pigmenter, bindemidler, fyldstoffer og antioxidanter.
12. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af krav 5 til 11, hvor den vandige coatingsammensætning benyttes ved en fremgangsmåde valgt fra gruppen bestående af dyppebelægning, valsebelægning og sprøjtecoating.
13. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af krav 5 til 12 omfattende trinnet, at coate indvendige og udvendige overflader af beholderen med en friktionsreducerende coating øjeblikkeligt efter trin a) og før trin b), hvor den friktionsreducerende coating omfatter en fortyndet mængde af den vandige coatingsammensætning.
14. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 13, hvor den fortyndede koncentration af den vandige coatingsammensætning omfatter omkring 10 til omkring 20 vægt% af den vandige coatingsammensætning i vand.
