Den foreliggende opfindelse angår nye substituerede 2,4-diamino-5-cyano-pyrimidiner og syreadditionssalte deraf, en fremgangsmåde til deres fremstilling, et middel til bekæmpelse af skadelige organismer og deres anvendelse til 5 topisk bekæmpelse af skadelige insekter og ektoparasitter.

Ved syreadditionssalte af forbindelserne med formlen I skal der forstås fysiologisk uskadelige additionssalte af uorga-5 niske eller organiske syrer. Som eksempler på uorganiske syrer kan der nævnes hydrogenchloridsyre, hydrogenbromid-syre, hydrogeniodidsyre, svovlsyre, fosforsyre, fosforsyrling og salpetersyre. Som eksempler på organiske syrer kan der nævnes trifluoreddikesyre, trichloreddikesyre, myre-10 syre, oxalsyre, ravsyre, maleinsyre, mælkesyre, glykolsyre, aconitsyre, citronsyre, benzoesyre, benzensulfonsyre og methansulfonsyre.
Fremgangsmåden ifølge opfindelsen til fremstilling af forbindelserne med formlen I eller syreadditionssalte deraf er 15 ejendommelig ved, at man omsætter

Ved fremgangsmådevariant a) gennemføres omsætningen af en sulfonylforbindelse (n =2) med formlen II med ammoniak almindeligvis ved en temperatur fra ca. 10 til 100°C i orga-10 niske opløsningsmidler, såsom f.eks. acetonitril,tetra-hydrofuran eller dioxan, eller opløsningsmiddel-vandbiåndinger. De samme omsætningsbetingelser gælder for fremgangsmådevarianten b), ved hvilken 2-chlor-4,6-di-amino-5-cyano-pyrimidinen med formlen III omsættes med en amin med 15 formlen IV. Hvis man ved fremgangsmådevariant a) anvender methylthioforbindelser (n = 0) med formlen II som udgangsmaterialer, omsættes disse fortrinsvis i autoklave under forhøjet tryk med ammoniak, nærmere bestemt ved en temperatur på mellem 100 og 170°C, for det meste ved ca. 160°C.
20 Den nævnte omdannelse af en forbindelse med formlen I, hvori R^ betyder -NH2, til én, hvori R4 har en anden af de angivne betydninger, kan ske ved omsætning af aminogruppen i 6-stillingen i pyrimidinringen med tilsvarende i sig selv kendte reaktanter. De her beskrevne acyleringer gennemføres under normalt tryk i inerte opløsnings- eller fortyndingsmidler i 10 nærværelse af en base ved temperaturer fra 0 til 120°C, fortrinsvis 40 til 80°C. Som opløsnings- og fortyndingsmidler kan der f.eks. anvendes alkaner såsom n-pentan, samt dens homologer inklusive isomerer til n-heptadecan; ethere, såsom diethyl ether, dipropyl ether, dibutylether, dimetho-15 xyethan, dioxan eller tetrahydrofuran; chi orede carbonhy-drider, såsom chloroform, methylenchlorid, carbontetrachlo-rid eller chlorbenzen; aromatiske carbonhydrider såsom benzen, toluen eller xylener. Derudover kan der anvendes andre inerte opløsnings- og fortyndingsmidler ved frem-20 gangsmåden. Som baser, der eventuelt kan anvendes ved disse omsætninger, egner sig f.eks. alkyl aminer, såsom triethyla-min eller diisopropylethylamin, samt desuden pyridin eller N-methylpyrrolidon.
Udgangsforbindelserne med formlen II er nye og har ligele-25 des gode pesticide, specielt insekticide, egenskaber. De kan fremstilles på følgende måde:

Det 1 ovenstående reaktionsskema angivne natriumsalt med formlen VIII, urinstoffet med formlen IX samt uracilen med formlen X er kendte (jvf. J.Chem.Soc., Chem. Comm. 1974, 350; Helv. Chim. Act. 1985, 1155). Fremstillingen af nye 5 substituerede pyrimidiner med formlerne XI og XII sker på en i sig selv kendt måde. Ved omsætning af XII med ammoniak opnås en forbindelse med formlen II, hvor n = 0.
c) Udgangsforbindelser med formlen II, hvori n = 1 eller 2, kan fremstilles på en i sig selv kendt måde ved oxidation 10 af forbindelser med formlen II, hvori n = 0 (jvf. "The Chemistry of Heterocyclic compounds", Vol. 15: Pyrimidines, Intersc. Publ. Inc., N.Y. 1959).
Udgangs forbinde Isen med formlen III, dvs. 2-chlor-4,6-di-amino-5-cyano-pyrimidinen, er kendt fra Chem. Ber. 1968, 15 1244, men kan også ifølge nedenstående skema fremstilles ud fra ovennævnte forbindelse med formlen VII ved oxidation til sul fonen og ved udskiftning af -SO2CH3 med -NH2 ved hjælp af ammoniak: /νττΊ Chlorgas, H2N-· N*-C1 NHj^ H2N—, X--C1 ' (h2o) ' nhc-.'x i mc~\ i £o2ch3 Ah2 (XIII) (III) 20 Pesticidt, især insekticidt, aktive 2,4,6-triamino-5-nitro-pyrimidiner, hvis aminogrupper eventuelt kan være substitueret, er kendt fra EP 84758 Al. De aktive forbindelser ifølge opfindelsen med formlen I adskiller sig strukturelt fra disse kendte forbindelser i det væsentlige ved tiiste-25 deværelsen af cyano-gruppen i 5-stillingen i stedet for en nitro-gruppe.

Det har overraskende vist sig, at forbindelser med formlen I og deres syreadditionssalte ved lave koncentrationer, god planteforenelighed og ringe varmblodstoxicitet udviser udmærket aktivitet ved bekæmpelse af skadelige organismer.
5 I forhold til de fra EP 84758 Al kendte analoge ni troforbindelser bevirker forbindelserne ifølge opfindelsen fuldstændig bekæmpelse af skadelige organismer ved en væsentlig lavere koncentration, hvilket illustreres nærmere i det følgende. Forbindelserne ifølge opfindelsen er først og 10 fremmest egnede til bekæmpelse af insekter og repræsentanter fra ordenen akarina, som angriber planter og dyr.
1 overensstemmelse hermed er midlet ifølge opfindelsen ejendommeligt ved, at det som aktiv komponent indeholder en forbindelse med formlen I eller et syreadditionssalt 15 deraf sammen med egnede bærere og/eller andre tilsætningsstoffer.
Ifølge opfindelsen anvendes forbindelser med formlen I eller syreadditionssalte deraf til topisk bekæmpelse af 20 insekter og repræsentanter fra ordenen akarina på dyr og planter.
Forbindelserne med formlen I er især egnede til bekæmpelse af insekter fra ordenerne Lepidoptera, Coleoptera, Homop-tera, Heteroptera, Diptera, Thysanoptera, Orthoptera, 25 Anoplura, Siphonaptera, Mallophaga, Thysanura, Isoptera, Psocoptera og Hymenoptera samt af repræsentanter fra orde- denen akarina fra familierne: Ixodidae, Argasidae, Tetra- nychidae og Dermanyssidae.

Ud over deres virkning mod fluer, f.eks. musca domestica, og myggelarver kan de aktive stoffer ifølge opfindelsen også indsættes til bekæmpelse af planteskadelige ædeinsekter i pryd- og nytteplantekulturer, især i bomuldskulturer 5 (f.eks. Spodoptera littoralis og Heliothis virescens), samt i frugt- og grøntsagskulturer (f.eks. Plutella xylostella, Laspeyresia pomonella, Leptinotarsa decemlineata og Epi-lachna varivestis). Forbindelser med formlen I ifølge opfindelsen udviser også god aktivitet mod skadelige organis-10 mer i ris. Forbindelserne med formlen I udmærker sig desuden ved en udpræget larvicid virkning mod insekter, især larver af ædende skadedyr. Hvis de aktive forbindelser optages af voksne insektstadier med foderet, konstateres der i mange tilfælde, især hos Coleopterer, såsom f.eks.
15 Anthonomus grandis, en mindsket æglægning og/eller reduceret udklækningsrate.
De aktive stoffer med formlen I kan derudover med meget gode resultater indsættes til bekæmpelse af ektoparasitter, såsom Lucilia sericata, på hus- og nyttedyr, f.eks. ved be-20 handling af dyr, stalde og græsningsarealer.
Ved behandlingen af græssende dyr med de aktive stoffer ifølge opfindelsen, f.eks. ved hjælp af kvægbade, overhældning eller sprøjtegange, opnås der som følge af den overraskende adhæsionsvirkning af de aktive stoffer en lang 25 vedholdende toksisk effekt mod ektoparasitter, såsom f.eks. skadelige dipterer, på dyrenes hud og skind. En tidlig udeller afvaskning af de på nyttedyrenes overflade applicerede aktive stoffer ved afløbende regnvand kan hermed forhindres .
30 En særlig fordel ved de aktive forbindelser ifølge opfindelsen er, at de kan indgives oralt til nyttedyr. Ved denne anvende Ises fremgangsmåde udvikler de aktive stoffer først og fremmest i de fra fordøjelseskanalen udskilte fækalier 10

en vedvarende og langvarende insekticid aktivitet. Derved kan angrebet med skadelige insekter, især dipterer, forhindres allerede før skadedyrenes optræden i dyrenes omgivelser, såsom stalde, indhegninger og græsgange, fordi de 5 fra de lagte æg udklækkende diptererlarver straks dræbes.
Ved denne specielle anvendelse er det især vigtigt, at forbindelserne på grund af deres strukturelle egenskaber forholder sig fysiologisk indifferent over for varmblodede dyr. Denne metode til målrettet bekæmpelse af insekters 10 formering er betydeligt mere effektiv og samtidig mere økonomisk end de sædvanlige udstrakte desinfektioner af stalde og indhegninger.
Den gode pesticide virkning af forbindelser med formlen I ifølge opfindelsen svarer til en udryddelsesrate (morta-15 litet) på mindst 50-60% af de omtalte skadelige organismer.
Virkningen af forbindelser ifølge opfindelsen eller midler, der indeholder forbindelserne, kan gøres væsentligt mere bredspektret og tilpasses til givne omstændigheder ved 20 tilsætning af andre insekticider og/eller akaricider. Tilsætninger, der kan komme i betragtning, er f.eks. repræsentanter for følgende klasser af aktive stoffer: organiske fosforforbindelser, nitrophenoler og derivater, formamidi-ner, urinstoffer, carbamater, pyrethroider, chlorerede 25 carbonhydrider og Bacillus thuringiensis-præparater.
Forbindelser ifølge opfindelsen anvendes i uændret form eller fortrinsvis sammen med de i formuleringsteknikken sædvanlige hjælpemidler og kan derfor på kendt måde forarbejdes f.eks. til emulsionskoncentrater, direkte sprøjtbare 30 eller fortyndbare opløsninger, fortyndede emulsioner, sprøjtepulvere, opløselige pulvere, puddermidler, granulater, inkl. indkapslinger i f.eks. polymere stoffer. forstøvning, udstrøning eller hældning, tillige med midlerne vælges under hensyntagen til de tilstræbte mål og de givne forhold.
Formuleringen, dvs. de midler, præparater eller sammen-5 sætninger, der indeholder det aktive stof med formlerne I eller II eller kombinationer af disse aktive stoffer med andre insekticider eller akaricider, og eventuelt et fast eller flydende tilsætningsstof, fremstilles på kendt måde, f.eks. ved grundig blanding og/eller formaling af de aktive 10 stoffer med strækkemidler, såsom f.eks. med opløsningsmidler, faste bærestoffer, og eventuelt overfladeaktive forbindelser (tensider).
Som opløsningsmidler kan anvendes aromatiske carbonhydri-der, fortrinsvis fraktionerne C(8) til C(12), såsom xylen-15 blandinger eller substituerede naphthalener, phthalsyrees-tere, såsom dibutyl- eller dioctylphthalat, aliphatiske carbonhydrider, såsom cyclohexan eller paraffiner, alkoholer og glycoler samt ethere og estere deraf, såsom ethanol, ethyl eng lycol, ethyl eng lycolmonomethyl- eller ethylether, 20 ketoner, såsom cyclohexanon, stærkt polære opløsningsmidler, såsom n-methyl-2-pyrrolidon, dimethylsulfoxid eller dimethylformamid, samt eventuelt epoxideret planteolie, såsom epoxideret kokosolie eller sojaolie, eller vand.
Som faste bærestoffer, f.eks. til pudderpræparater og dis-25 pergerbare pulvere, anvendes i reglen naturligt stenmel, såsom calcit, talkum, kaolin, montmorillonit eller attapul-git. Til forbedring af de fysiske egenskaber kan der også tilsættes højdispers kiselsyre eller højdispers absorberende polymerisater. Som kornformede, absorberende granulatbæ-30 rematerialer kan anvendes sådanne af den porøse type, såsom f.eks. pimpsten, teglbrud, sepiolit eller bentonit, og som ikke-absorberende bærematerialer kan eksempelvis anvendes i 12

calcit eller sand. Desuden kan der anvendes et stort antal forgranulerede materialer af uorganisk eller organisk natur, såsom især dolomit eller findelte planterester.
Som overfladeaktive forbindelser kan man alt efter arten af 5 det aktive stof, der skal formuleres, eller af kombinationer af disse aktive stoffer med andre insekticider eller akaricider anvende ikke-iogene, kation- og/eller ainionak-tive tensider med gode emulgerings-, dispergerings- og befugtningsegenskaber. Ved tensider forstås også tensid-10 blandinger.
Egnede anioniske tensider kan være såvel såkaldte vandopløselige sæber som vandopløselige syntetiske overfladeaktive forbindelser.
Som sæber kan eksempelvis anvendes alkalimetal-, j or dakali-15 metal- eller eventuelt substituerede ammoniumsalte af højere fedtsyrer (C(10-22)), som f.eks. Na- eller K-saltene af olie- eller stearinsyre, eller af naturlige fedtsyreblandinger, der eksempelvis kan udvindes fra kokosolie eller talgolie. Ved tensider forstås også fedtsyxe-20 methyl-taurin-salte samt modificerede og ikke-modificerede phospholipider.
Ofte anvendes imidlertid dog såkaldte syntetiske tensider, især fedtsulfonater, fedtsulfater, sulfonerede benzimida-zolderivater eller alkyl ary 1 sul f onater.
Fedtsulfonaterne eller fedtsulfaterne foreligger i reglen 25 som alkalimetal-, jordalkalimetal- eller eventuelt substituerede ammoniumsalte og indeholder en alkylgruppe på 8-22 C-atomer, idet alkyl også omfatter alkyldelen af acylgrup-per, f.eks. Na- eller Ca-saltet af ligninsulfonsyrer, af dodecyl svovl syreester eller af en af naturlige fedtsyrer 30 fremstillet fedtalkohol sul f atblanding. Hertil hører også 13

saltene af svovlsyreesterne og sulfonsyrerne af f edtal kohol-ethyl enoxid-addukter.
De sulfonerede benzimidazolderivater indeholder fortrinsvis to sulfonsyregrupper og en fedtsyregruppe med 8-22 C-ato-5 mer. Alkylarylsulfonater er f.eks. Na-, Ca- eller trietha-nolaminsaltene af dodecylbenzensulfonsyre, af dibutylnaph-tha lensul fonsyre eller af et naphthalensulfonsyre-formalde-hydkondensationsprodukt. Der kan endvidere også anvendes tilsvarende phosphater, såsom f.eks. salte af fosforsyrees-10 teren af et p-nonylphenol-(4-14)-ethylenoxid-addukt.
Som ikke-ioniske tensider anvendes i første række polygly-coletherderivater af aliphatiske eller cycloaliphatiske alkoholer, mættede eller umættede fedtsyrer og alkylpheno-ler, som kan indeholde 3-30 glycolethergrupper og 8-20 C-15 atomer i den (aliphatiske) carbonhydridgruppe og 6-18 C-atomer i alkylgruppen i alkylphenolerne. Andre egnede ikke-ioniske tensider er de vandopløselige, 20-250 ethylengly-co le ther gr upper og 10-100 propyl eng lycolethergrupper indeholdende polyethylenoxidaddukter med polypropylenglycol, 20 ethylendiaminopolypropylenglycol og alkylpolypropylenglycol med 1-10 C-atomer i alkylkæden. De nævnte forbindelser indeholder almindeligvis 1-5 ethylenglycolenheder pr. pro-pylenglycolenhed.
Som eksempler på ikke-ioniske tensider kan nævnes nonylphe-25 nolpolyethoxyethanoler, ricinusoliepolyglycolethere, poly-propylen-polyethylenoxid-addukter, tributylphenoxypolyetho-xyethanol, polyethylenglycol og octylphenoxypolethoxyetha-noi. Endvidere kan der anvendes fedtsyreestere af polyoxy-ethylensorbitan, såsom polyoxyethylensorbitan-trioleat.
30 De kationiske tensider er først og fremmest kvaternære ammoniumsalte, der som N-substituenter indeholder mindst bi alkylgruppe med 8-22 C-atomer, og som yderligere substitu- 14

enter indeholder lavere, eventuelt halogenerede alkyl-, benzyl- eller lavere hydroxyal kyl grupper. Saltene foreligger fortrinsvis som halogenider, methylsulfater eller et-hylsulfater, f.eks. stearyltrimethylammoniumchlorid eller 5 benzyl-di (2-chlorethyl) -ethylammoniumbromid.

De pesticide præparater indeholder i reglen 0,1-99%, især 0,1-95% aktivt stof ifølge opfindelsen eller kombinationer af disse aktive stoffer med andre insekticider eller akari-15 cider, 1-99,9% af et fast eller flydende tilsætningsstof og 0-25%, især 0,1-20% tensid. Medens der som handelsvare foretrækkes et koncentreret middel, anvender slutforbrugeren i reglen fortyndede præparater, der har væsentligt lavere koncentrationer af det aktive stof.
20 Midlerne kan også indeholde andre tilsætninger, såsom stabilisatorer, antiskummidler, viskositetsregulerende midler, bindemidler, klæbemidler samt gødningsmidler og andre aktive stoffer til opnåelse af specielle effekter.
Opfindelsen belyses nærmere ved hjælp af nedenstående ek-25 sempler.
Eksempel 1 a) Fremtilling af udgangsforbindelsen 2-cyclopropylamino- 4-amino-5-cyano-6-methylthio-pyrimidin: i) Til en opløsning af 93 g 2-cyano-3-cyanoamino-3-methyl-

15 thioacrylnitril-natriumsalt i 425 ml vand sættes langsomt dråbevis 650 ml koncentreret saltsyre under afkøling ved hjælp af isvand. Dernæst omrøres blandingen i ca. 12 timer ved stuetemperatur. Det fremkomne bundfald frafiltreres og 5 behandles med vandig natriumcarbonatopløsning. Den således dannede 2-chlor-4-amino-5-cyano-6-methylthio-pyrimidin (smp.: 268°C) omrøres i en mængde af 20 g sammen med 250 ml acétonitril til en suspension, hvortil der under kraftig omrøring dråbevis sættes 11,4 g cyclopropylamin ved tilba-10 gesvalingstemperatur. Blandingen omrøres i yderligere 12 timer og blandes dernæst med vand. Det fremkomne bundfald frafiltreres. Man får således den ønskede forbindelse med formlen m * H*N H VNH-\|
NsC~\ / £-ch3 15 med et smeltepunkt på 215-218°C (forbindelse nr. 3.1.).
ii) Til en blanding af 18,3 g 5-cyano-6-methylthiouracil og 80 ml fosforoxychlorid sættes langsomt dråbevis 20 g N,N-diethylanilin. Blandingen opvarmes dernæst i 1,5 time ved tilbagesvaling og inddampes efterfølgende. Til remanensen 20 sættes 200 ml isvand, blandingen omrøres, filtreres og den vaskes med vand. Efter tørring chromatograferes råproduktet på kisel gel (to luen/chloroform/ethyl acetat 6:3:1). 22 g af den således dannede 2,4-dichlor-5-cyano-6-methylthio-pyri-midin (smp.: 118-120°C) opløses i 200 ml acétonitril, og 25 ved i-10oC til dryppes en opløsning af 11,4 g cyclopropylamin i 40 ml acétonitril. Reaktionsblandingen omrøres ved stuetemperatur i 2 timer og hældes derpå i 2 liter isvand. Den dannede remanens frasuges. Den ifølge ovennævnte fremgangsmåde dannede 2-cyclopropylamino-4-chlor-5-cyano-6-methyl-30 thio-pyrimidin med formlen

b) Fremstilling af 2-cyclopropylamino-4,6-diamino-5-cyano-pyrimidin: 33,7 g af den ifølge a) fremstillede 2-cyclopropylamino-4-amino-5-cyano-6-methylthiopyrimidin behandles i en autokla-15 ve ved 150°C i 15-20 timer med 150 g ammoniak. Til en af 300 ml 30%'s vandig ammoniak og 100 ml acetonit-10 ril bestående blanding sættes ved stuetemperatur 26,9 g af den ifølge a) fremstillede 2-diethylamino-4-amino-5-cyano- 6-methylsulfonyl-pyrimidin. Blandingen holdes derpå ca. 12 timer i tilbagesvaling, afkøles og det dannede bundfald frafiltreres. Bundfaldet behandles med vand og frasuges.

Eksempel 3
Fremstilling af 2-diethylamino-4-amino-5-cyano-6-isobuty-20 rylamino-pyrimidint
Til en opløsning af 10,3 g 2-diethylamino-4,6-diamino-5-cyano-pyrimidin (fremstillet efter eksempel 2) i 90 ml tetrahydrofuran sættes 7 g triethylamino. Til denne opløsning sættes dråbevis ved 60°C 8,5 g isosmørsyreanhydrid.

Efter af desti liering af opløsningsmidlet og omkrystallisering af råproduktet fra ethanol fås den ønskede forbindelse med formlen JN · 15 · &=CH-N(CH3)a med et smp. på 192-195°C (forbindelse nr. 1.4).
Eksempel 5
Fremstilling af udgangsforbindelsen 2-chlor-4,6-diamino-5-cyano-pyrimidin: 20 Der dannes en suspension af 50 g finpulveriseret 2-chlor-4-amino-5-cyano-6-methylthiopyrimidin i 750 ml dioxan og 250 ml vand ved 0°C. Til denne suspension ledes under omrøring og uden afkøling en kraftig chlorstrøm. Efter ca. 20 minutter opstår en klar opløsning. Efter yderligere 30 minutter 19

Eksempel 7 32
Virkning mod Musca domestica: 50 g friskfremstillet næringssubstrat til maddiker indvejes i et bæger. En bestemt mængde af en 1 vægtprocents ace-5 toneopløsning af det pågældende aktive stof anbringes på næringssubstratet i bægeret ved hjælp af en pipette, således at der opnås en koncentration af aktivt stof på 800 ppm. Efter gennemblanding af substratet fordampes acetonen i løbet af mindst 20 timer.
10 For hvert stof og hver koncentration anbringes derefter 25 dag gamle maddiker af Musca domestica i bægeret med det således behandlede næringssubstrat. Når maddikerne har forpuppet sig, adskilles de dannede pupper fra substratet ved udvaskning med vand, hvorpå de deponeres i en lukket 15 beholder med sigtelåg. Antallet af udvaskede pupper optælles for hver blanding (toksisk indvirkning af det aktive stof på maddikernes udvikling). Derpå bestemmes antallet af fluer udklækket fra pupperne efter 10 dages forløb.
Forbindelserne med formlerne I og II ifølge eksemplerne 1 20 til 3 udviser en god virkning ved ovenstående test.
Eksempel 8
Virkning mod Lucilia sericata:
Til 9 ml dyrkningsmedium sættes ved 50°C 1 ml vandig tilberedning indeholdende 0,5 vægtprocent aktivt stof. Derpå 25 sættes ca. 30 friskudklækkede Lucilia sericata-larver til dyrkningsmediet, og efter henholdsvis 48 og 96 timers forløb bestemmes den insekticide virkning ved bestemmelse af udryddelsesraten.

Eksempel 9 5 Virkning mod Lucilia cuprina
Frisklagte æg fra spyfluen L. cuprina anbringes i små portioner (30-50 æg) i reagensglas, hvori forud 4 ml næringsmedium er blevet blandet med 1 ml af en opløsning af aktivt stof. I det til sammenligning ubehandlede medium udvikler der sig i dette tidsrum ca. 1 cm lange larver (stadium 3). Hvis et stof er aktivt, er larverne på dette tidspunkt enten døde 15 eller døende. Forsøget gennemføres med en koncentration af aktivt stof på 400 ppm. Der tages også hensyn til repel-lens, når larverne vandrer ud af mediet og sulter ihjel.
Forbindelserne med formlerne I og II ifølge eksemplerne 1 til 3 udviser ved denne test god virkning mod Lucilia 20 cuprina.
Eksempel 10
Virkning mod Aedes aegypti: På overfladen af 150 ml vand, der er anbragt i en beholder, pipetteres en så stor mængde af en 0,1 vægtprocents aceto-25 neopløsning af aktivt stof, at der opnås en koncentration på 800 ppm. Efter fordampning af acetonen anbringes 30 til 40 to dage gamle Aedes-larver i beholderen. Dødeligheden bestemmes efter 1, 2 og 5 dage.

Eksempel 11
Insekticid ædegiftvirkning 5 Ca. 25 cm høje bomuldsplanter anbragt i potter sprøjtes med vandige emulsioner af aktivt stof, som indeholder det aktive stof i koncentrationer på 100, 200 og 400 ppm.
Efter tørring af sprøjtelaget besættes bomuldsplanterne med Spodoptera littoralis-larver eller Helipthis virescenslar-10 ver på trejde larvestadium. Forsøget gennemføres ved 24°C og en relativ luftfugtighed på 60%. Efter 2 dages forløb bestemmes den procentvise dødelighed hos larverne.
Forbindelserne nr. 1.1 og 1.2 ifølge opfindelsen har en 80-100%'s virkning (mortalitet) ved 200 og 400 ppm mod Spodop-15 tera-larver. Forbindelse nr. 1.1 har ved 100 ppm og forbindelse nr. 1.2 ved 400 ppm en 80-100%'s virkning (mortalitet) mod Heliothis-larver.
Eksempel 12
Virkning mod Anthonomus grandis (voksne individer) 20 To bomuldsplanter på 6-bladstadiet i potter sprøjtes med et vandigt befugteligt emulsionspræparat indeholdende 400 ppm af forsøgsforbindelsen. Efter tørring af sprøjte laget (ca.
1,5 time) besættes hver plante med 10 voksne biller (Anthonomus grandis). Plasticcylindre, hvis øvre åbninger er 25 lukket med gaze, anbringes derpå over de behandlede planter besat med forsøgsdyr for at forhindre, at billerne vandrer bort. De således behandlede planter holdes ved en temperatur på 25°C og en relativ luftfugtighed på 60%.

Bedømmelsen foretages efter 2, 3, 4 og 5 dage på basis af den procentvise dødelighed af de anbragte forsøgsdyr (%-tal dyr, der ligger på ryggen) samt antifeedant-virkningen i forhold til ubehandlede kontroller.
5 Forbindelserne med formlerne I og il ifølge eksemplerne 1 til 3 udviser god virkning ved ovenstående forsøg.
Eksempel 13
Virkning mod blodmider: Ά) Amblyomma hebraeum 10 50 nymfer optælles i et lille glasrør og dyppes i 1 til 2 minutter i 2 ml af en vandig emulsion indeholdende 400 ppm testsubstans. Det lille rør lukkes derpå med en standard-vattot og stilles på hovedet, for at emulsionen af det aktive stof kan optages af vattet.
15 Bedømmelsen sker efter en uge. Hvert forsøg gentages 2 gange.
B) Boophilus microplus (larver)
Med en fortynde1sesrække analog med test a) gennemføres forsøg med 20 følsomme eller 0P-resistente larver. (Resi-20 stensen refererer til diazinon-forligelighed.)
Forbindelserne med formlerne I og II ifølge eksemplerne 1 til 3 udviser i denne test god virkning mod nymfer og larver af blodmiderne amblyomma hebraeum og boophilus microplus.

Eksempel 14 36 insekticid virkning: Nilaparvata lugens
Risplanter sprøjtes med en forsøgsopløsning indeholdende 400 ppm af den forbindelse, der skal undersøges. Efter 5 tørring af belægningen besættes planterne med larver fra Nilaparvata lugens (N2 eller N3-stadiet). Der anvendes to planter pr. forsøgsforbindelse og pr. test-specie. Bedømmelsen af den opnåede procentuale udryddelsesrate sker efter 6 dage. Forsøget gennemføres ved 26°C og 60% relativ 10 luftfugtighed.
Forbindelse nr. 1.1 udviser i ovennævnte test 80-100%'s virkning mod Nilaparvata lugens-nymfer.
Eksempel 15
Virkning mod jordinsekter (Diabrotica balteata) 15 5 majskimplanter på 1-3 cm samt en rund filterpapirskive dyppes i en vandig opløsning af aktivt stof indeholdende ca. 4 volumenprocent acetone. Den neddyppede filterpapir-skive lægges på bunden af et kunststofbæger (rumfang 200 ml) og derpå lægges en tør filterpapirskive samt majskim-20 planterne og 10 larver af Diabrotica balteata på 2. eller 3. larvestadium. Bægeret holdes ved ca. 24°C og 40-60% relativ luftfugtighed og dagslys. Bedømmelsen sker efter 6 dage i forhold til ubehandlede kontroller.
Forbindelse nr. 1.15 ifølge opfindelsen udviser i denne 25 test en virkning på 80-100% (mortalitet) ved 400 ppm.

Virkning mod Nephotettix cincticepts (nymfer)
Testen gennemføres på planter i vækst. Dertil plantes ca.
20 dage gamle risplanter med en højde på ca. 15 cm i potter 5 (diameter 5,5 cm).
På en drejetallerken sprøjtes planterne med 100 ml af en acetoneopløsning indeholdende 400 ppm af det aktive stof, der skal undersøges. Efter tørring af sprøjtelaget besættes hver plante med 20 pupper af testdyrene på andet eller 10 trejde stadium. For at forhindre cikader i at undslippe, sættes der en plexiglascylinder over de koloniserede planter, og den dækkes med et låg af gaze. Nymferne holdes i 5 dage på den behandlede plante, som skal vandes mindst 1 gang. Forsøget gennemføres ved en temperatur på ca. 23°C, 15 ved 55% relativ luftfugtighed og med en belysningsperiode på 16 timer.
Forbindelse nr. 1.1 ifølge opfindelsen ifølge eksempel 1 udviser i denne test en 80-100%'s virkning.
Eksempel 17 20 Insekticid ædegiftvirkning mod Plutella xylostella:
Pottede kinakål planter (pottestørrelse 10 cm i diameter) på 4. bladstadie sprøjtes med en vandig emulsion af aktivt stof, som indeholder det aktive stof i en koncentration på 3 til 400 ppm, og sprøjtevæsken tørrer på planterne.

5 Overlegenheden af forbindelse (a) i forhold til forbindelse (β) var især tydelig hos de yngste Lepidoptera-larver (Spod. LI), men også i tilfælde L3 kunne denne overlegenhed konstateres, omend i mindre målestok.
10 (b) Virkning mod Lucilia sericata 30 friskudklækkede Lucilia sericata-larver (følsomme over for organofosforforbindelser) dyrkes ved 50°C i 10 ml dyrkningsmedium, som indeholder forskellige koncentrationer aktivt stof. Den insekticide virkning måles ved 15 bestemmelse af udryddelsesraten.
Medens der kræves 0,16 ppm af forbindelse (β) til opnåelse af 100%'s udryddelse af larverne, opnår man en 100%'s udryddelse ved blot at anvende 0,07 ppm af hver af forbindelserne nr. 1.2, 1.16, 1.17, 1.18, 1.24, 1.25 20 0g 1.27.
c) Virkning mod Lucilia cuprina 30-50 æg fra spyfluen Lucilia cuprina (resistent over for organofosforforbindelser) dyrkes i 4 dage ved 30°C i 5 ml dyrkningsmedium, som indeholder det aktive stof i forskel-25 lige koncentrationer.
Medens der kræves 0,41 ppm af forbindelse (β) til 100%'s udryddelse af larverne og æggene, er det tilstrækkeligt med 0,07 ppm af forbindelsen (a) til opnåelse af 100%'s udryddelse.
