Claims (16)
1. Kontinuert fremgangsmåde til at regasificere en fødestrøm omfattende (i) en opslæmningsfase omfattende gashydratpartikler opslæmmet i en produceret flydende carbonhydrid og eventuelt frit produceret vand og (ii) eventuelt en gasfase omfattende frit produceret gasformigt carbonhydrid, hvorved der dannes et regasificeret multifasefluidum og til at adskille det regasificerede multifasefluidum i dets komponentfluider, omfattende følgende trin: (a) at opvarme fødestrømmen til over dissociationstemperaturen for gashydratet, hvorved fødestrømmen regasificeres ved at konvertere gashydratpartiklerne til gasformigt carbonhydrid og vand; (b) at adskille en gasformig carbonhydridfase fraq det regasificerede multifasefluidum, hvorved der dannes en strøm af gasformig carbon-hydridprodukt og en væskestrøm, der omfatter en blanding af flydende carbonhydrid og vand; (c) at adskille væskestrømmen, der omfatter en blanding af den flydende carbonhydrid og vand, i en flydende carbonhydridfase og en vandig fase; og (d) at fjerne den flydende carbonhydridfase som en flydende carbonhydrid p rod u ktstrø m.
2. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor det producerede flydende carbonhydrid er et gaskondensat eller råolie.
3. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1 eller 2, hvor koncentrationen af gashydratpartikler i opslæmningsfasen affødestrømmen er mindre end 50 vægt%, og gashydratpartiklerne har en gennemsnitlig diameter på under 250 μιτι.
4. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor fødestrømmen regasificeres i en regasificeringsproduktionsfacilitet omfatten de (A) en dissociationsbeholder til at opvarme fødestrømmen ifølge trin (a) til over gashydratets dissociationstemperatur; (B) mindst en gas/væske-separator til at adskille den gasformige carbonhydridfase fra det regasificere-de multifasefluidum ifølge trin (b); (C) mindst en separator for flydende car-bonhydrid/vand til at adskille væskestrømmen, der omfatter en blanding af flydende carbonhydrid og vand ifølge trin (c), i en flydende carbonhydridfase og en vandig fase.
5. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 4, hvor fødestrømmen i det mindste delvist opvarmes i trin (a) ved varmeveksling med en eller flere hede processtrømme, inden den ledes til dissociationsbeholderen, hvori den eller de hede processtrømme produceres i regasificeringsproduktionsfaciliteten og/eller i en integreret, traditionel produktionsfacilitet, der bruges til at behandle en traditionel multifase-fødestrøm.
6. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 5, hvor den hede processtrøm udvælges blandt: (1) strømmen af regasificeret, gasformigt carbonhydrid, der dannes i trin (b); (2) en strøm af hedt, komprimeret, gasformigt carbonhydrid fra regasifice-ringsproduktionsfaciliteten og/eller den integrerede, traditionelle produktionsfacilitet; (3) en strøm af hedt produceret vand fra separatoren for flydende carbon-hydrid/vand i regasificeringsproduktionsfaciliteten og/eller fra en separator for flydende carbonhydrid/vand i den integrerede, traditionelle produktionsfacilitet; (4) en strøm af hedt, flydende carbonhydridprodukt fra separatoren for flydende carbonhydrid/vand i regasificeringsproduktionsfaciliteten og/eller fra en separator for flydende carbonhydrid/vand i den integrerede, traditionelle produktionsfacilitet; og (5) en hed udstødning fra en gasturbine i regasificeringsproduktionsfacili-teten og/ellerfra en gasturbine i den integrerede, traditionelle produktionsfacilitet.
7. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 5 eller 6, hvor varmeveksling af føde-strømmen med en eller flere hede processtrømme ifølge trin (a) tilvejebringer 5 til 100 %, fortrinsvis 25 til 75 %, f.eks. 45 til 55 % af det varme-input, der kræves for at hæve temperaturen affødestrømmen til eller over dissociationstemperaturen for gashydratpartiklerne.
8. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 4 til 7, hvor fø-destrømmen opvarmes til en temperatur på mindst 15°C, fortrinsvis mindst 25°C, f.eks. mindst 30°C i dissociationsbeholderen.
9. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 4 til 8, hvor fø-destrømmen ledes til dissociationsbeholderen ved et tryk inden for området 10 til 100 bar absolut, fortrinsvis 20 til 40 bar absolut.
10. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 4 til 9, hvor opholdstiden forfødestrømmen i dissociationsbeholderen ligger i området 0,25 til 30 minutter, fortrinsvis 3 ti! 15 minutter.
11. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 4 til 10, hvor dissociationsbeholderen er en regasificeringskedel, der opvarmer føde-strømmen ved varmeveksling med et hedt varmevekslingsfluidum.
12. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 4 til 10, hvor dissociationsbeholderen er en varmvandsblandebeholder, hvori varmt vand ledes til blandebeholderen ved en temperatur inden for området 40 til 95°C, fortrinsvis 50 til 60°C, og det varme vand er en strøm af hedt pro duceret vand fra regasificeringsproduktionsfaciliteten og/eller fra en integreret, traditionel produktionsfacilitet.
13. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 4 til 10, hvor dissociationsbeholderen er en dampfordelingsbeholder, og damp fordeles i dissociationsbeholderen ved et tryk inden for området 30 til 60 bar absolut.
14. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 4 til 13, hvor regasificeringsproduktionsfaciliteten yderligere omfatter en koncentreringsbeholder, og fødestrømmen overføres til koncentreringsbeholderen inden opvarmning i trin (a) til over dissociationstemperaturen for gashydratpartiklerne, hvor en gasfase omfattende frit gasformigt carbon-hydrid adskilles fra fødestrømmen i koncentreringsbeholderen og fjernes fra koncentreringsenheden som en gasformig carbonhyd rid strøm.
15. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 14, hvor en vandig opslæmningsfase adskilles fra fødestrømmen i koncentreringsbeholderen, og den vandige opslæmningsfase udtages fra koncentreringsenheden og overføres til en dissociationsbeholder for vandig opslæmning, hvor den vandige opslæmning opvarmes til over dissociationstemperaturen for gashydratpartiklerne, hvorved der dannes en gasformig carbonhydridfase og en produceret vandfase.
16. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 15, hvor en produceret vandstrøm udtages fra dissociationsbeholderen for vandig opslæmning og overføres til en elektrostatisk sammenløbsenhed, hvori resterende olie fjernes fra den producerede vandstrøm.
