1. Diffuser til oxygenering af vand ved tilvejebringelse af mikrobobler i aquakultur-installationer til havorganismer i havet, hvor diffuseren er forbundet med udstyr til oxygengasproduktion og oxygenlevering, som eventuelt kan produceres på stedet og opbevares i en egnet tank (4), hvor diffuseren er en slange omfattende en perforeret tilførselsslange (6) og mindst én perforeret fordelingsslange (7), og hvor tilførselsslangen har færre perforeringer/huller/porer end fordelingsslangen, og hvor perforeringer-ne/hulleme/poreme i tilførselsslangen (6) er anbragt lagt hele dens omkreds og i længderetningen eller i en række i tilførselsslangens (6) længderetning, og hvor perforerin-geme/hulleme/poreme i fordelingsslangen (7) er anbragt over hele dens omkreds og i længderetningen, og hvor tilførselsslangen (6) omfatter konstruktioner (8,10), som muliggør kamre/sektioner i diffuserslangens (5) hulrum. 2. Diffuser ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at tilførselsslangen (6) har en stiv konstruktion ved specielle punkter (8) eller langs hele dens længde og således muliggør dannelse af kamre/sektioner i fordelingsslangen (7) ved hjælp af en ydre spændering (9). 3. Diffuser ifølge ethvert af kravene 1-2, kendetegnet ved, at kamrene/sektioneme er dannet i fordelingsslangen (7) ved, at den er blokeret med visse intervaller ved hjælp af faste skillevægge (10) og/eller ved hjælp af en ydre spændering (9), som er fastgjort/forseglet omkring et stift indre rør (11). 4. Diffuser til oxygenering af havvand ved tilvejebringelse af mikrobobler i aqua-kulturinstallationer til havorganismer, hvor diffuseren er forbundet med udstyr til oxygengasproduktion og oxygenlevering, som eventuelt kan produceres på stedet og opbevares i en egnet tank (4), hvor diffuseren er en slange omfattende en perforeret tilførselsslange (6) og mindst én perforeret fordelingsslange (7), og hvor tilførselsslangen har færre perforerin-ger/huller/porer end fordelingsslangen, og hvor perforeringeme/hulleme/poreme i tilførselsslangen (6) er anbragt langs hele dens omkreds og i længderetningen eller i en række i tilførselsslangens (6) længderetning, og at perforeringeme/hulleme/poreme i fordelingsslangen (7) er anbragt langs hele dens omkreds og i længderetningen, og hvor tilførselsslangen (6) og mindst én fordelingsslange (7) er anbragt med parallelle akser og i anlæg mod hinanden, hvorved tilførselsslangen kun har perforeringer i kontaktfladen mellem tilførselsslangen og fordelingsslangen (slangerne), idet der er en resulterende forbindelse mellem disse kontaktfladeperforeringer i tilførselsslangen og fordelingsslangen. 7. Diffuser ifølge krav 6, kendetegnet ved, at tilførselsslangen (6) og fordelingsslangen (7) har en fælles slangevæg i længderetningen. 8. Diffuser ifølge krav 7, kendetegnet ved, at der er perforeringer/huller/porer i den fælles slangevægs længderetning. 9. Diffuser ifølge ethvert af kravene 1-8, hvor tilførselsslangen (6) i sin længderetning har 1-100 perforeringer/huller/porer pr. meter, fortrinsvis 1-10 perforeringer/huller/porer pr. meter, og fordelingsslangen (7) i sin længderetning har 200-10000 perforeringer/huller/porer pr. meter, fortrinsvis 500-2000 perforeringer/huller/porer pr. meter. 10. Diffuser ifølge ethvert af kravene 1-9, hvor diffuserslangen er forbundet med oxygensonder/sensorer (14) til registrering af oxygenniveauet i vandet og en reguleringsenhed/styreskab (15) til at regulere/styre oxygentilførslen fra tanken (4) baseret på informationen registreret af oxygensonden (sondeme)/sensoren (sensorerne). 11. Diffuser ifølge ethvert af kravene 1-10, hvor oxygentilsætningen styres/reguleres i overensstemmelse med oxygenmætningen i vandet, som skal oxygeneres, eller et nærmere specificeret indstillingspunkt. 12. Diffuser ifølge ethvert af kravene 1-11, kendetegnet ved, at oxygenet, der tilvejebringes, er flydende oxygen fra en kryo-tank(e). 13. Diffuser ifølge ethvert af kravene 1-12, kendetegnet ved, at tilførselsslangen (6) består af 4-16 mm gummi, fortrinsvis EPDM, og at fordelingsslangen (7) består af 6-30 mm gummi, fortrinsvis EPDM. 14. Diffuser ifølge ethvert af kravene 1-13, kendetegnet ved, at diffuserslangen (5) er fra 0,5-2000 m, fortrinsvis 1-1000 m, mere foretrukket 10-100 m. 15. Diffuser ifølge ethvert af kravene 1-14, kendetegnet ved, at en eller flere di ffuserslanger (5) er monteret på en fastgørelsesindretning (12). 16. Diffuser ifølge ethvert af kravene 1-15, kendetegnet ved, at flere diffuserslanger (5) er monteret i et netværk på fastgørelsesindretningen (12) til dannelse af separate moduler. 17. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 18, hvor oxygenet, som tilføres og fordeles, fremstilles på stedet og opbevares i en tank (4), der er velegnet til formålet, eller tilvejebringes i form af flydende oxygen fra en kryo-tank (-tanke). 20. Fremgangsmåde ifølge ethvert af kravene 18-19, hvor mængden af tilsat oxygen på ethvert tidspunkt reguleres og styres ved hjælp af en styreindretning (15) til regulering/styring af oxygentilsætningen fra kilden (4), og hvor reguleringen er baseret på måling af vandets oxygenindhold ved hjælp af en oxygen-sonde(r) (14). 21. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 20, hvor oxygentilsætningen styres/reguleres efter oxygenmætningen i vandet, som skal oxygeneres, eller et nærmere specificeret indstillingspunkt. 22. Fremgangsmåde ifølge ethvert af kravene 18-21, hvor de benyttede slanger (5) er monteret på en fastgørelsesindretning (12), der er velegnet til formålet. 23. Fremgangsmåde ifølge ethvert af kravene 18-22, hvor fastgørelsesindretningen (12) med slangen (slangerne) (5) ved hjælp af en indstillelig ophængningsindretning placeres i en dybde på 2-25 m, fortrinsvis 5-10 m. 24.
