Opfindelsen angår en fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af et foliekomposit af en flad fiberstruktur og en plastfolie, ved hvilken plastfolien kommende i termoplastisk tilstand fra en ekstruderdyse forbindes med den flade fiber-5 struktur under indvirkning af et pneumatisk differenstryk, og plastfolien perforeres og afkøles ved hjælp af den gennem perforeringerne strømmende luft.
Fra GB patentskrift nr. 1 100 485 kendes en sådan fremgangsmåde, ved hvilken plastfolien ekstruderes på fiber-10 strukturen og perforeres ved hjælp af et gennem denne virkende vakuum.
Plastfoliens overfladeegenskaber er herved, navnlig ved anvendelse som dækfolie på engangsbleer, ikke tilfredsstillende, da den føles glat og kold og ikke har de behage-15 lige egenskaber som en tekstilble.
Opfindelsens formål er at påvise en fremgangsmåde, med hvilken der kan fremstilles et foliekomposit, ved hvilket den perforerede plastfolie er blød og elastisk og næsten har tekstilegenskaber.
20 Dette formål opnås ifølge opfindelsen ved, at plast folien kommende umiddelbart fra ekstruderdysen løber ud på den silignende flade på en cylinder, og den flade fiberstruktur påføres på den bort fra den silignende flade vendende side af plastfolien, og den gennem perforeringerne strømmende 25 luft også afkøler cylinderens silignende flade, idet denne flade igen afkøler den umiddelbart mod sig anliggende plastfolie yderligere.
Ved hjælp af denne hurtige afkøling opnås en blød og smidig folie, der føles behagelig på den menneskelige hud.
30 Fra US patentskrift nr. 4 351 786 kendes ganske vist en fremgangsmåde, ved hvilken en fra en ekstruder kommende plastfolie umiddelbart løber ud på en silignende flade på en cylinder og nærmere bestemt i et område, i hvilket der er anbragt et vakuumkammer. Herved drejer det sig imidlertid 35 udelukkende om en monofolie, og problemet med den hurtige afkøling ikke er nævnt dér.

Ved at fiberstrukturen er anbragt på den bort fra den silignende flade vendende side af plastfolien, bestemmes perforationen udelukkende af den silignende flade og bliver derved meget ensartet.
5 På grund af plastfoliens termoplastiske tilstand under påføringen af fiberstrukturen sammenklæbes dens overflade så stærkt med fiber strukturen, at der opnås en inderlig forbindelse. Herved er det af underordnet betydning, af hvilket materiale fibrene består. Ved et passende materiale-10 valg kan intensiteten af forbindelsen imidlertid styres. I første række sker materialevalget af fiberstrukturen imidlertid efter det tilsigtede anvendelsesformål.
Det blev herved fastslået, at fiberstrukturens tekstilkarakter på ingen måde bliver forringet, tværtimod bliver 15 dens bløde, behagelige egenskaber fuldstændig bibeholdt.
Opfindelsen skal i det følgende beskrives nærmere, idet der henvises til tegningen, på hvilken fig. 1 viser et apparat til fremstilling af et folie-komposit, 20 fig. 2 et snit gennem et foliekomposit med et tekstil væv som fiberstruktur.
I fig. 1 betegner 1 en ekstruderdyse, hvorfra en plastfolie 2 af polyethylen tilføres en silignende flade 3 på en cylinder 4. På det sted, hvor den rammes af plast-25 folien, er der i det indre af cylinderen 4 anbragt et sugekammer 5, som udøver et pneumatisk differenstryk på plastfolien. Samtidig med plastfolien løber ledet af en styrevalse 6 en fiberstruktur 7 op på den silignende flade 3. Det pneumatiske differenstryk i sugekammeret 5 suger afsnit af plast-30 folien ind i åbningerne i den silignende flade, danner derved udprægninger og perforerer folien inden i disse udprægninger. Herved suges luft gennem fiberstrukturen 7, som både presser . denne imod plastfolien og samtidig afkøler plastfolien. Styrevalsen 6 kan yderligere understøtte denne påpresning, 35 men dette er imidlertid ikke ubetinget nødvendigt for en inderlig forbindelse af de to lag. I cylinderen 4 er endvi- 3

dere anbragt to yderligere sugekamre 8 og 9, af hvilke sugekammeret 8 afsuger luft til køling af det færdige foliekom-posit 10, mens sugekammeret 9 tjener til køling af den silignende flade 3.
5 Ved den i fig. 2 viste udførelsesform er det dér gengivne foliekomposit fremstillet på den i forbindelse med fig. 1 beskrevne måde. Plastfolien 2 har sine udprægninger 11 på den bort fra fiber strukturen 7 vendende side. Hertil er der som fiberstruktur anvendt et tekstilvæv.
