1. Kugel für Übungszwecke auf der Basis von Plastikmaterial (I)7 dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie vollständig aas Plastikmaterial (1) gebildet ist, welches als Zuschlagstoff Teilchen (2) aus einem gut verformbaren Metall oder einer solchen Legierung enthält, die gleichförmig in dem Plastikmaterial verteilt sind, wobei der Gehalt an diesen Teilchen derart ist, daß die Dichte der Kugel zwischen 3 und 5 beträgt, und wobei dieses Plastikmaterial ferner Teilchen (3) aus einem Schmiermittelfeststoff enthält.
2. Kugel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Plastikmaterial (T) ein Polyamid ist.
3. Kugel nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das leicht verformbare Metall bzw. die ebensolche Legierung ausgewählt ist unter Bronze, Kupfer und Blei.
4. Kugel nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Teilchen aus Bronzekugeln mit einem Durchmesser zwischen 0,04 und 0,1 mm gebildet sind.

1 5. Kugel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schmiermittelfeststoff (3) Molybdändisulfid ist.

6. Kugel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ihre Gewichtszusammensetzung folgende ist:
- Polyamid: etwa 15 bis 25 % 10 - Bronzekugeln: 75 bis 85 %
- Molybdändisulfid: 0,1 bis 1 %.
