U3357
Opfindelsen angår en fremgangsmåde til ved tagdækning at forbinde to mod hinanden stødende skumformstofplader med en materialestrimmel, der overdækker pladernes sammenstødningsfuge, og som er fastgjort til pladernes oversider.
5 F.eks. ved byggearbejder er det nødvendigt at forbinde skumstof plader med hinanden, hvor disse f.eks. skal indgå i tagbeklædningen.
En bygningsteknisk set god tagbeklædning for flade tage består af flere lag af forskellige materialer, som hver 10 skal løse en bestemt opgave. Et materiale, som egner sig godt til anvendelse i nogle af disse lag, er skumstofplader, f.eks. af blødt PVC, polystyren, polyurethan eller delvis tværbundet polyethylen. For at det på byggepladsen skal være muligt at forbinde sådanne skumstofbaner i hovedsagen fejl-15 frit, kræves der lethåndterllgt udstyr og enkle fremgangsmåder.
Fra tysk fremlæggelsesskrift nr. 1.958.989 kendes en fremgangsmåde, hvor man over to sammenstødende termoplastiske plader kan lægge en strimmel af et lignende termoplastisk 20 materiale, idet man blæser varmluft ind mellem pladernes oversider og strimmelen.
Dette skrift angår imidlertid ikke sammenstødende skumformstofplader, og der er ikke tænkt på ved påsvejsning af strimmelen at få denne trykket ned i flugt med plader-25 nes oversider.
Det er opfindelsens formål at anvise en fremgangsmåde til samling af stødfuger, som er enkel og derfor mulig at udføre med lethåndterligt udstyr.
Dette opnås ved en fremgangsmåde af den indledningsvis 30 nævnte art,somer ejendommelig ved, at der som materiale-strimmel anvendes et metalfoliebånd, der, umiddelbart før det aflægges over fugen, er opvarmet til en temperatur over skumformstoffets blødgørings- eller smeltetemperatur, og 2 143357 som umiddelbart efter aflægningen med et ringe tryk presses ned i skumformstofpladernes overflade, så dets overflade flugter dermed.
Ved ifølge opfindelsen at trykke et opvarmet metalbånd med 5 ringe tryk imod de ved stødfugen sammenstødende skumstofba-ner eller -plader opnås en varmeoverføring til skumstoffet, og ved den herved fremkomne smeltning af skumstoffets overfladeområde bliver metalbåndet uløseligt forbundet med skumstoffet i området ved stødfugen. Samtidig sker der også 10 en delvis indbyrdes sammenbinding mellem skumstofbanernes kanter.
Som metalfoliebånd kan der ifølge opfindelsen anvendes et aluminiumfoliebånd. Forsøg har vist, at aluminiumfolie har en til det pågældende formål passende elasticitet, og der 15 opnås derfor særlig gode resultater med en sådan folie.
Opfindelsen skal i det følgende forklares nærmere under henvisning til det på tegningen viste udførelseseksempel.
Ved stødfugen 3 er skumstofbanerne eller -pladerne 1 og 2 forbundet med hinanden ved hjælp af et metalbånd 4, som 20 dækker stødfugen. Apparatet til dannelse af denne forbindelse udgøres af et håndredskab med et håndtag 12. I det dobbeltsidige T-formede stel 10,11,13 er der ved knudepunktet 14 anbragt og fastgjort et styr 11, f.eks. en sekskantet bøsning. Ved stellet 10's endepunkter er dreje-25 ligt lejret en forrådsspole 5 med et metalbånd 4, en støtterulle 9 og - vinkelret herpå på T-benet 13 - en tilpres-ningsrulle 6. Desuden er der mellem T-benene 13 oven for tilpresningsrullen 6 anbragt en lederulle 8 med henblik på at holde tilførselsvinkelen til skumstofoverfladen kon-30 stant. Støtterullen 9 tjener til at støtte apparatet. I
styret 11 er en varmekilde 7, f.eks. en varmluftdyse, fastgjort. Varmekilden påvirker metalbåndet 4 på det sted, hvor det løber ind under tilpresningsrullen 6. Energitilførselen 15 sker gennem det indre af håndtaget 12.
