Diese Vorrichtung besteht aus einer Welle b, einem damit fest verbundenen Hebel a, einem Hebel c, Fig. 3, welcher ebenfalls auf Welle b sitzt; ferner einer Klinke d am Hebel c; einem Cylinder g, Fig. 1 und 2, welcher dicht unter dem Verschlufs durch einen Kanal h, Fig. 1, mit der Druckluft in Verbindung steht, einem Kolben i im Cylinder g\ ferner aus einem Führungsring k, Fig. 2, für Hebel α und Welle b; einem konischen Ring e, Fig. 2, und einer Nuth / in der Kolbenstange.This device consists of a shaft b, a lever a firmly connected to it, a lever c, FIG. 3, which is also seated on shaft b; also a pawl d on the lever c; a cylinder g, FIGS. 1 and 2, which is connected to the compressed air just below the closure through a channel h, FIG. 1, a piston i in the cylinder g \ furthermore consists of a guide ring k, FIG. 2, for levers α and wave b; a conical ring e, Fig. 2, and a Nuth / in the piston rod.
Der Apparat wirkt auf folgende Weise:
Ist ein Vorschieben der Maschine erforderlich, so wird der Ring e, Fig. 2, an den
Hebel α stofsen, diesen zurückdrücken und die Welle b drehen. Hebel c, Fig. 3, überträgt diese
Bewegung auf die Klinke d, welche dann eine Drehung der Vorschubmutter auf der Leitspindel
bewirkt und dadurch die Maschine vorschiebt. Die Vorschubregulirung wird durch den konischen
Ring e derart bewirkt, dafs, je nachdem derselbe weniger oder mehr unter den Hebel a
drückt, die Maschine weniger oder mehr vorgeschoben wird. Für den Fall eines Bohrerbruches
oder Einfahrens in hohles Gestein wird der Ring e ganz unter Hebel α weggleiten und
dieser durch die Nuth / im Kolben festgehalten und dadurch die Maschine zum sofortigen Stillstand
gebracht. Der Kolben i, Fig. 1, steht unter Druckluft, bringt beim. Zurückgange des
Arbeitskolbens den Hebel α sofort wieder in seine frühere Läge. Für den Fall der Ring e
unter dem Hebel α durchgeht und die Maschine arretirt, wird, um sie wieder in Bewegung
zu bringen, die Druckluft im Cylinder g abgesperrt, der Hebel α vermittelst des Hebels c,
Fig. 3, gehoben, und der Arbeitskolben zurück-, geschoben.The apparatus works in the following way:
