Claims (12)

1. Apparat til at forbinde og skære rulleunderstøttende, rørformede kerner omfattende: middel til at tilføre kernerne indrettet til at positionere én af kernerne på et rullende understel, hvor kernen har en forende og en bagende; middel til at skubbe kernen langs en langsgående akse langs med understellet, hvor midlet til skubbe virker mod bagenden for at bringe forenden i en forbindelsesstation, i hvilken forbindelsesstation bagenden af en kernedel, som skal forbindes, er placeret; et perifert drevet trækkemiddel til at forårsage, at kernedelen roterer; forbindelsesmiddel, der forefindes I forbindelsesstationen, omfattende en tilførsel af klæbebånd og en overførselsvalse til at forårsage, at kernen og kernedelen roterer om deres egen akse, medens forenden af kernen og bagenden af kernedelen holdes ud i ét i forhold til hinanden, for at trække klæbebåndet for at vinde og danne forbindelsen; transportmiddel til langsgående at transportere den forbundne kerne og kernedel langs den langsgående akse op til en skærestation, hvor transportmidlet forårsager, at den forbundne kerne og kernedel fortsætter indtil forenden af kernedelen ikke har passeret skærestationen med en forud bestemt afstand; skæremiddel til at skære kernen og kernedelen, som er forbundet med hinanden, i skærestationen for at opnå en kernelængde, der er så lang som afstanden; kendetegnet ved, at der til det perifere trækkemiddel er tilknyttet en indretning til at overføre et antal omdrejninger, som er egnet til at forårsage, at kernen og kernedelen roterer et forud bestemt antal omgange.
2. Apparat ifølge krav 1, hvor indretningen til at overføre et an tal omdrejninger omfatter: middel til at registrere diameteren af kernen; beregningsmidde! til at beregne det forud bestemte antal omgange i reaktion på diameteren; middel til at indstille det perifere traekkemiddel i overensstemmelse med et signal tilvejebragt af beregningsmidlet.
3. Apparat ifølge krav 2, hvor der i beregningsmidlet residerer programmiddel til: at detektere et antal N af lag af klæbebånd, der skal vindes omkring kernesamlingen; at beregne et antal n af vindinger, som skal indlæses i det perifere trækkemiddel, ved hjælp af ligningen n=N*D/d, hvor d er diameteren af det perifere trækkemiddel, D er diameteren af kernen kommunikeret af midlet til at registrere; at overføre tallet n til midlet til at indstille, således at det igangsætter trækningen af kernen og stopper den for at opnå antallet n af omgange.

Apparat ifølge krav 1, hvor overførselsvalsen i forbindelsesstationen er monteret på en holder, som kan bevæges nærme-re/længere væk fra kernesamlingen, hvor holderen navnlig er valgt fra gruppen bestående af: en drevet holder til automatisk at bringe overførselsvalsen i kontakt med kernesamlingen; en manuelt betjent holder til manuelt at bringe overførselsvalsen i kontakt med kernesamlingen.
5. Apparat ifølge krav 2, hvor midlet til at registrere diameteren af kernen er valgt fra gruppen bestående af: middel til automatisk at aflæse en måling af diameteren; erhvervelsesmiddel til at erhverve et måledata af den forud bestemte diameter; en kombination af middel til automatisk at aflæse og erhvervelsesmiddel, hvor testmiddel er tilvejebragt til test af, om den forud bestemte diameter stemmer overens med den automatisk aflæste diameter.

Apparat ifølge krav 1, hvor det langsgående transportmiddel omfatter to autocentrerende valser placeret ved modstående sider i forhold til kernedelen, drejeligt monteret på respektive holdere, som er indrettet til at bringe dem til at lukke om kernedelen, skubbe kernedelen lateralt og gå i indgreb med den, og at bringe dem til at åbne for at frigøre den, hvor en første valse af valserne er en drevet valse og en anden af valserne er en medløbende valse, hvor holderne er indrettet til at blive lukket og åbnet ved hjælp af aktuatormidler, hvor der til i det mindste én af valserne er tilknyttet en koder til præcist at måle transportbevægelsen for forbindelses- og/eller skæretrinene.

Apparat ifølge krav 6, hvor hver af holderne, der er indrettet til at lukke, at skubbe kernen lateralt og gå i indgreb med den og at åbne og frigøre den, omfatter en arm, som roterer om en akse, og som har en fri ende forbundet til en respektive valse af de roterende valser, hvor midlet til automatisk at aflæse en måling af diameteren af kernerne omfatter en vinkelpositionssensor, navnlig et potentiometer, monteret på aksen af én af de roterende arme, hvor vinkelpositionssensoren navnlig er monteret på rotationsaksen af den roterende arm, som holder den medløbende valse.

Apparat ifølge krav 1, hvor anlægsmidler er tilvejebragt til at stoppe forenden af kernedelen i en forud bestemt position, når der skæres, hvor anlægsmidlet omfatter: en anlægsslæde, der glider i langsgående retning; et anlægselement, som er monteret på anlægsslæden, og som er placeret vinkelret på den langsgående akse, middel til at bevæge anlægsslæden; spånopsugningsmiddel til spånerne, som produceres ved skæring, hvor opsugningsmidlet navnlig omfatter en sugekanal, der har udgangspunkt i en sugeåbning på anlægselementet.

10. Apparat ifølge krav 1, hvor midlet til at skubbe kernerne langsgående langs understellet omfatter: en drevet slæde glidende langs den langsgående akse af kernerne, hvor slæden udfører et første sig nærmende slag; en indretning, som nærmer sig, som er i operativ kontakt med bagenden af kernen, som er monteret på slæden, og som omfatter en aktuator, som er bevægelig i forhold til slæden langs den langsgående akse for at udføre et yderligere, fint, sig nærmede slag.
11. Apparat ifølge krav 11, hvor indretningen, der nærmer sig, omfatter mindst to oprettede, små mediøbende valser, der har en rotationsakse vinkelret pa den langsgående akse af kernerne, hvor valserne er operativt i kontakt med bagenden.
12. Apparat ifølge krav 1, hvor der er tilvejebragt midler til at skubbe kernen mod det rullende understel, hvilket middel omfatter en vertikal skubbeindretning, der virker mod kernen modsat understellet, hvor skubberen navnlig er monteret på den drevne slæde, og hvor den vertikale skubbeindretning navnlig omfatter: en gaffel, som glider radialt i forhold til kernen, og som har en fri ende orienteret mod kernen, hvor den frie ende omfatter mindst to små medløbende valser, der kan bringes i rotation ved hjælp af rotationen af kernen; motormiddel til at bevæge gaflen radialt.
