Claims (11)
1. Forisoleret rør til f.eks. fjernvarme, fjernkøling etc., hvor røret omfatter et rør, der transporterer medium, hvor et isoleringsmateriale omgiver mindst en del af længden af det medium-transporterende rør, og et kapperør i det mindste delvist omgiver isoleringsmaterialet, hvor det forisolerede rør omfatter et lag af polymermateriale, der i det mindste delvist omgiver isoleringsmaterialet, hvor laget af polymermateriale omfatter mindst et lag af et materiale eller en kombination af materialer, som ergennemtrængelige over for vand eller vanddamp og har væsentligt bedre egenskaber end PE (polyethylen) med henblik på modstand mod diffusion af oxygen og kuldioxid, kendetegnet ved, at materialet eller kombinationen af materialer omfatter mindst materialet EVOH (ethy-lenvinylalkohol).
2. Forisoleret rør ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at laget af polymermateriale yderligere omfatter OPA (orienteret polyamid), PETP (polyethylenterephtalat), PE (polyethylen) eller en kombination deraf.
3. Forisoleret rør ifølge et af kravene 1 - 2, kendetegnet ved, at polymermaterialet er et laminat omfattende to eller flere lag, hvor lagene omfatter mindst et lag af OPA, PETP, PE eller en kombination deraf, omfattende en af kombinationerne PETP-EVOH/PE og OPA/PA-EVOH-PA/PE.
4. Forisoleret rør ifølge et af kravene 1 - 3, kendetegnet ved, at laget af polymermateriale foreligger i form af en film med en tykkelse på under 1 mm og fortrinsvis under 0,1 mm.
5. Forisoleret rør ifølge krav 4, kendetegnet ved, at filmen er anbragt mellem isoleringsmaterialet og kapperøret.
6. Forisoleret rør ifølge krav 5, kendetegnet ved, at filmen er påført på den udvendige overflade af isoleringsmaterialet og/eller den indvendige overflade af kapperøret.
7. Forisoleret rør ifølge et af kravene 4 - 6, kendetegnet ved, at filmen omfatter et lag af PE på mindst en side til at klæbe filmen fast til isoleringsmaterialet og/eller til kapperøret.
8. Forisoleret rør ifølge et af kravene 1 - 2, kendetegnet ved, at det medium-transporterende rør er fremstillet af PP (polypropylen), PB (polybutylen), tværbundet PP eller PE (PEX) eller, PE, ABS (acrylonitrilbutadienstyren).
9. Forisoleret rør ifølge et af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at kapperøret er fremstillet af PE eller co-polymerisater af ethylen og butylacrylat (EBA) eller et hvilket som helst andet polymermateriale, som er gennemtrængeligt over for vand eller vanddamp.
10. Forisoleret rør ifølge et af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at isoleringsmaterialet omfatter et opskummet polymermateriale, såsom polyurethan (PUR) eller en hvilken som helst polyurethansammensætning.
11. Anvendelse af et forisoleret rør ifølge et af de foregående krav 1-10, hvor røret er integreret i et system, der tilvejebringer fjernvarme eller fjernkøling.
