Claims (2)

PATENTANSPRÜCHE:
1. Mikroskop, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abbildung der kleinen Objekte mit Hilfe von Korpusfoularetrahlen, ausgenommen Elektronenstrahlen, erfolgt.
2. Mikroskop nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abbildung unter Beeinflussung der Strahlen durch elektrische oder magnetische Felder erfolgt.
