Zur Verbesserung der Preßeigenschaften derartiger Massen ist es bekannt, Benzol, Glyzerin, Natronlauge zuzusetzen, wodurch zwar die Reibung der Teilchen aneinander wie an den Wänden der Preßform vermindert wird, jedoch keine Verbesserung der Rohfestigkeit eintritt.
