Claims (8)
1. Plante, som er modstandsdygtig over for en patogen, hvorved planten og patogenen er udvalgt fra Bremia lactucae på salat, Perosnospora farinosa på spinat, Pseudoperonospora cubensis på medlemmer af Cucurbitaceae-familen, Pseudoperonospora cubensis på agurk, Peronospora destructor på løg, Hyaio-peronospora parasitica på kål, Plasmopara viticola på druer, Phytophthora in-festans på tomater og kartofler og Phytophthora sojae på sojabønner, hvilke planter har en stigning i in planta homoserin-niveau sammenlignet med den plante, som ikke er modstandsdygtig over for patogenen, og hvilken plante har en mutation i sit homoserin-kinase-gen, som sænker homoserin-kinase-aktiviteten af det krypterede enzym.
2. Plante ifølge krav 1, hvorved mutationen i homoserin-kinase-genet fører til en aminosyresubstitution.
3. Plante ifølge krav 1 eller krav 2, hvorved genet er et homoserin-kinase-gen, som identificeret i listen i tabel 2.
4. Plante ifølge krav 1 eller krav 2, hvorved genet er homoserin-kinase-gen af Lactuca savita, som har nucleotidsekvensen og aminosyresekvensen som vist i figur 10.
5. Plante ifølge krav 1 eller krav 2, hvorved genet er homoserin-kinase-gen af Vitis vinifera, som har nucleotidsekvensen og aminosyresekvensen som vist i figur 11.
6. Plante ifølge krav 1 eller krav 2, hvorved genet er homoserin-kinase-gen af Cucumis sativus, som har nucleotidsekvensen og aminosyresekvensen som vist i figur 12.
7. Plante ifølge krav 1 eller krav 2, hvorved genet er homoserin-kinase-genet af Spinacia olieracea, som har nucleotidsekvensen og aminosyresekvensen som vist i figur 13.
8. Plante ifølge krav 1 eller krav 2, hvorved genet er homoserin-kinase-genet af Solanum lycopersicum, som har nucleotidsekvensen og aminosyresekvensen som vist i figur 14.
