Den foreliggende opfindelse angår hidtil ukendte, ectoparasiticidholdige polyurethanhalsbånd til husdyr bestående af en hydrofob polyurethan og indeholdende sprede-midler og ectoparasiticider.
5 De hidtil beskrevne og også i handlen tilgængelige, ectoparasiticidt virksomme PVC-halsbånd til små dyr består almindeligvis af termoplastisk polyvinylchlorid, hvori der ved coekstrusion er indarbejdet en ectoparasiticidt virksom forbindelse, f.eks. 0,0-dimethyldichlorvinylphosphat. Hals-10 bånd på dette grundlag fører undertiden til beskadigelser på dyrets hud. En ulempe er også den korte anvendelsestid for båndet på grund af det relativt høje damptryk af 0,0--dimethyldichlorvinylphosphat (1,2 x 10-1 mm Hg).
I US PS nr. 3.852.416 beskrives halsbånd til dyr på 15 basis af blødgjorte, termoplastiske polymere, fortrinsvis blødgjort polyvinylchlorid, som indeholder tungereflygtige carbamater som insekticidt virksomme forbindelser. Medens letflygtige virksomme forbindelser, såsom 0,0-dimethyldi-chlorvinylphosphat, fra de hidtil kendte ectoparasiticidt 20 virksomme kunststofhalsbånd hurtigt går direkte over i gasfasen, diffunderer tungereflygtige ectoparasiticider, såsom de nævnte carbamater, langsomt ud af båndet og danner et hvidt, pudderformigt lag på overfladen. En del af den virksomme forbindelse går ved sublimering over i dampfasen og 25 virker der, en anden del fordeles som pudder over det dyr, der skal behandles.
Den nævnte udskillelse eller udsondring af den virksomme forbindelse på overfladen af halsbåndet er forbundet med en række ulemper.
30 Ved længere tids opbevaring af halsbåndet inden an vendelse diffunderer en større mængde af den virksomme forbindelse til overfladen og koncentrerer sig der. Ved anvendelse er der således en meget høj dosis af ectoparasiticidet til stede på overfladen, der ganske vist sørger for en god 35 øjeblikkelig virkning, men som imidlertid kan ligge på grænsen for den for dyret toksiske mængde.

Den på overfladen tilstedeværende, virksomme forbindelse gnides hurtigt af. Det i de underste lag af båndet liggende, aktive stof efterdiffunderer imidlertid kun meget langsomt til overfladen. Frigørelsen af ectoparasiticidet 5 er altså ikke som ønsket lineært over et længst muligt tids rum.
Den på overfladen af halsbåndet tilstedeværende, pudderformige, hvidlige, virksomme forbindelse giver båndet et yderst uskønt, støvet eller skimlet udseende.
10 Frigørelsen af den virksomme forbindelse påvirkes ved 0,0-dimethyldichlorvinylphosphat og ved carbamater ved hjælp af i PVC grænse blødgøringsmidler, såsom phthalater og adipater.
Ovennævnte vanskeligheder kan undgås, når man som 15 bæremateriale for de forskellige virksomme forbindelser eller deres kombinationer anvender i vand ikke-kvældbare polyurethaner, som indeholder bestemte mængder spredende olier, i det følgende også betegnet spredemidler.
Ved spredende olier forstås sådanne olieagtige væsker, 20 der fordeler sig særligt godt på huden. De er som sådanne kendte inden for det kosmetiske område. Ifølge et forslag fra R. Reymer, Pharm. Ind. 32, 577 (1970), kan de f.eks. karakteriseres ved deres overfladespænding over for luft, som skal andrage mindre end 30 dyn/cm.
25 Opfindelsen angår i overensstemmelse hermed ectopara- siticidholdige polyurethanhalsbånd til husdyr bestående af en hydrofob, i vand ikke-kvældbar polyurethan, som, beregnet på polyurethanen, indeholder 2 til 30 vægtprocent, fortrinsvis 5 til 20 vægtprocent, af et ectoparasiticid eller en 30 ectoparasiticidkombination, og de her omhandlede polyurethanhalsbånd er ejendommelige ved, at polyurethanen, beregnet på denne, indeholder 5 til 35 vægtprocent, fortrinsvis 8 til 25 vægtprocent, af en spredende olie, som har en overfladespænding over for luft, som er mindre end 30 dyn/cm.

3 anvendt som additiver til fremstilling af kunststoffer.
Afgørende for deres anvendelighed på kunststofområdet er den nævnte overfladespænding på højst 30 dyn/cm, som er en betingelse, som ikke er opfyldt for de ovenfor omtalte blød-5 gøringsmidler, f.eks. diisocetyl-, diisostearyl- og diiso-propyladipat, som anvendes i den kendte teknik ved fremstilling af polyurethaner til anvendelse i dyrehalsbånd, jfr. f.eks. US-PS nr. 4.189.467.
Ved "hydrofob" hhv. "ikke-kvældbar" forstås ifølge 10 opfindelsen polyurethaner, som ved nedsænkning i vand på 20°C i løbet af 24 timer optager mindre end 2 vægtprocent, fortrinsvis mindre end 0,5 vægtprocent, vand ved kvældning.
Foruden en teknisk ukompliceret fremstillingsmetode har de her omhandlede halsbånd til husdyr først og fremmest 15 den fordel, at den virksomme forbindelse over et tidsrum på nogle måneder kontinuerligt og i det væsentlige lineært frigøres fra disse.
Den virksomme forbindelse diffunderer nemlig overraskende ud af halsbåndet på en sådan trindelt måde til over-20 fladen, at den derfra afgives ensartet til omgivelserne ved sublimering eller ad mekanisk vej. Der dannes ingen mærkbare udskillelser på overfladen, ved længere tids opbevaring bevares et behageligt udseende, og der opstår ikke nogen é toksicitetsproblemer. Aktivitetstidsrummet forlænges tydeligt 25 eller kan påvirkes ved hjælp af den målrettede spredemid-delanvendelse.
Den virksomme forbindelse aflejrer sig ikke i synlige krystaller på overfladen af halsbåndet, således at de her omhandlede halsbånd hverken på over- eller undersiden har et 30 støvet udseende. Til trods herfor virker halsbåndene over et tidsrum på mere end 4 måneder, hvilket illustreres nærmere i eksemplerne. In vitro-frigørelsesforsøgene viser, at den virksomme forbindelse også efter længere tids opbevaring afgives kontinuerligt fra de her omhandlede halsbånd, medens den 35 største mængde af den virksomme forbindelse allerede efter kort tid er diffunderet ud af et sammenligningsbånd på basis

Som ectoparasiticider kommer carbamater med et damptryk mellem ca. 10 ^ og 10 ^ mm Hg ved 20°C på tale. Sådanne 5 forbindelser er f.eks. beskrevet i US-PS nr. 3.852.416. Deres fremstilling er beskrevet i US-PS nr. 2.903.478 og 3.203.853.
Ifølge opfindelsen anvendes fortrinsvis 2-isopropoxy- — 6 phenyl-N-methyl-carbamat med et damptryk på 6,5 x 10 mm Hg som ectoparasiticid komponent.
10 Andre ifølge opfindelsen egnede carbamater er f.eks.
3-tolyl-N-methylcarbamat, 3,4-xylyl-N-methylcarbamat, m-(l--methylbutyl)-phenyl-N-methylcarbamat, (2-ethylthiomethvl--phenyl)-N-methylcarbamat, 4-dimethylamino-m-tolvl-N-methy1-carbamat, 2,3-dihydro-2,2-dimethylbenzfuranyl-7-N-methylcarb-15 amat, 2-dimethylcarbamoyl-3-methyl-5-pyrazolyl-dimethylcarbamat og 2-dimethylamino-5,6-dimethylpyrimidin-4-yl-dimethylcarbamat.
Som ectoparasiticider kommer desuden især syntetiske pyrethroider, f.eks. sådanne, der er beskrevet i DE-OS nr.
2.730.515, især 3-phenoxy-4-fluor-a-cyanobenzvl-2,2-dimethyl-20 -3-[2-(4-chlorphenyl)-2-chlorvinyl]-cyclopropancarboxylat og dens isomere, på tale.
Ectoparasiticiderne kan anvendes enkeltvis eller i kombinationer. Indholdet af ectoparasiticider andrager 2 til 30 vægtprocent, fortrinsvis 5 til 20 vægtprocent, beregnet på 25 polyurethanen.
Polyurethanerne, der ifølge opfindelsen tjener som bæremateriale, fremstilles på i og for sig kendt måde ved omsætning af polyisocyanater med højeremolekylære forbindelser, som indeholder mindst to grupper, der er reaktions-30 dygtige over for isocyanater, såvel som eventuelt lavere- molekylære kædeforlængelsesmidler og/eller monofunktionelle kædeafbrydere.
Som udgangskomponenter til fremstilling af polyurethanerne koraner aliphatiske, cycloaliphatiske, araliphatiske, 35 aromatiske og heterocycliske polyisocyanater på tale, som de f.eks. er beskrevet af W. Siefken in Liebig's Annalen der

Det er også muligt at anvende de ved den tekniske iso-cyanatfremstilling dannede isocyanatgruppeholdige destillationsremanenser, eventuelt opløst i et eller flere af ovennævnte polyisocyanater. Desuden er det muligt at anvende 10 vilkårlige blandinger af ovennævnte polyisocyanater.
Foretrukne polyisocyanater er almindeligvis toluylen-diisocyanaterne og diphenylmethandiisocyanaterne.
Udgangskomponenter for fremstillingen af polyurethanerne er desuden forbindelser med mindst to over for isocyanater re-15 aktionsdygtige hydrogenatomer med en molekylvægt i reglen på 400 til 10.000. Herunder forstår man foruden aminogrupper thiol-gruppe- eller carboxylgruppeholdige forbindelser, fortrinsvis polyhydroxylforbindelser, især forbindelser indeholdende to til otte hydroxylgrupper, specielt sådanne med en molekylvægt 90 på 800 til 10.000, fortrinsvis 1000 til 6000, f.eks. polyestere, polyethere, polythioethere, polyacetaler, polycarbonater og polyesteramider indeholdende mindst 2, i reglen 2 til 8, fortrinsvis 2 til 4 hydroxylgrupper, således som de er kendte ved fremstillingen af homogene og celleformige polyurethaner.
25 De hydroxylgruppeholdige polyestere, der kommer på tale, er f.eks. omsætningsprodukter af polyvalente, fortrinsvis divalente og eventuelt også trivalente alkoholer med polyvalente, fortrinsvis divalente, carboxylsyrer. I stedet for de frie polycarboxylsyrer kan man også anvende de tilsvarende 30 polycarboxylsyreanhydrider eller de tilsvarende polycarbo- xylsyreestere af lavere alkoholer eller deres blandinger til fremstilling af polyesterne. Også de ifølge opfindelsen på tale kommende mindst to, i reglen to til otte, fortrinsvis to til tre, hydroxvlgrupper inde-25 holtendé· polyethere er sådanne af i og for sig kendt slags og fremstilles ved polymerisation af epoxider, såsom ethylenoxid, propylenoxid, butylenoxid, tetrahydrofuran, styrenoxid eller epichlorhydrin med sig selv, f.eks. i nærværelse af BF^, eller ved tillejring af disse epoxider, eventuelt i blanding eller 30 efter hinanden, til udgangskomponenter med reaktionsdygtige hydrogenatomer, såsom vand, alkoholer, ammoniak eller aminer, f.eks. ethylenglycol, propylenglycol-(1,3) eller -(1,2), trimethylolpropan, 4,4'-dihydroxy-diphenylpropan, anilin, ethanolamin eller ethylendiamin. Også ved vinylpolymerisater- modificerede polyethere, som de f.eks. opstår ved polymerisation af styren 5 og acrylonitril i nærværelse af polyethere (US-PS nr. 3.383.351, 3.304.273, 3.523.093, 3.110.695, DE-PS nr. 1.152.536), er egnede, ligeledes OH-gruppeholdige polybutandiener.
Blandt polythioethrene. skal især anføres kondensationsprodukterne af thiodiglycol med sig selv og/eller med andre 10 glycoler, dicarboxylsyrer, foraldehyd, aminocarboxylsyrer eller aminoalkoholer. Alt efter - cokomponenterne drejer det sig ved produkterne om polythioblandingsethere, polythioetherestere eller polythioetheresteramider.
Som polyacetaler kommer f.eks. de fra glycoler, såsom 15 diethylenglycol, triethylenglycol, 4,4'-dioxethoxydiphenyl- dimethylmethan, hexandiol og formaldehyd, fremstillelige forbindelser på tale. De her omhandlede egnede polyacetaler kan også fremstilles ved polymerisation af cycliske acetaler.
Som hydroxylgruppeholdige polycarbonater kommer 20 sådanne i og for sig kendte på tale, som f.eks. kan fremstilles ved omsætning af dioler, såsom propandiol-(1,3), butandiol--(1,4) og/eller hexandiol-(1,6), diethylenglycol, triethylenglycol eller tetraethylenglycol, med diarylcarbonater, f.eks. diphenylcarbonat,eller phosgen.
25 Til polyesteramiderne og polyamiderne tæller f.eks.
de ud fra polyvalente mættede og umættede carboxylsyrer eller deres anhydrider og polyvalente mættede og umættede aminoalkoholer, diaminer, polyaminer og deres blandinger udvundne overvejende lineære kondensater.

10 Ifølge opfindelsen kan man imidlertid også anvende polyhydroxylforbindelser, hvori højmolekylære polyaddukter eller polykondensater er indeholdt i findispergeret eller opløst form. Sådanne modificerede polyhydroxylforbindelser opnås, når man lader polyadditionsreaktioner (f.eks. omsætninger mellem 15 polyisocyanater og aminofunktionelle forbindelser) eller polykondensationsreaktioner (f.eks. mellem formaldehyd og phenoler og/eller aminer) direkte forløbe in situ i de-ovenfor nævnt hydroxyIgruppeholdige forbindelser. Sådanne fremgangsmåder er f.eks. beskrevet i DE-AS nr. 1.168.075 og 1.260.142, såvel som 20 DE-OS nr. 2.324.134, 2.423.984, 2.512.385, 2.513.815, 2.550.796, 2.550.797, 2.550.833 og 2.550.862. Det er imidlertid også muligt ifølge US-PS nr. 3.869.413 og DE-OS 2.550.860 at blande en færdig vandig polymerdispersion med en polyhydroxylforbindel-se og derpå at fjerne vandet fra blandingen.
25 Ved anvendelsen af modificerede polyhydroxylforbindel ser af ovennævnte type som udgangskomponent i polyisocyanat--polyadditionsfremgangsmåden opstår der i mange tilfælde polyurethankunststoffer med væsentligt forbedrede, mekaniske egenskaber.
30 Ved valget af den til fremstilling af polyurethanen anvendte højeremolekylære polyolkomponent skal det tages i betragtning, at den færdige polyurethan skal være ikke-kvæld-bar i vand. Anvendelsen af større mængder polyhydroxylforbindelser med ethylenoxidenheder (polyethylenglycolpolyethere 35 eller polyestere med diethylen- eller triethylenglycol som diolkomponent) skal derfor undgås.

Der anvendes fortrinsvis hydrofobe polyestere/ især sådanne på basis af adipinsyre og ethylenglycol og/eller butandiol og/eller neopentylglycol og/eller hexandiol, polycarbonatdioler og polyetherpolyoler på basis af propvlen-5 oxid eller tetrahydrofuran. Til hydrofobering af poly- urethanen er det også i mange tilfælde hensigtsmæssigt (især når større mængder mineralske fyldstoffer indarbejdes i polyurethanen) at medanvende ricinusolie som polyolkomponent. Ved fremstillingenv.af polyurethanerne medanvendes ofte 10 katalysatorer. Som katalysatorer, der skal medanvendes, kommer sådanne på tale, som er kendte inden for området, f.eks. tertiære aminer, såsom triethylamin, tributylamin, N-methyl-morpholin, N-ethyl-morpholin, N-cocoirtorpholin, Ν,Ν,Ν',Ν- -tetramethyl-ethylendiamin, 1,4-diaza-bicvclo-(2,2,2)-octan, 15 N-methyl-N'-dimethylaminoethyl-piperazin, Ν,Ν-dimethylbenzyl-amin, bis-(N,N-diethylaminoethyl)-adipat, N,N-diethylbenzyl-amin, pentamethyldiethylentriamin, Ν,Ν-dimethylcyclohexylamin, Ν,Ν,Ν' ,N-tetramethyl-l,3-butandiamin, N,N-dimethyl-f3-phenvl-ethylamin, 1,2-dimethylimidazol, 2-methylimidazol. Som kata- 20 lysatorer kommer også i og for sig kendte Ilannichbaser af sekundære aminer, såsom dimethylamin, og aldehyder, fortrinsvis formaldehyd eller ketoner, såsom acetone, methylethvlketon eller cyclohexanon; og phenoler, såsom phenol, nonylphenol eller bisphenol på tale.

Som katalysatorer kommer desuden silaaminer med carbon--silicium-bindinger, som f.eks. beskrevet i DE-PS nr. 1.229.290 (svarende til US-PS nr. 3.620.984) på tale, f.eks. 2,2,4--trimethyl-2-silamorpholin og 1,3-diethylaminomethyl-tetrame-thyldisiloxan.

Som katalysatorer kommer også nitrogenholdige baser, såsom tetraalkylammoniumhydroxider, desuden alkalimetalhydro-xider, såsom natriumhydroxid, alkalimetalphenolater, såsom natriumphenolat, eller alkalimetalalkoholater, såsom natrium-5 methylat, på tale. Også hexahydrotriaziner kan anvendes som katalysatorer.
Desuden kan man også anvende organiske metalforbindelser, især organiske tinforbindelser, som katalysatorer.
Som organiske tinforbindelser kommer fortrinsvis 10 tin(II)-salte af carboxylsyrer, såsom tin(II)-acetat, tin(II)- -octoat, tin(II)-ethylhexoat og tin(II)-laurat, og tin(IV)--forbindelser, f.eks. dibutyltinoxid, dibutyltindichlorid, dibutyltindiacetat, dibutyltindilaurat, dibutyltinmaleat eller dioctyltindiacetat, på tale. Naturligvis kan alle ovennævnte 15 katalysatorer anvendes som blandinger.

Fedtalkoholer, såsom isotridecylalkohol, 2-octyldo-decanol, cetylstearyl-alkohol, oleylalkohol; fedtsyrer, såsom oliesyre, stearinsyre. Særligt godt egnede spredende olier er isopropyImyristat, isopropylstearat, isopropylpal-10 mitat, laurinsyrehexylester, oliesyredecylester, dibutyl- stearat, dibutylsebacat, paraffinolie, ethylhexylpalraitat/-stearat samt isotridecylstearat og isopropylmyristat-isopro-pylpalmitat-isopropylstearat-blanding.
Indholdet af spredemidler andrager 5 til 35 vægtprocent, 15 fortrinsvis 8 til 25 vægtprocent, beregnet på polyurethanen.
Som i de her omhandlede halsbånd eventuelt indeholdte fyld- og tilsætningsstoffer skal forstås de inden for poly-urethankemien i og for sig kendte stoffer, f.eks. fyldstoffer og korte fibre på uorganisk eller organisk basis, farvende 20 midler, såsom farvestoffer og farvepigmenter, vandbindende midler, overfladeaktive faste substanser eller pH-stabiliserende midler.
Som uorganiske fyldstoffer skal f.eks. nævnes tungspat, titandioxid, kvartsand, kaolin, kønrøg og mikroglaskugler. 25 Af de organiske fyldstoffer kan man f.eks. anvende pulvere på basis af polystyren eller polyvinylchlorid.
Som korte fibre kommer f.eks. glasfibre med en længde på 0,1 til 1 mm eller fibre af organisk oprindelse, f.eks. polyestere eller polyamidfibre, på tale. For at give de her 30 omhandlede halsbånd den ønskede farvning kan de til indfarvning af polyurethaner i og for sig kendte farvestoffer eller farvepigmenter på organisk eller uorganisk basis anvendes, f.eks. jernoxid- eller chromoxidpigmenter, pigmenter på phthalocya-nin- eller monoazo-basis. Det foretrukne vandbindende middel 35 er zeoliter. Som faste overfladeaktive substanser skal f.eks. nævnes cellulosepulvere, aktivt kul, kiselsyrepræparater og chrysotil-asbest.

Til stabilisering af ectoparasiticiderne over for en for hurtig nedbrydning kan man også anvende pH-regulerende stoffer, f.eks. stearinsyre eller puffersystemer på basis af uorganiske phosphorsyresalte.
5 Fremstillingen af de her omhandlede ectoparasiticidholdige halsbånd kan ske ved de inden for -polyurethan-kemien kendte fremgangsmåder, hvor man kan opnå de her omhandlede halsbånd ved termoplastiske forarbejdningsmetoder eller ved reaktivmetoder.
10 Termoplastiske polyurethaner, som de opstår ved om sætning af diisocyanater med højeremolekylære dihydroxyfor-bindelser og lavmolekylære glycoler som kædeforlængelsesmidler ved et NCO/OH-forhold mellem ca. 0,97 og 1,05, er f.eks. beskrevet i GB-PS nr. 1.210.737, 1.270.836, 1.075.274, 15 1.110.118, 1.025.970, 1.057.018, 1.087.743 og 849.136, DE-PS nr. 1.189.268, 1.103.024, 1.106.958 og 1.106.959 såvel som DE-OS nr. 2.323.093 og 2.418.075.
Man kan sætte den parasiticidt virksomme forbindelse til disse termoplastiske polyurethaner, som f.eks. foreligger 20 i granuleret form, sammen med spredemidlerne i egnede blan-deapparater, f.eks. i tromler eller i en ekstruder. Det er imidlertid også muligt at tilsætte den virksomme forbindelse og spredemidlet direkte ved fremstillingen af polyurethanen, eventuelt i blanding med en af udgangskomponenterne, f.eks.
25 ved en fremgangsmåde ifølge DE-OS 2.302.564 (der svarer til US-PS nr. 3.963.679), idet polyisocyanater og polvhydroxyl-forbindelser kontinuerligt omsættes med hinanden i en snekkemaskine med to aksler. I denne forbindøisg skal det iagttages, at reaktionstemperaturen ikke overstiger sønderdelingstem-30 peraturen for den som ectoparasiticid anvendte virksomme forbindelse.
Af de inden for polyurethankemien kendte og ifølge opfindelsen mulige fremstillingsmetoder under anvendelse af reaktionsdygtige blandinger, f.eks. støbe-, sprøjte- elller reak-35 tionssprøjtestøbefremgangsmåden, er støbefremgangsmåden den ifølge opfindelsen foretrukne fremgangsmåde. ectoparasiticidholdige halsbånd fremstilles på kendt måde både ifølge ettrins- og ifølge præpolymer- eller semipræpolymer--fremgangsmåden.
Af fremgangsmådevarianterne ved støbefremgangsmåden 5 er ettrinsfremgangsmåden særligt foretrukken ifølge opfindelsen.
I dette tilfælde blander man højeremolekylære polyoler, en ectoparasiticidtvirksom forbindelse, spredemiddel, eventuelt tværbindingsmiddel såvel som fyld- og tilsætningsstoffer og til slut katalysatoren og iblander endelig isocyanatkompo-10 nenten.
De her omhandlede halsbånd kan ifølge støbefremgangsmåden produceres kontinuerligt eller diskontinuerligt. Ved den kontinuerlige fremgangsmåde hældes den ectoparasiticidholdige reaktionsblanding på et fremadbevægende bånd og ud-15 jævnes eventuelt med skraber. Man opnår et endeløst bånd, som man derpå kan opdele i enkelte strimler svarende til afmålingerne af de ønskede halsbånd. Når man vil fremstille halsbåndene diskontinuerligt, hælder man reaktionsblandingen i åbne eller lukkede forme af egnede størrelser og lader den 20 s tørkne.
Reaktionsbetingelserne kan også varieres på den måde, at man enten opnår kompakte eller opskummede polyurethaner.
Hvis luft f.eks. slås ind i den reaktionsdygtige blanding, opnår man skumstoffer.
25 Ved arbejdsmåderne ifølge støbefremgangsmåden kan frem- transpotten, doseringen og blandingen af enkeltkomponenterne eller komponentblandinger ske med de for en fagmand kendte apparater.
Ifølge opfindelsen kan de ectoparasiticidt· virksomme 30 forbindelser også sættes :til de spredemiddelholdige, opløsningsmiddelfrie reaktivsystemer, der består af en højeremolekylær polyisocyanatkomponent og en polyaminkomponent, som f.eks. beskrevet i DE-OS nr. 2.448.133.
Naturligvis er det ifølge opfindelsen også muligt 35 at sætte den virksomme forbindelse til opløsningen af en poly-urethan eller et polyurethanurinstof og derpå fordampe opløs- 16

ningsmidlet. Også i dette tilfælde skal man undgå højere temperaturer, således at der ikke indtræder nogen sønderdeling af den virksomme forbindelse. Man anvender derfor hensigtsmæssigt opløsninger af polyisocyanat-polyadditionsprodukter 5 i svagt polære, let-flygtige opløsningsmidler eller opløsningsmiddelblandinger. Sådanne såkaldte "Soft-Solvent"-sy-stemer er f.eks. beskrevet -i US-PS nr. 2.957.852, GB-PS nr. 1.040.055, DE-PS nr. 643.811, DE-OS nr. 1.694.277 (der svarer til US-PS nr. 3.734.894), US-PS nr. 3.609.112, 3.752.786 10 og 3.936.409 såvel som DE-OS nr. 2.221.750 (svarende til US-PS nr. 3.912.680), 2.221.751 (svarende til US-PS nr. 3.867.350) og 2.221.798 (svarende til US-PS nr. 3.857.809).
Også polære opløsningsmiddelsystemer (f.eks. med dimethylformamid eller N-methylpyrrolidon) er anvendelige, når opvarm-15 ningstemperaturen holdes tilstrækkelig lav.
Ifølge opfindelsen er det muligt at fremstille halsbåndene på ren polyurethanbasis, f.eks. ved sprøjtestøbning af et af de nævnte termoplastmaterialer eller ifølge støbefremgangsmåden ved at lade et reaktivt tokomponentsystem 20 udreagere i en hensigtsmæssig form. I mange tilfælde er det imidlertid ønskeligt at imprægnere og/eller at overtrække et egnet bæremateriale med en af . ovennævnte termoplastiske polyurethaner, der indeholder den virksomme forbindelse, med reaktivsystemer eller i let-fordampelige opløsningsmidler op-25 løste enkomponent-polyurethaner. Som bæremateriale kommer de mest forskelligartede materialer på basis af naturlige og/eller syntetiske råstoffer på tale, såsomskind,, væv, strikvarer, vævede varer, måtterf opskummede eller kompakte kunststoffolier, naturlæder eller kunstlæder. Almindeligvis bæres dette 30 bæremateriale ved halsbånd til dyr udvendigt, indvendigt er overtrækket med den ectoparasiticidholdige polyurethan. På denne måde er det muligt at give halsbåndet til dyr et hvilket som helst ønsket udseende.
De her omhandlede halsbånd til dyr anvendes til hus-35 dyr, især til hunde og katte. De her omhandlede halsbånd kan med godt resultat anvendes over for talrige skadelige 17

animalske ectoparasitier hørende til klassen arachnider og til klassen af insekter, som parasiterer på hunde og katte.
De følgende eksempler illustrerer den foreliggende opfindelse. Ved de i eksemplerne angivne dele drejer det sig 5 om vægtdele, medmindre andet er angivet.
I de efterfølgende eksempler anvendes følgende ec-toparasiticidt virksomme forbindelser:
Virksom forbindelse 1 = 2-Isopropoxyphenvl-N-methylcarbamat 10 ("Propoxur”)
Virksom forbindelse 2 = 3-Phenoxv-4-fluor-a-cyano-benzyl-2,2- -dimethyl-3-[2-(4-chlorphenyl)-2--chlorvinyl]-cyclopropancarboxylat.

Ved støbefremgangsmåden fremstilles halsbåndene 10 ifølge eksempel 1 til 5 kontinuerligt ved hjælp af et transportbåndsanlæg. Polyether, virksom forbindelse og kombinationen af virksom forbindelse, farvepasta, zeolith-pasta, spredemiddel og butandiol-1,4 blandes sammen i en opvarmelig beholder og opvarmes til 60°C. Derefter iblandes katalysatoren (dibutyltindilaurat).
15 Den resulterende blanding er komponent A, som blandes sammen med komponent B ved hjælp af et blandéaggregat. Blandehovedet er fæstnet til et fremad- og tilbagegående changerapparat. Reaktionsblandingen flyder kontinuerligt ffa-.blandehovedet ud på kunstlæderet (f.eks. overtræk) 20 eller ud på et kunststoftransportbånd. Reaktionsblandingen begynder at reagere 30 sekunder efter, at den har forladt blandehovedet, ‘ og er størknet efter ca. 60 sekunder.
Temperaturen i polyurethanmaterialet stiger i løbet af 2 minutter til ca. 90°C til en varighed af ét minut.
25 Derpå glider båndvaren gennem en kølezone. Produktet er blevet så-fast, at det kan ledes over et system af langsomt omløbende kiledrivremme til skæreapparatet.
Ud fra de i eksempel 6 til 8 anførte kombinationer af polyurethankomponenter, spredemidler og virksomme forbindelser 30 støbes polyurethanmasser ifølge præpolymerfremgangsmåden (over isocyanatpræpolymere) og granuleres derpå. Granulaterne forarbejdes ifølge sprøjtestøbefremgangsmåden til halsbånd.

Eksempel 8 25 dele af en polypropylenglycolether (molvægt 2000) 25 dele af en polyester af butandiol-1,4 og 20 adipinsyre (molvægt 2000) 4.5 dele butandiol-1,4 og 4,4'-diphenylmethandiisocyanat, i en mængde, der svarer til et NCO/OH-forhold på 1,03 10 dele virksom forbindelse 1 5 dele virksom forbindelse 2 og 25 16 dele isopropylmyristat.
Eksempel 9 20 g virksom forbindelse 1 opløses i 50 g methylethyl- keton ved stuetemperatur under lejlighedsvis omrøring. Derpå 30 tilsættes 25 g N-methylpyrrolidon og 15 dele isopropylmyrisat, og i den således opnåede blanding opløses 25 g af en granuleret termoplastisk polyurethan.
Opløsningen støbes til en film med en tykkelse på 1 mm, og opløsningsmidlet fjernes i et tørreskab ved 100 til 150°C 35 i løbet af 60 minutter. Der opstår en homogen, transparent film, hvorfra den virksomme forbindelse ikke udskiller sig selv ved længere tids opbevaring.

In-vitro-frigørelsen (frigørelse af virksom forbindelse) af virksom forbindelse 1 af de fra eksempel 1 og 2 fremstillede her omhandlede polyurethan-systemer sammenlignes på følgende måde med et Propoxurholdigt, konventionelt PVC-halsbånd.
^ In-vitro-frigørelsen af den virksomme forbindelse 1 bestemmes over nogle uger ved standardiseret og skånende gnidning med skindvalser, som tillader en differentieret bedømmelse af forskellige systemer.
Disse forsøg svarer til forestillingen om en mekanisk afgnidning af den virksomme forbindelse på dyret.
På ordinaten i figur 1 er afgivelsen af den virksomme forbindelse angivet i mg og på abscissen tiden i dage.

Claims (5)
1. Ectoparasiticidholdige polyurethanhalsbånd til husdyr bestående af en hydrofob, i vand ikke-kvældbar poly-urethan, som, beregnet på polyurethanen, indeholder 2 til 5 30 vægtprocent af et ectoparasiticid eller en ectoparasiti- cidkombination, kendetegnet ved, at polyurethanen, beregnet på denne, indeholder 5-35 vægtprocent af en spredende olie, som har en overfladespænding over for luft, som er mindre end 30 dyn/cm.
2. Ectoparasiticidholdige halsbånd til husdyr ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at de indeholder 2 til 30 vægtprocent af et insekticidt virksomt carbamat eller et insekticidt virksomt syntetisk pyrethroid eller 2 til 30 vægtprocent af disse virksomme forbindelser i blandinger.
3. Ectoparasiticidholdige halsbånd til husdyr ifølge krav 2, kendetegnet ved, at de indeholder 5 til 30 vægtprocent af en siliconolie eller en fedtsyreester eller en fedtalkohol eller en fedtsyre eller 5 til 30 vægtprocent af en blanding af en eller flere af disse spredende 20 olier.
4. Ectoparasiticidholdige halsbånd til husdyr ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at polyurethanen er fremstillet ved en støbemetode og ved 24 timers opbevaring i vand ved 20*C optager mindre end 2 vægtprocent vand ved 25 kvældning.
