Description
Wall construction with uniform shaped stones, especially lightweight blocks The invention relates to a wall construction with uniform shaped stones, in particular Lightweight building blocks. In the known construction methods of this type is mostly the creation a special, formwork wood-requiring skeleton is required, which is expensive and cumbersome is. The construction according to the invention avoids this disadvantage in that the -with a protruding reinforcement on the end faces shaped stones in a vertical position Covering laid one on top of the other and with gaps on the joint sides, the gaps closed to the outside and the resulting. Cavities into which the each overlapping, horizontal reinforcement over the entire length of the wall the stones protrudes, possibly with longitudinal reinforcing bars to form a cage allied is to be filled with concrete for the purpose of forming load-bearing columns and that only to close off abnormal door, window openings and the like special, however, shaped stones similar to the stones otherwise used are used as lintels, ordinary frames can be used in all door and window openings Stones designed with keyways and corresponding springs can be mass-produced manufactured and despite their low weight and handiness their size can be put together very quickly. The connection of the separated wall parts is guaranteed by the cast iron reinforcement. The stones and in edge folds The thermal insulation panels inserted into the stones on top of one another limit the space in between between the neighboring stones lying on top of each other in vertical coverage and form in this way the formwork for the concrete of the supports. It is, as already mentioned, an essential feature of the new construction that for the manufacture of the concrete skeleton no formwork wood is necessary, the formwork rather by assembling the individual wall elements are created by themselves, without any special work. This brings a significant cost savings with it.
The stones line the reinforced concrete skeleton. Since they are not static Have tasks to perform, they can be kept as thin as is sufficient Allow heat and sound insulation. This peculiarity leads to one compared to previous ones Construction methods considerable reduction in the structural weight, which makes it even cheaper entry.
All features of the invention will be apparent from the description in the drawing illustrated embodiments recognizable. It shows Fig. I a shaped stone according to of the invention with reinforcement, seen from above and from the front, Fig.2 a wall part with a corner finish and visible reinforcement cages in view, Fig. 3 the associated floor plan, Fig. Q. a horizontal section through a doorway at the lintel height, Fig. 5, a built-in door module serving as a lintel, including the door opening etc. in isometric representation.-When erecting a building, first a foundation i (Fig. 2) created, which in the case of the low wall weights in can be kept small in thickness. A z. B. keyway-shaped recess z, which is used to receive a corresponding spring 3 on the Serves underside of the stones io. In places where there are gaps between the wall elements q. are to be expected whose distance from each other is normally 125 cm or half, is one and a half times or double that, rebar 5 is inserted into the Poured in the foundation, the ends of which are suitably bent over 6 later in the mentioned spaces q. protrude. Before laying the stones, the foundation is made insulated in the usual way against moisture from below.
Die Höhe des Steines beträgt normal 5o cm.The stones have a z. B. triangular spring 3, which engages in the groove 2 of the foundation, on the top and the two end faces a correspondingly shaped groove 7 and two edge folds B. Reinforcing bars 9 are cast into the stone, usually one or two pieces, which protrude a bit on both front sides and on one side as a bracket i i, on the other can be designed as a hook i2. The length of the outstanding Reinforcement depends on the size of the intended space q. between the wall stones ok. The length of the same is equal to the distance from the center to the middle of the gap, e.g. B. 125 cm, reduced by the clear dimension of a space, z. B. 12 cm. The examples give a stone length of 113 cm. The height of the stone is normally 50 cm.
As a material for the stones lightweight materials come into question the lowest possible gross weight, high strength and thermal insulation, z. B. pore plaster of paris or concrete alone or in combination with suitable aggregates, such as pumice, Blast furnace slag, etc. There can also be magnesite-bonded stones with aggregates from organic fibers such as wood, fiber waste from synthetic fiber production and the like. a., come into question.
The stones are, as Fig. 2 shows, at a certain distance from each other set on the foundation. On the lowest layer comes the next one with flush End faces, in such a way that the tongue of the upper stone in each case in the groove of the lower stone engages. The reinforcements of neighboring stones are opposite one another and, if necessary, are bent so that they lie on top of each other. Five . Rows of stones one above the other, which through the spaces d. are separate, form usually one floor. The reinforcement bars of the individual stones are by means of perpendicular reinforcing bars 13, the strength of which depends on the static tasks the support to be erected aligns, each connected to a reinforcement cage. Your length is dimensioned so that it fits into the corresponding space of the next higher Sufficient bullet.
In the vertical folds 8 of the stones insulation panels 1q. inserted, which are made of the same or a similar material as the stones, may contain a light reinforcement and appropriately with the column reinforcement are firmly connected. You close the other two sides of the Space. So the prop is solely due to the ones used for construction Elements are shuttered, and this shuttering work results in building without special Expenses by yourself.
.After the support has been poured out, the wall elements are against anything Shift perpendicular to the plane of the wall secured, as the concrete of the support itself opposite grooves 7 on the end faces of the .Ssteine fills. The integration the reinforcement of the stones in the column gives the whole structure a high level of strength, which enables great material savings. Because those to be viewed as infill Tying stones firmly in supports is every crack formation between the concrete skeleton and Prevents the filling wall. .
Als Eckschalung dienen wieder die Dämmplatten 18.The corner of the wall becomes angled by closing the with the inner edges clashing wall elements resulting corner space formed. Also here are the reinforcement bars of the stones by means of vertical reinforcement bars to form a cage intertwined. The insulation panels 18 again serve as the corner formwork.
Wall parts that are to receive windows or doors, as shown in Fig. 5, become more normal with the help of a window or door module that serves as a lintel Stones made. A steel frame 23 has the width and height of a stone length a multiple of the stone height of 50 cm. For a door of The height of the door frame is therefore equal to four times the height of a stone. The steel frame has a z. B. triangular groove 22 and a the same on the upper boundary rail. The lower boundary rail carries a triangular spring. There are reinforcing bars on the steel frame on the long sides riveted or welded, the height with the iron 9 of the opposite Stones correspond. A normal steel frame 25 for the door is inserted into the steel frame or window welded in, and the remaining space between frame and Frame is made with a heat insulating compound 26 in the same or similar composition, as it shows the stone, poured out. If necessary, the frames 23 built-in frames 25 against the long sides of the frame by welded spacers ig be stiffened. Normal doors with a height of 2 m are kept on their steel frames in the generally set a normal stone.
Windows are installed in the same way. The height of the steel frame is again an even multiple of the height of a stone.
For abnormally large window or door openings, the stone can be placed over the Window or door element can be designed as a lintel, depending on the bearing pressure to be absorbed, is reinforced. With large spans and corresponding The fall may have to be supported under certain circumstances. The door or The window frame is inserted into the wall like a normal stone. By using of a steel frame with welded-on rebar is the continuous reinforcement the wall, which is a special feature of the new construction, in full maintain.
In the case of multi-storey construction, the first on the lower Ceiling beams placed on wall elements in a reinforced, load-bearing concrete frame integrated, the above expediently with a triangular groove running all around, such as the foundation groove 2 is provided. The vertical rebars of the lower concrete stems extend into the upper spaces between the wall elements on the frame set up on the foundation and connected to one another in the same way as below will.
