Claims (10)
1. Tokammerkarpule bestående af a) en cylinder indeholdende en endeprop, som er placeret på den proksimale ende af cylinderen, valgfrit et stop (13) på den proksimale ende (9), en midterprop (6), en bypass (3) , en distal ende (8) til forbindelse med tilbehør, og b) tilbehøret bestående af en lukkeanordning med en distal åbning, som er egnet til at stikke en applikationsnål igennem, og valgfrit en nåleholder, et eller flere tætningselementer til tætning af den distale ende på lukkeanordningen og/eller til tætning af forbindelsen mellem lukkeanordning og cylinder, kendetegnet ved, at lukninganordningen er udført i to eller tre stykker, og en proksimal ende på tilbehøret er enden af et hoved, som i samlet tilstand er forbundet med den distale ende på cylinderen, idet der er tilvejebragt en aksial not (11) på den proksimale ende af hovedet eller på den distale ende på cylinderen på indersiden af den optagende del.
2. Tokammerkarpule ifølge krav 1, idet tilbehøret består af hovedet (2) og en lukkekappe (5) med distal åbning, som er egnet til at stikke en applikationsnål igennem, og valgfrit en nåleholder, et tætningselement til tætning af forbindelsen mellem hoved (2) og lukkekappe (5) og valgfrit et yderligere tætningselement (7) til tætning af forbindelsen mellem hoved (2) og cylinder (1) .
3. Tokammerkarpule ifølge krav 1, idet udstyret består af hovedet (2), en hovedholder (19) og en lukkekappe (5) med distal åbning, som er egnet til at stikke en applikationsnål igennem, og valgfrit en nåleholder, et tætningselement til tætning af forbindelsen mellem hoved (2) og lukkekappe (5) og valgfrit et yderligere tætningselement (7) til tætning af forbindelsen mellem hoved (2) og cylinder (1).
4. Tokammerkarpule ifølge et af kravene 1 til 3, idet den proksimale ende på cylinderen (1) har et stop (13).
5. Tokammerkarpule ifølge et af kravene 1 til 4, idet tokammerkarpulen har et medikament, som skal administreres, og idet det medikament, der skal administreres, er et peptid til behandling af diabetes mellitus eller komplikationer i forbindelse med diabetes mellitus.
6. 7. Applikationsapparat indeholdende en tokammerkarpule ifølge et af kravene 1 til 6.

Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling og påfyldning af en tokammerkarpule ifølge et af kravene 1 til 6, kendetegnet ved, at a) en cylinder indeholdende en bypass forsynes med et midterprop mellem bypass og den proksimale ende; b) kammeret mellem midterprop og den proksimale ende påfyldes med en flydende bestanddel; c) det kammer, der indeholder den flydende bestanddel, lukkes med en endeprop; d) en flydende eller fortrinsvis fast bestanddel fyldes i kammeret mellem midterproppen og den distale ende på cylinderen; og e) den distale ende på cylinderen lukkes med tilbehøret.
