PtJx zahlreiche Zwecke z.B. technischer und gewerblicher Art werden Öle and Fette benötigt, die mit lasser emulgierbar sind. Gemäss vorliegender Erfindung werden fette oder öle, ζ.B.Mineralöl mit den freien Kondeneationsprodnkten aus höheren Fettsäuren und Eiweißspaltprodukten, beispielsweise zugänglich aus Fettsäur echlorlden und alkalisch abgebauten ELweißlösungen —im folgenden kurz EEK-Produkte genannt-, gemischt. Uabei werden ausgewählte Sorten der freien PSK-Produkte unter deren weitgehender Reinigung oder Anreicherung zum Einsatz verwendet, welche in den zu emulgierenden Ölen und Fetten löslich sind. Die so erhaltenen Erzeugnisse sind ohne weiteres Biit Wasser emulgierbar. Es hat sich gezeigt, dass nicht alle PBK-Produkte hierfür geeignet sind» Es sind noch nicht alle PBE-Produkte auf Ihre Eignung durchgeprüft, doch 1st es unschwer, durch Versuchswelse Auswahl anhand der Angaben der vorliegenden Erfindung durch weitere versuchsweise Auswahl jeweils die geeigneten Körper zu ermitteln. Als ungeeignet sind, wie gefunden wurde, beispielsweise zwecks Herstellung eines emulgierbaren Paraffinöles diejenigen JFEK-Produkte, die aus Sonnenblumenöl als Ausgangsstoff hergestellt sind. Dagegen haben sich J^tIK-Produkte, die auf der Basis von Ehochenfett und Knocheneiweiss, sowie Hauteiweisa hergestellt wurden, als geeignet für diesen Zweck im Sinne dieser Erfindung erwiesen. Wie wesentlich diese Auswahl 1st, geht daraus hervor, dass ein verhültnismösslg kleiner Zusatz von ungeeigneten PBK-Produkten oder Verunreinigungen durch solche, z.B. durch Komponenten gewieser SonnenbluaenölBäuren, das JBtoulgierungsvermogen eines gemäss Erfindung hergestellten ErzeugaiaeeB zunichte machen oder erheblich stören kann.
