Claims (10)
1. Anlæg til udførelse af parallelle, kemiske eksperimenter, hvilket anlæg omfatter en række parallelle gennemstrømningsreaktorer, hvor hver reaktor omfatter et reaktionskammer, en reaktor-indløbsåbning og en reaktorudløbsåbning, som er forbundet med reaktorkammeret, og hvor der nedstrøms i forhold til hver reaktor er indrettet et individuelt aktivt trykreguleringsarrangement til aktiv regulering af reaktortrykket, hvilket trykreguleringsarrangement omfatter en aktiv indstillelig kanal til reaktorudstrømningsmateriale med en indløbsåbning, som er forbundet med en reaktor-udløbsåbning, og en udløbsåbning til udledning af reaktorudstrømningsmateriale ved et reduceret tryk i forhold til reaktortrykket, og hvor det aktive trykreguleringsarrangement omfatter en aktivt indstillelig kanal, som er indrettet ved kanalen for reaktionsudstrømningsmateriale ved hver reaktor, og hvor den aktivt indstillelige kanal har en bevægelig del, som kan fremkalde variationer i det effektive kanaltværsnit, kendetegnet ved, at den bevægelige del er i berøring med et fælles trykkammer, som er fyldt med en styregas, så at den bevægelige del kan bevæges hen mod en lukket stilling, hvis reaktortrykket er lavere end styregastrykket, men bevæges hen mod en åben stilling, hvis reaktortrykket overskrider styregastrykket, og at anlægget yderligere omfatter en trykstyreenhed til styring af trykket af styregassen i trykkammeret.
2. Anlæg ifølge krav 1, hvor den bevægelige del omfatter en bøjelig vægdel, som fastlægger den aktivt indstillelige kanal for reaktorudstrømningsmateriale, hvilken vægdel adskiller den aktivt indstillelige kanal fra trykkammeret, hvilken vægdel er i berøring med en styregas i det nævnte trykkammer og kan deformeres ved hjælp af en trykforskel mellem trykket i styregassen i trykkammeret og trykket i reaktionsudstrømningsmaterialet inden i kanalen, og hvor det aktive trykreguleringsarrangement desuden omfatter trykstyreenheden til styring aftrykket i styregassen i trykkammeret.
3. Anlæg ifølge krav 2, hvor den bøjelige vægdel foreligger i form af et deformerbart rør, som forbinder indløbsåbningen og udløbsåbningen i reaktorudstrømningskanalen, hvilket deformerbart rør er indrettet til at kunne lukkes, når trykket i styregassen er højere end trykket i reaktionsudstrømningsmaterialet.
4. Anlæg ifølge krav 2, hvor den bøjelige vægdel er en deformerbar membran.
5. Anlæg ifølge et af kravene 2-4, hvor den bøjelige membran omfatter et elastomert materiale.
6. Anlæg ifølge ethvert af de foregående krav, hvor gennemstrømningsreaktorerne hver har en gastilførselskanal og/eller en fluidumtilførselskanal, som er forbundet med reaktor-indløbsåbningen ved hjælp af et strømningsstyrearrangement.
7. Anlæg ifølge ethvert af de foregående krav, hvor en analyseindretning er forbundet med udløbsåbningen for den aktivt indstillelige kanal hørende til reaktorerne.
8. Anlæg ifølge krav 7, hvor analyseindretningen omfatter en prøveindsamlingsindretning.
9. Anlæg ifølge krav 7, hvor analyseindretningen omfatter et on-line-tilsluttet analyseapparat, som ved hjælp afen eller flere vælgerventiler er forbundet med udløbsåbningerne på reaktorerne via udløbsåbningerne i de nævnte aktivt indstillelige kanaler.
10. Fremgangsmåde til udførelse af en kemisk reaktion, hvor der anvendes et anlæg ifølge et af kravene 1-8.
